Came across an ad on Facebook, which I took as a sign that my bins needed to be cleaned. Sign up process was super easy, pricing is reasonable and so pleased with the service! I signed up on a Friday night and Saturday morning my bins were cleaned following pick up. I wish I took before pictures, our bins were horrible but now they’re sparkling clean.

I was so excited to start my service. Well my service day came and went. No service.
I called the next day to find out the technician could not locate my trailer space. I asked why he didn't call me to help him find my location. The representative could not tell me why. They already had me scheduled for the following week.
Also they cannot give a more narrow time window for the service. I live in a very quiet community and if they come out at 9:00 at night spraying down these cans, my neighbors will not be very happy.
I wish this could have worked out, but first impressions say A LOT!
I feel if they really wanted my business, they would have tried calling me to find my location instead of relying on their faulty GPS. Instead, NO SERVICE.

Great, first impression the guy that came and cleaned the bins was super professional and really polite. He bagged up my contents because they hadn’t been yet. Cleaned it, put the bag in for collection.

I've been using Bubble Binz for about 6 months now, and I couldn't possibly be happier! Not just with the actual cleaning, but with the techs I've dealt with. I love to watch them clean the bins - I find the process fascinating. And the techs have always been very professional and courteous, and more than willing to answer any questions I have about how they do the work. If I have a special request - like an extra shot of deodorizer in my trash bin because my son has 4 cats so all the old litter is there and even in bags it stinks - they're always happy to accommodate me. My most recent tech, Alex, is going to put a note in my file for them to just automatically do the extra deodorizing. That's the kind of customer service that makes this a great company!!

We use this service once a year, it's just the two of us and to maintain cleanliness starts our new year fresh. Great service and our trash cans are definitely clean! Highly recommend them.

Really disappointed. My wife and I loved our first service and were telling everyone about it. Come today we had our second service. Actually was excited they were coming because our trash can started to smell again. Ring camera alerted us they were there so I decided to check. Literally the guy was there less than 2 minutes. All he did was spray the cans with water and sprayed some deodorizer and called it a day lolll!! Literally less than 2 minutes!! I am just wondering if that's all they did on the first day and we were just happy because it smelled good. (Good smell only lasted 2 days). I just called them to cancel. Highly disappointed. Nothing like they show you on their websites and IG.

I rarely write bad reviews on companies that I deal with. Unfortunately, this is the service that I received from Bubble Binz. I spoke with someone named Summer who seems like she did not want to even help. Told me to go ahead and write a bad review. This is the cleaning after first time service. After I expressed my concern to cancel if it could not be fixed. She told me that it would be a $20 cancellation fee. I could clean out these bins with my pressure washer and do a better job. I thought they would be better with service than this. More importantly it is the attitude they gave when I was unsatisfied with the service. I wish I could give zero stars.

I am updating my review with Bubble Binz. Since my last review things have been resolved. They came out and did a great job. Even though my first encounter was not great. I would still recommend them for service. I am a strong believer in small businesses. Giving them a second chance proved to be the right one!

Here is another update to my review! I’ve been using the service for over a year now.

We’re very impressed with this service. Not only does it keep our trash cans sanitary and spotless, but the company itself goes above and beyond. There have been times I’ve accidentally pulled my bins back up before they arrived—and they actually brought them back down just to clean them! They’re efficient, thoughtful, and always leave the cans at the top of my driveway when they’re done. It’s rare to find a service this reliable and considerate.

I have had this service for about 2 years never had a problem till this week, received a text and email that service was completed at 1:15 pm the trash was picked up till 3 pm when I got home the cans were still dirty. Called and they said take pictures and will will take care of it next week, I pay for them cleaned every 6 weeks. The guy on the phone seemed like he didn’t care and didn’t have good customer service.

Update: blocking fire lanes and driveways (12.26.25), 4 today, continues. Trespassing on private property continues even after "cease and desist". Ignore NRS484B.450. Ignore signage indicating Fire Lanes and No Parking. Leaves a big mess, spray on private property yards and vehicles. Their website shows the bin inside but does not show the outside crud that gets sprayed off onto private yards and vehicles then left behind on privately owned drives. Terrible service.

Update: they continue to block fire lanes, prevent residents from getting to their homes, dump water+ on private property, and apparently don't pass complete info to the workers, all today 8.22.25. Nothing has been done after their first response.

Prior: Bubblebinz consistently trespasses on private property, ignores fire codes/fire lanes, blocks driveways and cul de sac access, and sprays whatever on yards/plants/private property. Yes, Bubblebinz has been contacted numerous times. Obviously they choose to ignore. Maybe the bins get cleaner but community awareness is nil.

Maybe they do a great job if they can get to you. We signed up a couple of weeks ago and twice they claim "unserviceable visit" however the photos provided is of a different address. Since we signed up we have not been able to get our trash bins cleaned once since they can't seem to find us. Its insane truthfully that even with GPS they can't look at the street name and number on the house and figure out if they're at the right location. Maybe they do a good job but only if they can get to you. So, I do not recommend this company. Waste of time. Each week they tell us we have to wait yet another week. They have not made an effort to try to make it better. Maybe the owner himself needs to drive his employee here so they know how to find us? Its frustrating to say the least

Update: we were told they would try again on trash day on the 3rd week. I was so upset that they never even offered to send a technician asap instead of having to wait another week again. Being told we had to wait for the 3rd week was the las draw. They got an earful and I was ready to cancel. I told them they could have went out of their way to send someone after trash day since they knew we weren't at fault. Only then, did they send someone and called me. It shouldn't have to get to that point. I gave them 3 stars for effort after the fact but they themselves should have take that initiative to make it right especially after the 2nd attempt and the driver could not for some odd reason find us, however anyone we order from can easily find us. We will see what happens on the 2nd cleaning. Im hoping no more issues going forward. Thank you to Mike who did an amazing job at cleaning my bins.

I pay for a two-bin cleaning service. Over the course of three weeks and four scheduled attempts, the company repeatedly failed to clean one of my bins.

Every single week came with a new excuse:
“Only one bin was found”
“The other bin didn’t have a sticker”
“It might belong to a neighbor”
“The technician couldn’t locate it”

The bins were side-by-side, both clearly marked with my address. On each visit, the technician literally washed one bin and left the other sitting there, untouched. On each occasion, photos were provided as proof of their lack of execution.

Each week I was offered a "free re-wash," despite the fact that I had already paid and the service simply wasn’t being completed. Offering something for free that I had already paid for isn't free. I asked for clarification if a refund was being offered or simply offering a free re-wash, and you can guess the answer, no refund.

After accepting their apology and the offer to fix it the following week, guess what?
Missed appointments, incorrect rescheduling, and internal errors continued, including a day when the technician never showed up at all.

After weeks of apologies and no resolution, I finally requested cancellation of my service and a refund for the most recent charge, which they gladly accommodated without hesitation. Although I am happy that they honored my request, I also consider it bad customer service and retention to not again try and rectify the issue. They said I would get my refund in 5-7 days, and canclled my account. Zero attempt to try and retain the customer.

Customer service was polite, but politeness doesn’t replace execution. If you value reliability and follow-through, look elsewhere. Apologies don’t clean bins — technicians do, and that’s where this company consistently failed.

Where am I left? Still an unfulfilled service.

If only outsourcing all of your least favorite chores was this easy and inexpensive, life would be so much more enjoyable. I’m blown away by their awesome customer service, as well. Super responsive and thorough. If you are looking to make life a little easier and less messy? I 100% suggest using Bubble Binz.

Clean Living started up my pool 3 years ago and have done our regular maintenance since. They are fantastic!

I've been with them for years. I fell on hard times and had to let some things go by the wayside. The pool was one thing that got severely neglected. The family at Cleaning Living Pool and Spa, care. I really can't express the job they just did. That was a really, really, really nasty, yucky, pool that sat for months on months in the nasty, cold and dry, windy hot. Spectacular!! Just amazing.

I don't understand why Google doesn't allow multiple reviews from one person for one Amazing pool service company. I refuse to delete my previous review, so I had to settle with updating this review, 😂. The Clean Living Pool and Spa team is amazing. They had given me a heads up on a leak a month or so ago and unfortunately I had to put a couple things before fixing the leak on the pump. BRANDON came by this morning and realized that the leak was getting more out of hand. He took a look inside his truck and actually had the spare parts to fix it in his truck. I love this pool company! They have been taking care of our pool for 5 years and I have never had a single issue!! They send reminders, updates, and reports with pictures....just excellent all around!

McKay was friendly and professional. The whole process from setting up the appointment to completion was quick and painless.

We are very pleased with our weekly pool technician Jason. Jason is friendly, consistent and thorough with his work. Jason is always available to explain things if we ever have a questions. Jason does a great job even on the challenging weather days. Thank you Jason and Clean Living Pool and Spa!
