Todd not only figured out 3 leaks, one under my rock waterfall feature, but put a plug in (fixed) one of the leaks from the outtake drain and taught me new things that I didn’t know existed, like a bubbler that comes out on the shallow tanning ledge! Never knew after living here 12 years! Very knowledgeable!!

Highly recommend Todd and hound dog. He performed multiple tests trying to find my leak as it wasn't readily apparent. It seemed as if though I had a monster of a leak, completely saturating the ground near my wall. Once he was confident I had a very tight system, we went to my neighbors yard and it turned out to be his irrigation (whew!) We found the leak and Todd even and capped it. I hope I need have to see him again, at least for this type of matter, but if I amd in another similar situation, I won't hesitate to call on his services again.

Wow! These guys really know their stuff. We had zero pressure in our pool filter gauge, bubbles coming out of the returns, and vacuum was barely moving.

In just two hours they had solved three leak issues, got the pressure back to normal with no bubbles returning to the pool, and best of all only charged us for the original quoted diagnostic price!

I’m very pleased with this company. They were able to troubleshoot a problem with water loss by determining that the actual problem was the pool pump. There was no underground leak however they checked everything and everything passed. I really appreciate the fact that they did the right thing instead of the profitable thing to fix and help me

I lost 3-4 inches of water overnight Friday into Saturday...I was worried it was my filtration system...happened to be the skimmer and the light that was just installed when I bought the house...by the time I got home from work tuesday everything was fixed and pump was up and running...even tho I was at work Cole communicated with me the whole time..and had the work done in under 2 hours...I was worried it was going to be much worse...prices are very reasonable...thank you hound dog

The rep Todd came to my house, very friendly and professional. Took a solid hour tapping pipes, digging to see what we could find. Not only did he find a leak in my pool plumbing also found a leak in my irrigation system. Wonderful job and went above and beyond to make sure they found all leaks. Unfortunately due to my leak being under ground they weren’t bonded to complete the job but was able to refer me to a sister company who was able to come in and complete the repair within a week. 3 months later and we are still going strong!

This company solved my leak issue when multiple other companies failed to do so. And their prices were way more affordable as well. A family owned and operated business by Las Vegas natives, Todd, Starla, and Able are the dream team when it comes to any of your plumbing needs. They showed up with more testing equipment than any of their competitors and swam my whole pool with listening devices and dye tests making sure to check for ANY and ALL issues that could be contributing to the leak. Absolutely the best service. Hound Dog came through for me twice when I had a major pool leak, and then a minor pool equipment adjustment. They were very responsive, professional, and thorough--didn't give up when leak was difficult to find. Hound Dog is the only leak service I will use if the need arises.

Absolutely EXCELLENT service!! We cannot say enough about Todd, Starla, and his team. We had a pool leak in our pool pipes where Todd said, "If there is a leak, we will find it." He and the boys pressure tested and did their thing, and although it was a tough one, they found two pipes that were cracked and leaking substantially (hence Las Vegas Water District let us know by a very hefty bill!). We would like to mention that these pipes were surrounded in concrete approximately 3 feet in the ground! Todd's work ethic, communication, honesty, and fairness are incredible, and we are SO GRATEFUL for our pool pipes are FIXED! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOUND DOG!! Todd and the guys are excellent. Very professional, thorough, and friendly. The test was for an unexpected water loss in my refurbished spa, I called Hounddog as they were the guys who found a previous leak in my pool. Again, great professional and friendly service... full pressure testing showed no underground problems thankfully.,The issue turned out to be a failed seal behind the in spa light. Called Todd Thursday, problem fixed Monday.... thanks guys !!
