Hunter and his crew have been servicing my pool since 2016. Great service and very easy to contact for any emergencies, which are few and far in between.

Pool Doctor has been providing weekly care to our pool for many years and we have been please with our service. I appreciate the system they use that provides detailed updates on what was done at each visit and levels of the water.

Pool Doctor is reliable and professional. They provide consistent pool care and cleaning, point out maintenance issues, and send weekly reports. Their pool tech, Chris is truly an expert and always helpful. He explained the entire pool pump and filtration system to us—he was very patient. 5-gold stars for Pool Doctor and our sparkling clean pool!

I love consistency. And the pool guy shows up at about the same time each week which i love because then i know when i can actually get to swimming. When he does come he does this thing and the pool looks awesome but on the few rare occasions i have been outside when he came he is always professional, and polite. highly recommend! To the company. Please dont change anything! Yall are awesome!

I’ve been using Pool Doctor for my weekly maintenance.They are very dependable and prompt with their service. When an issue arises with my pool they text and email me with what is wrong and give me an estimate on how much it will cost to fix. They have also done a good job fixing the issue. I’ve had many pool services they start off great but service then tails off. Pool Doctor is very consistent and I highly recommend.

My wife and I recently contracted with the Pool Doctor to begin service of our pool. Our pool is quite old, 29 years old and has many issues. We are very happy with the service from Pool Dr. We have had several other pool services in the last 10 years and while paying the same price we are getting more benefits using their service. If you’ve had pool services that treat you as a summer job, you’ll be very happy with the Pool Doctor. They are upfront on who is attending to our pool, advising as to who and when they will arrive. Our past services only came every two weeks while Pool Dr comes each week! Did I say they cost the same as those other services? Emails notices are sent out if they are taking time off. Hence, no unplanned trips out of the country leaving you the customer to wonder why no one came to clean. We get a receipt after each cleaning on what was done. Pool Dr communicates with you so you’re not left in the dark. All included with no increase in price!
As stated, our pool has issues and the heater was in very bad shape. Pool Dr inspected the heater, after trying to get necessary parts was determined a new unit it best. They installed the new heater and were willing to break up the payment over 3 months! Oh and they charge you the same as other pool services.

Pool Doctor ensures we never worry about the pool, or how clean it is. The service techs are polite and efficient. Makes pool ownership trouble free.

Great value for the service they provide. Keep our pool sparking and clean. They even take time to give our pups a treat when they’re in the backyard being hooligans! Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional pool service.
