I was charged for services i have yet to receive which has been six weeks I don’t know if the lady i spoke to on phone is the owner are what but her customer service skills are horrible.

Great service. They were the only company that would perform the cleaning off pickup day which really helped my final move out inspection.

I used to wash my own trash cans. They would get very smelly over time. I live in a neighborhood it with an HOA. I hated the smell of the trash cans in my backyard. So I tried this service. I am very satisfied and would recommend them as my garbage cans no longer had any smells and were as good as new. I plan on keeping up this service a few times throughout the year.

The guy that came and did the cleaning did a good job and was nice but they charged me more than I was told by phone. After that I called their office to figure out why I got charged extra and the lady on the phone literally started yelling at me saying she was in a restaurant (during business hours) and saying made up stuff that was not what was agreed. I wasn't even very disappointed about the extra charge but her bad attitude ruined my day.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Multiple times we had no shows to clean our trash cans on our scheduled day and time. I just got off the phone with a sales manager Tony who basically said he can't help us because of our late trash pickup time. No care to keep clients. No care to keep appointments. Don't waste your time.

Made an appointment online, paid upfront and even though i was sent appointment reminders and confirmations for two weeks no one came to clean out the trash can. I even called to confirm after the first missed appointment. The price was great but I never got to see the job completed. Will be trying another company.

I've used Bubble Binz for almost two years now, and this is the service I knew I needed when I moved from an apartment to a house. If you are putting your stinky trash in a can and letting it sit for more than a few days out in the hot sun, then you need this service. It's great value and this service is reliable. Recommended!

Another great job by Bubble Binz! I absolutely love that my garbage bins come back smelling absolutely clean and sanitized and the techs go the extra mile to bring my bins up to my house. In Las Vegas summer heat, Bubble Binz is a godsend. No cloud of stink from my bins because Bubble Binz is so thorough. Would love if my HOA made added this service to our dues.

The Bubble Binz driver did an outstanding job as usual cleaning my two bins and then rolling them up to the house from the street.

Even though you were very late, 8:00pm, you did a good job and you pushed the cans to the back gate, so I wound not get fined by my HOA. The cans smelled wonderful, but had to tip them over to remove the excess water. I'm 77 years old and this was a difficult task for me, maybe next time you could do this for me.

First time using bubble bins, literally amazing!! Thank you so much, I couldn’t stand the smell of our trash/recycling bins anymore.. stunk up the garage. They smell so good now !!! Keeping this service👍🏻

Trash was picked up late and was still in can when your employee got here. He took out trash and put it in a larger bag so he could clean the can. And there was no additional charge. Nice.

Bubble Binz came through clutch! As promised, they were able to clean my cans and make them look and smell brand new! No longer does the stench of filth permeate the air on the side of my house! Bubble Binz service was so exceptional, I had to bring the ole lady out of the house to take a gander at such a marvelous site! I would recommend their service to anyone who desires to level up their trash cans!

Only did the trash bins for my neighbors and me. Recycling truck finally picked up the recycling. Tried to call their office, no answer. Left a voice mail, no call back. Left a one star evaluation per their link, not even a phone call. Been with them for years. They usually will come back if both bins were not picked up, this is the first time they have epicly failed.

Evidently, this wasn't important enough to give me a call and sent me a message. Hard for me to respond to personal messages while at work. Poor customer service when there is a question the customer needs answered.

Wow- great service. Me and my family were just talking about how nasty our trash cans were. We attempted to clean them as best as we could but the smell was still there. One of the guys knocked on the door, Today. My husband answered and got the info and I immediately signed up. They literally came right after and cleaned it! Truly didn't expect that right away. Great service and great pricing. Glad I got a subscription 👍

I love Bubble Binz! I live in a neighborhood where I have to store my garbage bins inside my garage. So thanks to bubble binz I don’t have any weird smells in my garage. They always come when they say they will and they clean it perfectly and even deodorize it. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend.

Wonderful service. I inherited disgusting bins at my rental and could not stand to have them in the garage. Now, they are sparkling clean and smell of a light cleanser.

I accidentally scheduled my first cleaning for the day before my trash day. Bubble Binz came the next week on the correct day no issue after I reached out. I can't recommend enough.

They do a really good job and started using the fragrance again... Yeah! The worker was very respectful and brought the cans up to my garage!
