I am a renter, through Mynd Management ( stay away from this Management Company too, read their reviews)...back to enpark, they transitioned the landscape to desertscape and literally 6 weeks later, it was full of very large vinely weeds. There was no liner put down, the rock was layed very scantily, which may have been the issue. And they turned of a part of the irrigation which now the mature shrubs are dying.

Quick response to call regarding a leak in the irrigation system. Arrived on time and took care of tire problem expediently! Excellent as always!

They did an amazing job removing dirt and adding some beautiful rocks to my front yard. Very professional and the quality was great! I will use them again in the future!

My contract states they will check irrigation, and they did not! The water company notified me by letter of a leak and a bill with penalties $470.21!! Enpark Landscape says now it is our responsibility to tell them to check irrigation!! So, I will not use them again. They do not return phone calls promptly.

The guys showed up on time and walked around the premises with me. They not only trimmed all the palms and cleaned up my yard as well as what fell in my neighbors. This was the second year I used them and plan on using Enpark again next year.Thank you so much.

Enpark was easy to work with - he updated our timer and checked all our irrigation lines. We didn't even know we had 2 leaks! Capped off unused bubblers and now we're good to go. Thanks Enpark Landscape Las Vegas.

The 1st experience was horrible the worker had a cursing match with my neighbor due to blowing all weeds into his manicured yard an the work was horrible in my yard for 100.00 clean up poor work . I called told what happened they sent another crew out later in the day to correct it looks perfect I commend them for corrections could have said too bad an ignored me but didnt made it right honest bussiness is important now days separates from the others.
olga an angel very kind respectful representatives Alejandro an his partner did what should have been done in 1st place ..cancelled reoccurring contact after bad experience however as long as I can have Alejandro an his partner each time may reconsider in future.

The owner Gonzalo is very nice. He always response promptly to your requests. His price is very reasonable. He can draw a draft for you to help you get permission from HOA

Enpark has done excellent work for the last 4-5 years trimming my huge palm tree in the front of my house. Unlike other companies, they have a lift truck so they dont have to climb the tree like other palm trimmers. This means, they can do the job fast, and do it right. Other palm trimmers would drop the heavy palm fronts on my roof and it would break roof tiles, enpark drops each front with precision so it lands on the ground. They pick up all the waste, shred it into their truck as well as leaf blow the area they worked in to make it cleaner than it was before they got here. I highly recommend.

We’ve used Enpark for a few years. They’re decent at repairing items when you call them. Otherwise, they’re a lackluster blow-and-go service that isn’t helpful. Between blowing leaves into a corner of the backyard and leaving them behind a bush, parking in the red-zone, continuously chopping off all our flowers…making my 80-year-old mother cry, and trespassing on our neighbors property, we’re done.

This is the worst landscape company. Our HOA was under contract with them for three years. They ignore requests. Refuse to state which streets in the community they do each week. Refuse to fulfill their contractual obligations. They went over 8 weeks without servicing my specific cul de sac and I was on the Board. Numerous emails and calls from our management company and they don’t respond. Weekly for almost a month we would have to call them because they would forget to empty the ttwo trash cans in the park of which one contained dog feces. I write this to save others the headache.

Scheduling was quick. Unfortunately, some of the bushes were not trimmed so I had to cut down the long stems myself.

The tree trimmer arrived early and did an excellent job. He was courteous and asked me how I wished for the trees to look and we agreed on the 10/2 position. More importantly he took care to avoid damaging the shrubs below the palms and cleaned up after the trim was completed. Will use Enpark once again..

The service once again provided by the Staff of EnPark is outstanding. Listen to your directions and proceed with the trimming of the Palms. Workers took care not to damage existing shrubs below the Palm trees. Cleaned up after the Palms were trimmed. Will use them once again.

Found them on Yelp. They provided a decent price and proof of insurance.

2 crews came ( one for trees and one for landscape maintenance) on Thursday.Tree person was 40 min late but seemed knowledgeable. Completed his work and left. The landscape maintenance crew was on time and came while tree guy was still working. I went out to meet them and showed them my front and back yards and told them to close my gate when they were done in my back yard when they left.

I heard them working on the front yard and after about 45 min didn’t hear anything. I went out and their trucks were gone and my gate was wide open.

Thinking they went on a break I waited 45 min and called their office. They said they would call the Supervisor get back to me. They called back and said the tree guy told the other guys not to trim any of my bushes in the back cause it would kill them.(I had 4 companies send estimators out before I selected them and not one said a word about not being able to trim my back yard bushes, including theirs).

I told the office person they needed to finish the back yard so they said they would send them out the next day (Friday) at 2pm.

At 2:30pm on Friday no one had shown and I called the office and they said they screwed up the schedule. Owner apologized and said the would come Monday at 2pm to finish and I would receive a discount for my trouble.

Same 2 guys who did the front on Thursday came back on Monday and started doing trimming as fast as they could with no regard to shaping anything, just using electric clippers as fast as they could. I went out and told them about it and then they did a half decent job.

As of Wednesday I did not receive a revised bill so I emailed them. I had a revised bill emailed to me and it included a whopping $14 discount (which amounted to about $2/hr for all the hours my Wife and I spent waiting on them and wasting time on the phone)!

It’s obvious this company lacks organization and employee training!

We have had several projects done by Enpark and they have all been completed with great satisfaction. We had pavers installed to widen our driveway and it looks great! The staff is on time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Thanks, ENPARK!

This is my fifth year having my palm trees trimmed by Enpark. The service was excellent. They sent a three man crew and all the guys were great. They make an effort not to damage too many neighboring plants when they drop the huge fronds from 40 feet. There are always a few broken branches, but depending on your landscaping that’s almost impossible to avoid. They have a large bucket truck to reach difficult locations and their cleanup is fast with the wood chipper. I definitely recommend Enpark.

Had them do some landscaping and they did well i was happy. My issue is I hired them to install a root barrier a year later and I approved the estimate and I never heard from them again. I even called them a few times to check and I was actully told once they would be over in a few days which I thought was strange. Well they didn't show up and still haven't heard back from them. No money was exchanged I think they don't want my business beacuse it was only around $500 worth of work. That's fine, but be up front about it. Needless to say I won't be using you for my front yard fence and pavers.

Below is the review I wrote 2 years ago which was my experience at the time. That being said, I am updating my review based on my recent experience with Enpark.

Jul 2025: I call them every year to do my palm trimming in my front yard. They set and appointment for me, and I was home, and they didnt show up. I called them back first and spoke with someone who said they would call me back, and then they never did.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called them back again and left a message, and still they did not return my call.

Its like I was ghosted by this company.

I can no longer recommend enpark for landscaping needs if they treat customers like this.

(July 2023) Enpark should be the company you choose to get your palm trees trimmed in las veg as. I have lived in Vegas for over 10 years, and have used many tree companies over the years. I stopped using all of them for one reason or another (broken tiles on roof that cost $30 each to replace!) or leaving a mess in my yard. Most tree trimmers climb the trees, that can also be dangerous.

I chose enpark because they have the proper equipment to trim trees including a mechanical lift, so it is safe for the workers, and there is no issue with the trimmer following out of your tree on your property and being responsible. They also have a chipper to instantly chip up and haul away all their trimmings and blow your property when you are done, so you wont even know they were there except for the fact that your tree will be trimmed and your HOA will stay off your back.

While enpark cost a little more to trim trees than I use to pay, it is well worth the price to have the job done right the first time without hassle. They even showed up early this last appointment we had!

The guys that showed up to do the job, where on time respectful of the property.
Did an amazing job and super fast.
Blow up all of the debris from my tree and left everything really clean like they were never there.
