Ruben does great work. Been with him for 6 yrs now, never disappoints! Good price, does what he says, if you need it done right Ruben is the way to go.

Ruben gave us a very fair quote to lay 4 tons decorative rock in our back yard. He was very friendly and professional ad on time. His crew did a beautiful job.

This is the company you want to hire whether you live at your home or lease your property. We live in California and lease a home in Las Vegas. It is hard to find a reliable landscaping maintenance company in Las Vegas so we were so happy to find Ruben’s. They are honest, reliable and efficient and they do stellar work. Our strict homeowners association sent zero complaints to us while Ruben’s was in the job. They are awesome!

Excellent work for a reasonable price. I hired Ruben to re-run my sprinkler system, landscape my pool area with river rock, put some new plants into the ground, and sod a small area with real grass. Each project was delivered on time and within the estimated budget. Ruben was friendly and did everything he could to make the projects successful.

They did a beautiful job on my yard. Priced very well, including the cost of a tree trimming. Ruben and his secretary were so nice. Im very pleased with them and will definitely be using them again.

Ruben and his hardworking crew came out to our new home (formerly a rental, so the yard/irrigation system was in BAD shape) and they completely reran all of our drip sprinkler lines including installing a new water valve in the front yard. They transplanted some potted plants left by the previous owner into the backyard, weeded and cleaned up everything. Would definitely recommend Ruben for your yardwork!

Scheduling and pricing was a little rocky and delayed, but in the end they did a great job. Very thorough and very professional.

4.4.22 - First off, just let me say that they do great work and everyone is very polite. Our issues are with the quote's, the pricing when the crews arrive, follow up appointments and any pricing that is associated with future visits. Our first quote was arranged with Gina with detailed pictures and a pleasant conversation. When Ruben arrived he quoted over $100 more with follow up visits being a set price. We paid and enjoyed a nice refreshed landscape. For our follow up visit (supposedly) every other month, never happened in the timeframe as stated. A month later (now dead middle of winter) we called and the crew arrived. This time the price was quoted the same as our first visit. When I asked why, I was told because it was past the every other month standard. When I questioned why they never scheduled out follow up, Gina stopped communicating with me and went to my wife. They came to an agreement, we paid and enjoyed our winter landscape. Now it's been a month and they actually scheduled the follow up. Crew arrived did the basic maintenance and when it came time to pay, our new on-going price is now the amount we settled with from the previous visit. My gripe is with the continuity of their pricing, follow up, and honoring what they quote. If "Ruben" says it's going to be $125 onsite, then I expect to pay $125. Not $150, $250, or $325. Their website is very nice even though you cannot be invoiced through it. (They only offer Venmo or CC via voice) I'm confident there is a company out there that is fair, consistent, and that offer the same level of quality.

I needed my lawn serviced in between trips out of town. Ruben and his crew accommodated my schedule, gave an exact quote, showed up on time, and did an amazing job on the yard. They even offered a military discount. I highly recommend him and his team to anyone needing professional and reliable landscaping service/maintenance.

I'm not sure how to rate this company. Read all the reviews and was excited and even his wife seemed pleasant on the phone. Ruben came out to give us a quote on replacing our sprinkler heads and to figure out why 2 stations weren't running properly. He came out and counted the sprinkler heads, looked at the clock and left. We asked if he wanted to turn on the water to see what's the issue and he said no. was here for less than 10 minutes and said he will call with a quote..... how can you quote us if you didn't even turn the water on to see the issues. An hr later we got a call with a quote of $1800 .... to change 2 valves sprinkler heads and a clock. We had another quote done and it was 900...how he got $1800 is beyond us.

Ruben and his crews did a great job on my property. Was a good mix of plant removal, tree removal, irrigation repair and placing new rock landscaping. I did go to multiple contractors for estimates and Rubens was the most reasonably priced. Gina in their office, was also great at responding to my questions and coordinating the work with me.

This is my 4th time using Ruben’s and they have been amazing each time. They have general landscaping maintenance for me, along with landscaping repair and a full remodel of my back yard. They are responsive and reasonably priced! They are my go to for all my landscaping needs. Extremely happy with the work they have completed for me so far!

Don’t waste your time calling anyone else! Ruben’s work is amazing, his guys care about your yard, and he has very competitive pricing if not better than most! After 6 years of fighting my yard myself, finally I got smart and called Ruben. Do the same!!

Ruben has a great crew. They are fast efficient and left me with a job well done. Ruben and his crew are coming back in a few days to do another job for me. I got his name and number from my neighbor who also used his service and was very satisfied with the work they did.

EDIT: After the initial breakdown in communication, Ruben and team came out within 2 days to help make it right and did a good job cleaning up my yard. Overall, really nice guy, and does seem like he takes pride in his work. (5/13/19)

Very bad follow through.

They came and cleaned up our yard and I paid over 400$ for initial clean up. Fine I get it... But afterward, I tried over the course of 2 months to schedule monthly maintenance. Unfortunately they decided not to follow up with me and gain a permanent customer. Now I'm out looking for a new yard service, and since it's been 2 months, I have another start up fee from another yard service provider. Very disappointed with Ruben and staffs follow through and customer service, it felt like he took the money and ran.

I contacted Rubens to have irrigation installed and an electrical timer for my backyard. They were very responsive and gave me a good price. When completing the work, they even had to do a bit more and then didn’t charge me for it. I felt very happy with their service and quality. Great job!

Ruben and his team are awesome! There is a reason I have had them to do my yard for the past 7 years. I have a very specific want as to how my yard looks and Ruben has delivered every time. He knows his customer on the fine details and this is the kind of business I would recommend to everyone and anyone! On Ruben's last visit, I asked if he would remove a tree and I would keep the wood and put away later. Ruben not only provided a fair price, but cut the tree down and into little sizes for my back firepit. He didn't stop there, he even carried them to my firepit area where I keep the wood. He could have easily cut the tree and call it a day...He did not. Very trustworthy and does great work! Thank you for all you do Ruben! To many more years doing business with you!

Quality, Professionalism and Stunning Results ! Best describe Ruben's Lawn Service. We have used their services for a few years now and nothing short of perfection. We recently ( March 2023) had our front yard converted to a Desert / Rock Landscape from quick concept to completed project his team did a beautiful job! We just love our new front yard! From digging out our old irrigation to installing our new system, digging out our grass and adding our new plants / river rock and small boulders it went very smoothly! My yard was in shambles. It has been transformed into a work of art. I read positive and negative reviews for this company. I personally have zero complaints, and will definitely reach out to them for future assistance. I like the fact that the company is willing to work with unsatisfied customers, but there is nothing a person can do to console difficult people. Ruben will meet you at the job site, and provide a reasonable quote. Once the job is scheduled Ruben and his team will arrive early on the scheduled day. They are fast, quiet, and efficient. Ruben and his team will go above and beyond the customer's desired intentions. There is strict attention to detail. If they are ever unsure they will double check with the customer. My experience throughout the entire process was exceptional. The customer service skills of each member within this company is pristine. I personally recommend this lawn service over any other.

I called Ruben's lawn service to do some work on my front yard. Gina was awesome she was very informative quick with responding to my questions or concerns. And very accommodating!! The crew repaired a drip system, replaced the solenoid and sprinkler clock, did a great job cleaning up front and back yards. No complaints with the work or the price.

The owner behaved inappropriately toward me. Women, I’d recommend using someone else.

I had Ruben and his team do our front yard weeding a few months ago and they did an amazing job. They came again today and did the front and back yard. They rocked it and did another amazing job. The team that comes out as well as the very nice lady that talks on the phone are great. I can't recommend this company enough. If you need work done, call them.
