I knew they were professional when Bill (person who did the cleaning) calls me at 6:30am and says he is leaving the shop and will be on location for my 7:00am appointment. He shows up and immediately starts conversation on what he is about to perform on my carpet. Mind you, this is the first carpet cleaning since, we purchased the house in 2003 and installed new Berber carpeting. So, I wasn't really sure what to expect with 12 year old carpet. I immediately knew Bill would do the best job, just from the equipment appearance stored in his trailer and how knowledgeable he explained things. He worked very efficiently, was vey polite plus he used corner plastic guards to protect our wall's finish. He completed the triple carpet treatment of 600 square feet in little over an hour (efficient); we talked about golf, his past work experiences and even about spending more time doing family things (polite) and the final result on how clean the carpets got surprised even my wife (that's all that matters). I am totally happy that I didn't rent one of those "weak" carpet cleaners from Home Depot, Lowe's or Walmart and even more happier that I didn't go with Stanley Steemer. Thank you Ben and your crew from another happy customer, it was well worth the price and I will use your company again in the future.

Excellent! From speaking on the phone with Ben, who patiently answered my questions without trying to make a sale), to Bill and Raul doing an amazing job. They were professional, helpful, and couldn't have been nicer. They worked really hard and obviously knew their stuff. I've had carpets cleaned before, but never as thoroughly as this! I highly recommend this company. And I'll be asking for Bill and Raul in the future.

These guys rock! Our new home was a rental before we bought it and the floors were trashed! The tile grout was black with dirt. We had them come and do the carpets and tile grout at the same time and the come reseal the grout the next day. It all looks great! I'll have them back to epoxy my garage floor this summer! Highly recommend!

The tech was pleasant however none of the pet urine stains came out which was the main reason I opted for the "deep" cleaning. I'll definitely try a different company next year. When I called back to express my concerns THEN I got the fast talking well you didn't say you had pet stains BS. Before they came out everyone I spoke to was very nice. The tech advised the owner sold the businesses a week ago so be advised this company is under new management and it's apparent customer satisfaction is not a priority.

On 12-12-22 I hired this company to clean and deodorize my vents. I found them on Google and chose them because they are rated 4.9 stars. But after the scam occurred I went back and realized most of the comments was for carpet cleaning.I have 15 vents in my home at $25 per vent plus $99 for the clothes dryer vent.
Two guys arrived at 2:38 pm Counted the Vents and went over pricing. We agreed on pricing and they started the job at 2:51 pm. I left at 3:08 pm to pick up my kids from school and get 3 filters because they didn't provide filters. I returned home at 3:42 pm and the guy told me "we're almost done we have two vents left" The job was done at 4:08 pm. So 1 hour and 17 min to clean 15 vents and a dryer. I blame this on myself because I had called multiple companies for the job and most of the companies didn't have any opening this week. One of the companies warned me about scams. She told me any reputable company wouldn't be able to come today which is what I required. She also warned me that legit companies for a house my size is 3 to 4 hour job. I let the guy know that I felt scammed and he responded that " if I didn't know what I was doing I wouldn't have 4.9 stars. I wasn't in the mood to argue about it. So I paid the gentleman and took it as a $467 learning lesson. But if you get a chance to read this save yourself this expensive lesson and go elsewhere.

This has been the third time we have used Turbo Clean. Would call them back again. They are the only ones that have cleaned my tile and carpets so throughly. Only have to have it done about every 18 months. Stays clean. Going to have the grout sealed this time. A demo was very satisfying. Love how the tile looks when they are done.

On time. Friendly. Fast. Answered all my questions. No surprise charges at the end. Told me up front what it would cost. Thorough job on my carpets. They used a Rotovac. Made my carpets look new again! Definitely using Turbo Clean again!

Called Turbo Clean and they had someone at my house the next morning! They are very prompt and professional. So happy they were able to take care of the stain in my new rug! I would highly recommend them!

They didn't show up at the time we had scheduled. I called them after waiting around for hours for them to get there. Chris said there was a misunderstanding he said the next day he would come with another guy that will help him. He arrived by himself he took over 5hours to clean my carpet tile and grout . The machine that was in the company's van was super loud . I did not like the my grout was cleaned in some areas and in others it wasn't. I was not happy that I have a brand new house and baseboards and staircase were damaged when the cleaning took place. I contacted Chris the guy that cleaned my carpet and tile and I told him about the damage he had done on my staircase and baseboards. He apologized and said they would get it fixed right away. He has made up up every excuse in the books for him not to come and fix the damage. It has been almost three weeks and still can't get him to come fix the damage. I will not be hiring this company again!!!

Turbo clean uses a special steam cleaning machine that uses very little chemicals so is safe for pets and children. They are always on time and dependable. Bill has been cleaning our carpet twice a year for 8 years. He always does a very careful and thorough job and the carpet looks great.

My son had ice cream that was pink and bkueb that didn't agree with him and the carpet got it!!! Ben the owner was amazing and offers me a solution to get it done in my own but I ran out if time to get the products he selected..however he was able to get me in quickly. Drew my service tech worked hard and did an amazing job you can't even tell there was a stain before!. If you want a professional job done right call Turbo Clean Pro.

Turbo Clean is my new go to cleaner. What a fabulous job! The technician, Anthony, was awesome. Very nice and thorough. He also cleaned my dryer vent and adjusted my flexible duct. I had it far too long for proper venting. A 5+ rating from me.

We have a dog, three cats and a son that works at a recycling plant as a heavy equipment operator. So between the animal hair, years of heavy tread from 3 kids and many grandkids, as well as engine oil and grease (among other things), our carpets were filthy. Even after having other companies clean them. We thought they would never be close to clean. Then comes Turbo Clean to the rescue. They removed the pet stains, years of abuse that comes with having children as well as most of the oil and grease stains. I highly recommend them to everyone. They are polite, clean cut, and very professional. They are also very fair priced. I paid less than I did with another company and got much better results.

This company does a fantastic job! My tile/grout looks brand new. Jason was the lead tech on my job, very friendly and diligent in doing a great job. He called for a 2nd set of hands and the young man that joined him has the same attitude. Definitely recommend.
