We reached out Rock N Block in May originally. We wanted bids on our front yard. They sent someone out to do a review. A week later they were to come back with the design and bid. My husband was not available that week and introduced me via a group text, to be the point of contact. The scheduled day and time came and went without a peep from them. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago and I did a "group" reach out via yelp and Rock N Block was part of the group. They did offer to send a new consultant out, but honestly I am tired of flakes. They were one of 3 companies that just vanished when it came down to it. It seems the original consultant reached back out to my husband at this time claiming they tried to reach us the day of the scheduled visit (neither my phone nor his had anyone contact us). He told them we were not interested. About 2-3 days later I got a message from them apologizing and again offering to send out a different agent. I politely declined. Wasting a person's time is just poor business practice.

I highly recommend Rock N Block, I had artificial turf put in my backyard. They were here on time and had the job done in 1 day.

Quality Work! Friendly and respectful individuals in all my interactions throughout the project. I had my yard renovated with new artificial turf, decorative rocks, and a few trees. It looks beautiful and everything was completed in a timely and efficient manner. Highly recommended (if it is in your budget).

Edit: Coming back to show gratitude towards the companies approach to fixing an issue that I had, an immediate response on how to make things better and I highly appreciate the effort and I'm willing to show that in my review again they were marvelous to work with and would love to see their work again and hoping the strong communication continues.

I hate to give them such a low rating during the whole quote and project time they were marvelous, great response times and quick to finish a job well done. But. After that its like talking to a wall, every time I call for an issue im told the office will get back to me, first time it took nearly 3 weeks for them to finally contact me and to come fix an issue with the turf. This last time I called about 2 weeks ago and was told I will get a call back about plants growing between turf and concrete installed and about maintenance on my yard. Still nothing, for how expensive this project was I would expect a little better communication with your customers. Have more projects that we want done but due to poor communication probably won't be using this company again.

Rock N Block gave me the best quote out of all the quotes I got for the steps on my front yard. They did the job exactly as expected, without delay and was an amazing finished product. There was an unexpected additional cost due to a tree stump that was in the way but they worked with me and gave me a fair overall price. Rob was a very professional salesman and Francisco did an amazing job on the actual concrete work. Great company, great work, great service. A+

After six years, our travertine pool deck needed several pavers reset and/or replaced. We also needed to replace our artificial turf. We met with Ryan and he did a great job understanding our needs and provided a reasonable project cost. We were impressed by the quality of work from our crew. We would select Rock N Block again for a similar project.

They made a very stressful and confusing (for me) project much easier. Joey (sales) is great at communicating and patiently answered my many questions. The job was done quickly and everything was nicely cleaned up.

They exceeded my expectations both in terms of quality and speed. Considering the price, I couldn't be happier with the results. When I need future landscaping projects, Vegas Rock N Block will be my first and only call.

Rock N Block worked miracles with our backyard by installing new artificial turf and expanding a side area of our backyard with additional pavers. The workers had to removed dirt and existing plants in order to install the additional pavers. All in all, the renovations look great! Special kudos to Leo who introduced us to the company and "sold" us on the new turf and paver changes.

Subsequent to the initial posting of my first review on Google, I found that the workers who performed the work on the pavers did not clean up the surrounding garden areas where plants had to be relocated and sprinkler lines had to be moved or modified.

In one particular section of the yard, the workers replanted three existing plants, choosing to lay the sprinkler lines ON TOP of the relocated plants. The three plants subsequently died.

When we contacted the owner of the company in Las Vegas, he initially claimed we would be reimbursed for the cost ($175) to replace the plants and repair the sprinkler lines.

It has been several months now; no such payment was ever received.

I would not recommend this company as their main goal was to get paid and move on to the next job. Their inability to reset the sprinkler lines resulted in damage to three jasmine plants and further costs to us.

While we absolutely want to shoutout the incredible work Rocknblock did for us I want to first point out the owners. It’s too often you meet a business who would take your money and be done with a transaction but the owner/owners of Rocknblock are genuinely honest people who care about their customers. We redid our backyard irrigation as well as tore out a messy tree and added a putting green. Everyone we worked with was professional and timely. They scheduled three days and finished in two so that was also awesome. They have helped us navigate how to use our new irrigation system and made sure all systems were working. If you are looking for a company you can trust, you are in good hands with Rocknblock

Workers were great, no problem they did what was required, but the representative of your company mislead me on what was to be done, I showed pictures from a competitor landscaper, representative stated he could bet there , , . price, but since it wasn’t in contract, I was left with uncomplicated backyard , working with owner at present, so he’s been outstanding working on this situation, as amount of rock was way off and the owner did increase the amount substantially to finish the front yard. another landscaper under contract to finish the backyard. Would like to add a comment the manger/owner of Las Vegas yard n block stands behind his words and helped me tremendously on finishing up the backyard,

Chris, the design consultant, Dave the production manager, along with their install team Opulent were affordable, upfront with costs, efficient and professional. Attached are some before and after pictures. Highly recommend their services.

My initial contact was with Ray, whom did an excellent job giving me an estimate on what I wanted done in my small yard and walkway., the guys that came out and did the work were superior. They did an excellent job. I’m very pleased with this company. I will highly recommend them to family and friends, and I will be using them in the near future for other little projects.

Eric and team did an amazing job. They worked with me for months while I got HOA approval for the project. Once they began working they were great, going over everything in detail and making sure things were perfect. This project included wall repair, stucco and paint repair, paver and turf installation. Extremely satisfied with this experience.

The yard turned out beautiful! I get so many compliments! And when asked, I recommend this company. My only suggestion to future customers is to have photos ready to show exactly what you want. Send those photos to the salesman in charge and the foreman doing the job. That way everyone is on the same page and there will be no miscommunication.

We hired Rock N Block to landscape the back yard of a new home and were beyond satisfied. We worked with Leo and his team and they did an amazing job. From the initial estimate, help with drawing up the plans which made it easy to get approved by the HOA. The team who did the work were amazing. Their quality, workmanship and attention to deal were all top notch and we could not have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend Rock N Block to get the job done right the first time.

By far the best contracting experience I’ve had. The initial quote the project was discussed, then the process was explained to me when and how to to expect the project to go. Everything went exactly as explained in a very timely manner. Day one of the crew showing up to work was very impressive how fast they move with quality. Very impressed!

Albert and his team at RockNBlock are the definition of true professionals. At the end of our project, there were a couple of outstanding issues. When Albert heard I was dissatisfied with the original work, he immediately called me to discuss the next steps. After coming over and walking the property, he came up with multiple solutions to the issues, and his team started the following Tuesday. Within a couple of days, our backyard has never looked better. They did an unbelievable job and went above and beyond anything we expected. I can not recommend this crew enough. It is rare to find vendors who will go out of their way to ensure their customers are 100% happy. For any landscaping projects around the valley - going with RockNBlock is a safe bet.
