I spent a month calling around different maintenance places and so many were unresponsive, expensive, or unwilling to even come and look at the property. I stumbled across J&J, and it was the best thing that could have happened. Within one day of speaking with them, Jose came and looked at my property, gave me a reasonable quote on the spot, and came out the following day to complete the job. They did an amazing job! My yard has never looked better! They didn’t just chop and spray the hundreds of large and small weeds. I saw them picking them all out one by one! I really can’t express how happy I am and can not recommend them enough! Thank you!

J & J Landscape is a wonderful company to do business with. I have 2 very large trees in the front yard and use them when the tree needs trimming. They are extremely responsive, always on time, polite, pricing is honest and reasonable and do an awesome clean up job before leaving. I really appreciate their integrity and the extra effort they make after the job has been completed by providing a courtesy follow up call to ensure everything went well and that I was satisfied with the outcome and experience. J & J LANDSCAPING does great work. Old fashion service you don’t see much anymore like, showing up when they say they will, phone call updates when needed, when you’re ready to spend $100.00 J & J will tell you the cost is just $5.00 or no cost at all. Im very happy having them work my property

I will be quick in the review, direct to the point. Called, great customer service (phone) I set a time for someone to come out and provide an estimate, he arrived on time. The gentlemen looked over my property, which is give or take 0.16 acres. No grass, a few palm trees, few bushes, one pine tree and the rest rocks. He quoted an initial charge of $350 then $120 a month after they come by once per month. I was open for the $120 quote considering I usually pay $100 month with the contractor I used before and they come out bi-weekly. But the $350 was a deal breaker, why? My yard is not in bad shape at all. My guess, is they want a few months upfront out of you, so atleast they get something out of it if you decided to quit the service on them. I asked was the deposit flexible, he said no. So, I had to pass on the company. $120 /mo k no problem. But almost $400 up front with no valid explanation. Not worth it for me, hard pass.

I moved to the area a couple of months ago and the yard of the house I am renting was suffering from severe neglect. It had obviously not been maintained at all in quite some time. Not long after I moved in the HOA sent me notices that I needed to clean the pine needles out of the front yard ASAP. The yard of the house is a bunch of rocks. I am new to the desert environment and had literally no idea how I was supposed to clean pine needles out from them. I tried myself with minimal success.

I called J&J and Jose came out the next day to give me an estimate. It was slightly more expensive than I expected, but Jose was very friendly and honest about every question I asked him. He gave me a few tips on desert yard maintenance, including things I thought needed to be done but weren't really necessary, and some tips to prevent the pine needle issue from happening again anytime soon.

Jose scheduled to come out the following morning. Him and his crew were there bright and early. After an hour or 2, the yard now looks great and I am very happy with the results. He even hauled away some yard debris a previous tenant left piled by the side of the house without charging me for it.

I plan to try keeping the yard maintained myself in the future, but when I inevitably need help with something I know who I will be calling.

Jose and his team at J&J Landscaping are on a completely different level. They're very professional! I have no plans to ever use anyone else. They made our front and back yard look fantastic. Thanks again to the entire crew and the office staff.

Like many others mentioned, they are littering private residents with their marketing garbage, running from door to door and leaving trash by your doorstep, shame on them

Jose and his team at J&J Landscaping are on a completely different level. They're fantastic!! I have no plans to ever use anyone else. They made our yard look incredible! They're fast, meticulous, extremely knowledgeable, their communication is perfect, every time we talk to them AND they're friendly! My family and I highly recommend!

Jose, and the crew at J&J are 5+ star service providers. Before I worked with J&J, I had called 3 other landscapers, none of which got back to me even after setting up appointments. Jose responded very quickly and professionally. He met me at my home, gave me a reasonable quote (I had a lot of work that was needed), and had a crew on it the same day. Not only did they do A+ level work, they went above and beyond to clean up areas normally untouched by previous vendors. I highly recommend J&J. Fantastic service, reasonable pricing, and professionalism in spades.

I wanted to be able to leave a good review after reading the others, but unfortunately cannot. We were looking for new landscape maintenance services and called J & J. The initial contact and Jose's consultation were great and we were looking forward to starting once monthly services and signed the contract.

Nearly two weeks after the initial consultation, no one had followed up and we hadn't heard anything. I made contact with the office and Jose and they ended up coming quickly to do the initial service. And then...never to return again.

We had signed a contract for once monthly services and nearly a month and a half after the initial service, no one had come. Turns out Jose had not turned in our paperwork and they pretty much had no record of us. I called the office four times and each time was told they would follow-up with me regarding getting us on the schedule soon. No one would ever call back which is why I had to call so many times. Finally, we were told we were on the schedule for July 7th (over two months past the initial consultation date). July 7th came...and no one ever showed up to do our service.

I ended up calling and cancelling our services. I was told that once they schedule the service it was beyond their control for the team to show up (which seemed confusing to me because it seemed like they were deflecting responsibility from someone not showing up). I'm shocked at how many great reviews this company has if this is how unorganized it is and how they run their business.

The yard looks wonderful front and back. All the debris was cleared and all that was left were beautifully trimmed trees and bushes. Not a single fallen leaf left behind.

Jose was very attentive and responsive to my needs and desires. Truly showed his concern for meeting my needs. The job was done quickly, and with professionalism. His crew was industrious in completing the job.

I'll start with my experience. It began well, feeling positive about the service. Around a month and a half ago, J&J worked on my yard and charged a total of $700, claiming it was a necessary "Deep Clean," even though my yard wasn't in bad condition. Despite that, I agreed to it. However, fast forward to today, a month and three weeks later, they haven't scheduled me, sent me any updates, or shown up for the service. I've called multiple times, and they always assure me of getting the service, but the promised "contact email" they send never arrives. Their customer service has been terrible, and it's disappointing because I wanted to like this company.

I understand that it's been hot lately, and it would have been helpful if they had sent an email explaining how their company would operate during this hot spell. Also, I found out they only offer monthly service, not bi-weekly, which further adds to my frustration. It seems like they only care about taking your money don't prioritize customer satisfaction and ghosting you, theres no loyalty here so don't expect it

The office staff and yard workers are not doing a good job, and it's disheartening to see the company heading in a bad direction. Sadly, I have no choice but to look for another company to take care of my yard. This situation is really disappointing.

Jose came over for a quote and was honestly pretty arrogant. He wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount for a once a month service and then doubled the price for the first time clean. That would normally be understandable but I should mention that I have all brand new landscape that finished today and a front yard that has a total of 6 plants….. it was an obvious money grab and zero person skills. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service. Quick response, reasonable estimate by Jose, and crew got to work and completed same day. My front yard was overtaken by weeds and now looks better than before. After completion Demari sent over photos as I was not home. I be using J&J for my Las Vegas property going forward.

Jose showed up for the job as agreed. He and his helper Jose did a wonderful job. They listened to me and worked hard to please me. Big Jose left and Little Jose stayed on to clean up. I would highly recommend J&J Landscape.

We hired J &J Landscaping because we had their service at our previous home, and knew their quality of work, and services they offer.
Today they came out for the initial clean up and the job was done professionally, perfectly, and we are very happy. They’ll be maintaining the property regularly.
I recommend them to anyone wanting manicured yards.

I cannot praise this company enough. J&J did a complete renovation of my Summerlin home including front and backyard. I have utilized then for 3 separate jobs to complete all the renovations and my home is literally the star of the neighborhood as my neighbors cannot stop gawking at the finished work. The value it added to my home is well worth the investment and trust me no other company will beat their prices. They warranty their work for 2 years, not that I ever had a problem. Best landscaping company in Summerlin!

Great experience with the entire team. They came out to provide an estimate and the team was (fortunately) able to be on-site the next day. Very nice and professional. Offered suggestions on fig tree trimming for an oversized tree and other decorative options. The front and back yards looked terrific. Thanks to Jose and his team!
