Poor Quality of Landscaping Services. Phone messages are not return when trying to resolve issues. When canceling Landscaping service the office staff hung up on me.

Sure, they will cut your grass. Then leave everything there.

They are very lazy. They blow everything from the street into people's front yard. They won't return phone calls either. They drive a truck with no company logo or phone number.

Some of the most amazing individuals to work with. Not to mention their services are perfect and can fit all your landscaping needs and beyond.

I live in an apartment complex where these guys supposedly do the landscaping. The old guy that works for them literally hacks the bushes as well as a small tree to peices. He blows everything onto people's patios and doesn't care.I can be sitting on my patio and he blows rocks and everything else right into my face.

Took up 6 parking spots with his truck and trailer in an apartment complex all night/day where parking is already scarce. Even carefully put one foot of the trailer and one foot of his front bumper into the outside spots to make sure to take up maximum spaces.

This crew not only removed several very tall overgrown palms efficiently and quickly, but they cleaned up completely after. Our place was neat as a pin when they left and you can't tell the palms were ever here! Amazing crew!

I have spoke to the office of Diamond Vista as well as the landscapers directly to stop blowing the dirt, dust, and rocks all over my new truck. The truck is already scratched due to this. I suggest your landscapers stop doing this unless you want to start to paying for paint work and car washes for my truck. I have videos of this being done

They are extremely disrespectful. They walk around with leaf blowers blowing NOTHING around for hours. There is rarely a leaf on the ground at this complex.They get right up next to your windows to the point it creeps me out. They blow rocks right towards peoples cars. This is a horrible company with zero respect.

I was getting out of my car, and I was trying to get some things out of my car, when dirt and debris was hitting me and my car. I turn around to tell them to stop so I can get my bags and purse from car. When I was hit with debris in my eyes, now yelling to get their attention but they don't see me nor hear me. I lock my car door. And started running toward building, something was causing great pain in my right eye. I did stop and yell at them, they never show any remorse or compassion for what they cause. The minute I walk away they begin blowing like I haven't says a word to them. This company's employees has no respect for people or their property.😡

I live in an apartment complex where this company does the landscaping. They've started with leafblowers as early as 730 AM before while making zero progress on the leaves/debris.

They are extremely rude and don't stop blowing when people are walking by. Often blowing in the same direction as people's cars.

Got hit by rocks coming off their trucks on the freeway, oh wait, they have a sign on their trucks to stay 200 ft away (not legible from 200 feet away lol) with another sign saying they are not liable for damage. Um, yes.. anytime you are on the road and you cause damage to another vehicle, you liable. Can I put a sign on my car saying I'm not liable for collisions if you don't keep your vehicle away from me? Calling my insurance company because a rock came off their truck in the number 2 lane when I was in the number 3 and it went all down the side of my car.

Stay away from these landscapers. Recently I was leaving my apartment when I noticed the landscapers were blowing dirt and debris AL over my car and I ask them politely to stop but they continued so I redirected the blower away from my car about 9 of them surrounded me one pulled a knife my wife saw what was happening and she came out of apartment with a knife also but never raised it she kept it by her side we called the police but because the manager of apartments talked with the landscapers first we were out numbered and there stories all matched Now not only was I evicted wrongfully from my apartment because the employees of this company lied my wife who is handicapped and couldn't chase anyone with a knife, especially four different guys that are in decent shape but now she is facing four felony convictions which we will win but the amount of money this company is costing me for there dishonesty and for relocating is enormace. Don't think I'm just going to let you "Escalera Landscapung get away with it or forget about it. But be informed stay away from this dishonest company.

Escalera services our property, Silver Creek and they do an amazing job! Their prices are great and they are sure to leave our property looking good every day!! One of our most favorite vendors :-)

Loudest and most obnoxious landscaping crew ever. They use a blower instead of a broom and it’s an industrial blower over 120dbs it’s absolutely ridiculous. Also the crew speaks no English and you can’t even ask them to not start cutting grass or blowing until at least 8am plus I’ve tried to talk to crew but just ignore or say “boss”. I’ve never seen such a portly and illegally ran company.

They almost crashed my vehicle when I was behind their truck. They started to back up out of nowhere.

By far the worst landscaping company I have ever witnessed in Las Vegas. I have heard of mow, blow and go but the dude assigned to do daily landscaping at the complex I’m at only blows the leaves, dirt and trash in a circle around the property (no trash can to his side to pick up big leaves or fallen palm fronds or large pieces or trash). They will have other workers come to the property to mow and trim greenery and shrubs on site and he doesn’t even bother to pick up the scraps. When I first moved in 3.5 years ago there was an older gentleman that they had working for them that actually did his job. This guy looks about half his age and is 100% lazier than that 70+ year old man was. Completely incompetent and the worst part is there is not a supervisor or manager in charge of him or looking to inspect his work or checking in on him ever. No accountability, makes him do zero work except using the leaf blower all day long, which a 10 year old could do. Where’s the ethic & pride in people’s work anymore? Not with this worker for the company that’s for sure.

DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE THE WORST. Are you kidding me?? Grinding down a stump with no kind of guard whatsoever - and no, the garbage can being used as a supposed guard doesn’t count. Wood chips and sawdust flying as far as 5 parking spaces away from where they were doing this “work”. All of this debris was spread across my brand new car! Absolutely no respect for personal property!!

Inconsiderate company comes in before 9am and runs their leaf blowers in our quiet apartment complex. It’s literally stated in our lease that we have to respect noise at all times. I work swings and being woken up 2 hours into my rest period by their loud leaf blowers makes me really upset. So here is a one star rating. Please be more considerate or come later in the day.

I've used this company before while working in Property management and now I'm being haunted just living at a property they service. They're horrible. They start blowing and tree trimming at 7:15am which any noisy work isn't supposed to start until 8:00am. Then shortly after it's already break time and they lazily scatter around their trucks blocking sidewalks and littering their trash. They take forever to complete projects. Always waiting on something. This time it was rocks... Do yourself a favor and pick a different company. Their rating definitely reflects their shotty work.
Addition- I just was reading their reviews and they have their employees making positive reviews to boost their rating. Juan Escalera, the owner, making a 5 star review instead of responding to the reviews themselves. So at best they have a 1.8 rating! Do you really want to use them for your needs?
