I paid to have 5 palm trees cut in July. They didn’t show up in July. They moved it to August. They moved it again in August. when I came home from an extended trip I found that they only cut one tree and left four. after numerous phone calls and getting the runaround. They finally sent Two men to finish the other four Palm Trees. Then they wanted to charge me more money. I have used this company every year without problems until this year. Very unreliable. Deceptive practices. Go somewhere else save yourself the aggravation.Do not use them

The Enpark Workers were great. They did a landscaping job in my back yard and ran some sprinkler lines to the new area. The workers were both courteous and professional. After each day they cleaned up the area and where they had their trucks and supplies.

I hired Marc to completely renovate my backyard and transform it from a dust lot to a yard that my family could enjoy during this pandemic quarantine, which meant that a lot of work had to be done and although I anticipated a high price I was assured that the result would be top quality so I reluctantly moved forward. We agreed on a price around $23K with half the money paid in full in cash.
I was given a two week timeline once construction began and for the most part it was upheld. However, my observation of the process led to several concerns. First, by no means did I expect Marc to be on hand throughout the entire process but I legitimately only saw him spend an extended period of time, an hour or so, once and when he was present he was hosing down dust. No problem, I'm sure I wasn't his only gig at the time but in my opinion the amount of work that was being done required a more hands on approach because had he been aware of what his outsourced crew was doing I believe we wouldn't of had any issues.
Breaking up the concrete is grueling work and I witnessed the crew start sucking down brews early, like before noon and continue all day. It didn't dawn on me to inquire where they were relieving themselves until maybe the second day when I noticed much to my dismay that they had been pissing on my walls against the house! Unbelievable! So that was the first issue I had to address in the absence of supervision. Then, I'm pretty sure no one was licensed to operate the Bobcat, which was evident when while extracting the concrete the operator snapped my cable line costing me $200 to have Cox come out and reinstall. Also, because there was a lot of back and forth for the concrete removal from the backyard to the dumpster out front the gates were open and one of the workers had the audacity to not only allow passersby to trespass into the backyard to stand and inspect but gave a vagrant a couple of dollars panhandling! Damn near inviting every bum to come case the place! Unbelievable! I had to run them off with gun in hand! I have kids, 3 of them with one being a little girl.
Next, we agreed upon a price after several rounds of back and forth negotiations so when Marc attempted to adjust the price to cover the cost of the dumpster I flat out denied him. A quote is a quote! You're the "professional" and should of been aware of x, y, & z so coming at me to cover cost that you should have been aware of was completely out of line. We negotiated a set price and if you didn't include the cost of debris removal than that's not my problem!
Finally, and this is why I say and cannot be adamant enough about this, DO NOT HIRE PACIFIC LANDSCAPING because Marc is completely unwilling to be accountable for his outsourced crew. The jackhammer used to break up the concrete was electric as well as the saw used to cut the rebar and there IS ONLY ONE OUTLET IN THE BACKYARD and no, there was no generator on site ever! So later after the dust settled and I was arranging my new backyard I was drawn into the laundry room where the outlet was located to discover that they had unplugged my freezer and never plugged it back in. Never asked to use it, which is okay because work had to be done, but nonetheless never asked or even told me so I was completely unaware that my feezer had been powerless for who knows how long? Let me put this into context. It was a mid-sized freezer full to the brim before the pandemic for situations like what had occurred when the quarantine hit and food, meat, was scarce. Everything was lost including the freezer! Easily over $1K in food and the cost of replacing the unit. Everything! I emptied two (2) large trash bags of food with more at the bottom but could not proceed because the odor of rancid meat induced vomiting instantly!
Marc left my house paid in full...$23K in cash in hand and when I confronted him about the freezer he said, "I checked with my guys and none of them did it"...UNBELIEVABLE! Than he had the nerve to put a lien on my house for even more money!
STAY AWAY FROM PACIFIC LANDSCAPING!!! -
I have used this company for more than ten years and for the first few years they did a great job. In the past two years they miss weeks, do a poor job, and never return calls. I am looking for a new landscape company. They are cheap, but you get what you pay for! Look around for a quality company!

All these negative reviewers are WRONG. I've know everybody on the crew for a couple of years. This is an amazing company. The owner (Marc) and I have certainly become friends over time. It's always laughs and good time when he comes over for service calls and landscape updates. Total pros. On time. Weekly services are timely and thorough. You will not be disappointed.

Very disappointed. I had them come out to my house last week to give me an estimate. I was planning on using them and was told I would be getting an email later that day with an agreement. I got nothing Phone the whole week and called the office leaving a voicemail. No response. My husband called today and told me to call the office which I did. I was told on the phone I would have the estimate within an hour but nothing. My husband called back and was told for sure by the end of the day but nothing. Very unprofessional and I will have to find someone else to use.

Marc, Nicole and their team have done a fabulous job with my front and backyard! From the elevated circular pavered landing, where I house my outdoor sectional and fire pit, to the stone and pebbled section for my plants, flowers, vines, and trees, every detail is thoughtfully planned out and executed perfectly. They planted over 8 species of trees, including mature Olive and Magnolia tree's, along with Lemon, Apricot, Peach, and Plum trees along my side yard. Low maintenance artificial turf softens and accents the front and back yard. They also expertly added spot lighting to highlight my trees, as well as tasteful area lights in my garden areas and walkways.
They also perform my weekly maintenance work, and their team maintains the shrubs, smaller trees, as well as clean the area of debris. They maintain the irrigation system they installed, and I also have them do a quarterly planting of flowers which keeps the place looking beautiful and colorful year round. I continuously receive compliments on my landscaping, and have gladly referred them to friends in the area.
In all, I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work! -
Marc Emerson and his team did an amazing job with our landscape job. He communicated well during the whole process and made innovative suggestions that we integrated into the project.
We look forward to working with Pacific Landscape again. -
Marc’s design of our pool and backyard project was sleek, modern and clean. He had great ideas that we implemented within the overall project and the end result was a resort-like pool atmosphere that is a “wow” factor to anyone that sees it.
It definitely added much more property value to our home.
Pacific Landscape is highly recommend. -
I am so thankful to have come across Pacific Landscape for our yard! Initially, what attracted me to this company was their financing option. My feelings for this company only elevated after working with Marc!
I was truly impressed with how he was able to bring my design to life! He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, polite, genuine, and truly accommodating throughout the entire process!
He uses one of the best crews in Vegas to deliver quality work! I am very particular, so whenever there was a concern, he was there to manage a solution in the most professional and thoughtful manner. He really cares about your overall experience and he is truly dedicated to giving you exactly what you request!!
He is really creative and has a “we can make anything happen” mentality, which really makes me excited to work with him again to add additional creative pieces in the backyard that we discussed in the near future!
You’ll also find that he provides you with one of the best prices in town!
Thanks Marc! -
We were referred to Pacific Landscape by our Realtor for an overall cleanup of our property before a sale. How we wish we had known about Marc years ago. Marc and his staff were so responsive. Within 24 hours they were here and did a fabulous job. All bushes trimmed beautifully as never before and every leaf and branch picked up and gone. We could go on and on but the bottom line is if you want a great job done on your property call March at Pacific Landscape!!!!

Pacific Landscape is one of the most professional and honest working landscaping companies that I have hired. They always leave my yard looking absolutely amazing and spotless by the time they’re done. Marc is easy to deal with and always gets back to me when I have a question or a concern. By far they have been the best landscaping company that I have ever had. I highly recommend them.

We needed to landscape the backyard of our new home and selected Pacific Landscape after considering other companies. Marc Emerson provided a clear estimate, including a plan of the plants and materials to be used on the project. This plan was beneficial in obtaining HOA approval for our project. Marc was able to use the basic input we had and develop a plan that met our needs. He and his crew showed up on time and ensured that we were satisfied with plant locations before planting them. His crew was efficient and worked steadily to complete the work in 2 days. They kept the work area tidy and free of clutter which limited having the wind spread debris to our neighbors. Pacific Landscape put the finishing touch on our backyard and I would strongly recommend them for any landscaping projects.
