Hound dog leak detection was simply amazing. talking with Starla and setting up appointment, she made me feel very comfortable. She explained to me what was gonna happen. Todd came out and he just did an amazing job. There was absolutely no leaks in my pool. He wrote out an amazing report and I am just one happy customer.

Highly recommend! Recently had my pool re-plastered and with it came some unwanted new water loss issues. The pool company that did the work hired and recommended Hound Dog Leak Detection to locate the leaks. They clearly have a lot of experience because they found the leaks quickly and were about to clearly communicate everything to me, the homeowner. I recently received a continuous water flow notice from the Las Vegas Water District and after checking with all my resources, I turned to Hound Dog Leak Detection who not only helped identify exactly where the leak was coming from but also did a great job repairing the underground leaking pipe. Both Cole and Kevin were very professional, easy to work with and helped reduce my stress as they assured me they would help me fix the leak problem. We got a notice from SNWA that our water was running continuously. I was extremely worried this was going to cost me a fortune. Everyone we dealt with at Hound Dog Leak detection was professional. These people are pros. They found the leak and fixed it in the same visit. They honestly sounded happy for me that it was an easy fix and wasn’t going to cost me more.

Hopefully we never need them again, but if we ever have a leak, I will be calling them. I would recommend them to everyone I know in a heartbeat. You don’t find many people like this anymore.

I've used Hound Dog twice, once to find a leak and repair it and once for a repair that was obviously needed. Each time they were prompt and made the repairs quickly and cleanly. Their communication with their clients is excellent; I never had to question what was going on or when something would take place; they answered any questions I had regarding the work in easy to understand terms. I rarely make recommendations about service companies but I recommend them to a friend for a pump replacement and she did end up using them, she was also quite pleased with their work. They are now the only company I will use for pool equipment repair.

Todd, Starla and Cole are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They will hunt down any leak you have with your pool, fountain or auto fill valve and get it fixed properly. They went above and beyond to get the problems I had addressed. I can't say thank you enough!!

My sister referred Hound Dog Leak Detection to us after they fixed the leak in their pool. My wife and I are very impressed with this company. Cole, Brian and Kevin diagnosed our problem with our spa leaking within a couple of hours and also did the repair. We have had numerous pool companies try to figure out why our spa was leaking and nobody could figure it out.(They just gave us big money estimates and wanted to bust the concrete and dig) Hound Dog Leak Detection went right to work with their equipment, expertise and knowledge, detected and made the repair at a much lower price than expected. It's nice to work with a company that is honest, fair, guarantee their work and they know what they are doing. They emailed us a full report with actual video of the leak, reconnected the actuator and reprogrammed our timer and double checked everything before they left. You won't be "Crying All the Time" with Hound Dog Leak Detection!

My pool was losing a good amount of water daily and not due to evaporation. I scheduled with Hound Dog Leak Detection and wound up finding 3 leaks. One was caught right away but the other 2 were very tiny and very hard to find but Todd and Cole were adamant that the leak be found and didn't stop till it was solved. Even if you are experiencing a slight leak these are the people to call. My pool is up and running with no leaks. Doesn't get any better than that. Thanks again to Todd and his crew.

I reach out to Todd from Hound Dog Leak Detection on 12/18/2024. They found a leak in my pool skimmer throat and spa spillway when they came out the first time.
Hound Dog Leak Detection guys showed up and began checking the pool equipment, water flow, filter and everything else with there special expense equipment they came with.
Once the leaks were found Todd recommended two companies: Refresh Pool Tile and 1 Awesome Pool Solution. I decided to go with both company, one for the pool tile repair and
the other company for check valves rebuild. Once the work was completed by both company there was still a leak problem. Todd came back to my home and found more leaks
inside the spa and sealed the problem area. My experience with Todd from Hound Dog Leak Detection was excellent. I feel they did a through assessment of my pool leak problems.
Todd provided guidance and referrals. Excellent follow up and good communications, I totally recommend that you go with Hound Dog Leak Detection -- they are top-notch company!
