I would like to say that Ruben and his team really did a Great job on my home on Monday morning. They were on time and very effective. They are also very reasonably affordable for home owners. I give them a 5 star rating! And NO I am not a AI bot this is a real review from a real person lol.

They cleaned up my yard well. There was a misunderstanding on their part but, when I communicated my concerns, they were happy to fix it. I appreciate their willingness to fix the issue.

Reuben and his team do a great job! I had a problem with a stuck irrigation valve that I knew nothing about until I received an $1,100 water bill for. Since I have total desert landscaping, I usually only need them after a rain spell. Since the water problem resulted in over 100,000 gallons of water being soaked up in my back yard, of which there was no sign, it obviously resulted in a horrible amount of weeds that would have taken me two weeks at least to deal with. Reuben took care of in little more than an hour!

I wish I could give TEN STARS AND MORE!!!!! I found Ruben's Lawn Service in a search for a local landscaper. I read a few reviews and contacted Gina to get a free estimate. From the moment we began it was the easiest yard experience ever for me and I've had some yards!!! I highly recommend Ruben's Lawn Service for all your needs. I had a complete yard clean up and overhaul. Trimming of fruit trees and many oleanders and more!! They sent beautiful samples of rocks and poured them and hand installed. The entire team is awesome. Everyone works together without complaining and I've had nothing but bad luck with vendors on the East side. They hauled my extra trash out and cleaned up better than the yard looked when I moved in. Thank you Ruben (who is gentleman!!), Gina (who is the sweetest girl ever!!),and the guys who helped me. I can't wait for the trees Ruben is recommending and planting next. Signed up for trimming of the yard. Oh yes best of all.... Ruben's Lawn Service is extremely affordable and offers above and beyond services. Do not waste your time and just call Ruben's today!!! I had this firm look at the landscaping and irrigation system that needed to be repaired. They came out and looked at it and asked that I submit an email as to what I needed done. I did that and never heard back. They completely ghosted me. Can't recommend them for anything.

Ruben’s Landscaping had a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and quality of Service throughout my ENTIRE experience with them. I was looking for a landscaper to clean up my front and backyard. Mind you it’s a desert landscape With very minimal maintenance needed. Small amount of leaves and branches / trash to be picked up.

I had to reschedule my in person free quote two different times due to them missing the initial appointment without any communication of Not being able to make the appointment. Once I am finally in person able to go over the job that is needed to be done with Rueben we agree on work and a price. Once the day comes for the landscaping, the crew was on site for maybe a total of 45 minutes. most of their times were spent in the front yard, even though by far most of the work was needed in the backyard. Once Rueben is on site doing the job, he asked for a higher amount than what was initially agreed on when we went over the quote in person (For no specific reason communicated at the time). Once he was told no, that’s not the price we agreed on he goes back to work without any issues but the entire demeanor changed. Didn’t stop him from asking for payment even though the job was not fully done yet, through zelle. Later over the phone, they try to tell me it was an extra $50 due to a dumping fee, that’s why he was raising the quote, even though their trash was basically full when they arrived And disposal as part of the job on the quote we discussed. I sent the payment through with good-faith thinking they would complete the job still and sure enough within 5-10 minutes of me sending payment the crew was packing up and heading out. The crew was onsite for less than an hour in total between the front and backyard!!

As for the quality, In the backyard, there were still leaves and debris everywhere. They didn’t even leaf blow back there on the left side at all and what they did blow together, they did not pick up, gather or throw away. They essentially moved dirt around on top of other dirt. All of the trash was still on the floor. I had to take videos and photos of after they left immediately to send back to them. I had to literally physically clean up myself after the landscapers had left. I had to take before and after videos because I did the work in 25 minutes what a crew of 5+ men couldn’t have done in their entire time there. Nothing was tidied up, picked up, cleaned up. The job discussed in person was not what we got by any standards. Photos attached are small snips of what the team determined was a “job well done”. After a call between myself and Ruben’s team, They did arrange for them to come back to “finish the job” (That they should’ve finished initially) but they refused to take out any of the trash without the extra fee - this extra fee also did NOT include the yard work that They had agreed to do initially on our walk-through on the original quote (which was literally scooping up 3-4 trash bags of old mulch up to be disposed). I have gotten to deal with a lot of landscaping companies and never in my life, and I had to work on the yard immediately after the paid crew worked on it.

I have been vocal with the company about my dissatisfaction prior to writing this review. I can’t stress enough, try any landscapers except these guys I promise it’s not worth it whatsoever.

Our yard is unrecognizable!!!! They did such an amazing and quick job. Very fair pricing; I called about 8 diff places and they were the fairest for clean up pricing. 100% recommend

The best landscaping experience I have ever had. Ruben and his team listened to all my concerns and they gave me a fair quote. The day of service they were on time and completed everything I requested and then some. Im so happy with my yard and the results. I will refer them to all of my clients.

Ruben came to our home to get an estimate of the work. He didn’t take notes. Apparently he told someone in the car what the job was per the office staff. His crew came over and took out more than they were asked to do including two small palm trees and a bush from the back wall. They didn’t do the work in the front yard nor both side yards as Ruben was asked. When I brought up the issues for completing the work they wanted to come back at another time to replant the trees and a bush and offered a discount. When I brought up the work that wasn’t completed on the side yards and the front yard they said that it wasn’t part of the bid. I was pressured to pay them in cash before seeing that the work was done for myself. I made the mistake to trust that they did the work when they said it was done. So I Zelled the payment to them except for the cost of the trees and bush. They sent videos of only certain areas, but not the whole job. I don’t want them to come back even to finish the work without charging me more at this point.

In response to your comments. Please don’t misrepresent yourself. The bid was a walk through the whole property last week. Do you want me to include screenshots and pictures? Why should I miss work and lose more money for your lack of professionalism?

There are so many landscape choices online. Ruben's was so excellent. Finished the Work requested and also went above and beyond. The workmen are absolutely committed to proving that Ruben's Lawn Service will continue to receive 5 Star Ratings.

I've used Ruben's Landscaping Service twice now and both experiences have been excellent. They are very easy to contact and schedule, and the team is incredibly quick, professional, and thorough. They truly do an amazing job. Highly recommend giving them a call—you won't be disappointed!

For basic maintenance they will get the job done, but I got a new mesquite sapling for my front yard. I ask them to trim it, but instead it was butchered like a regular bush. It’s a tree! And it was cut like a bush. So now the tree will not grow back again for the reason I bought it for initially. I provided feedback, but no response nor apology on how it was cut. Please do your research on certain trees and plants before butchering them.

We use this service at our church. They are professional and easy to work with. Very transparent and strive to meet our needs each week. Great job.
