There was a little confusion on starting my service which was quickly fixed with a phone call. Treyvon seemed knowledgeable and did a good job. My pump replacement also went well. Appreciate them prioritizing since my previous pool company left me in the lurch.

When issues arise with equipment, they are communicative, provide thorough written correspondence indicating the issue and repairs are quick! Pool Doctor LLC has been taking care of our cleaning and chemistry since our pool construction was finished in Feb 2025. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. If you are interested, they will take the time to describe the process real time during the weekly visits. My tech has always remembered my name, is on time, and has a wonderful attitude. The customer service center answers all calls and emails promptly. This is an all around great company.

We built our pool 6 years ago and Pool Doctor has serviced it ever since. They always come at the same time and day as expected. We have never had an issue with the chemicals. Whenever there has been something needing repaired, they show up usually same day, or at the very latest the next day to fix whatever it is. They have been honest and 100% reliable. Highly recommend.

When emergencies happen they are very quick to respond and resolve any problems that arise. Can't imagine using any other pool service.

I held off on leaving a review because I wanted to see if the service stayed consistent. I’ve used several pool companies over the years and most of them tend to do the bare minimum while charging as much as possible.

We’ve been using this company for a few months now and they’ve done an excellent job every time for a fair price. The service has been reliable and thorough.

I haven’t seen how they handle the peak summer months yet, but based on my experience so far I’m confident they’ll continue to take great care of our pool. I would definitely recommend them.

The staff is the most friendly, accommodating, problem solving folks I've come across with a company in many years. KJ and Roy are AMAZING! They have my pool working better than it ever has in the 6 years I have lived in my home! Their repairs are always done the day they say it will be for the price they give you and they always clean up after themselves. My chemicals are always good, my pool is always clean, they text a service day reminder and to let you know that your service has been completed! Could not ask for harder working, more transparent, wonderful company to work with!

After reading reviews I decided to give him call and I was not disappointed. He was very responsive and timely and left my driveway and walkway looking great!
