I've been using Picky Performance for over a year now. I love that they schedule ahead of time so it's one less thing I have to do. They do what I need -- which is mostly just keeping my house looking and smelling nice, all the scrubbing I just don't have a chance to get around to during my week. They've always been very nice, and if they need to switch around a schedule they give me plenty of notice. Would 100% recommend this company.

We've been with Picky Performance for over 8 years, and they are truly amazing. Marisol has been our go-to for years, and her consistency and care for our home are incredible. We’ve tried a couple other companies in the past, but quickly came back to here. Erika, the owner, runs an amazing business, and her daughter Jesenia was actually one of the first people to step in when we started using their services. It’s always a pleasure to work with them, and we feel lucky to have found such a kind and accommodating team!

Recently I had my 1800 sq ft home’s floors all torn up and new porcelain tile laid down along with carpet (hubby’s idea) in the bedrooms. Although the installers did the best they could, there was still an immense amount of tile dust throughout. My daughter and I are both asthmatics and could not even really enter the house. I checked around and found Ericka and her Picky Performance Cleaning. Now I have hired a number of different cleaning companies in both Las Vegas and California with varying results. NONE CAME CLOSE TO THE PHENOMENAL JOB DONE BY THIS COMPANY!!! I have still not recovered from what a terrific job was done. Our lungs do not lie! There is NO dust in this home! Everything sparkled clean and no corner was untouched! Even the doorknobs looked rejuvenated! My very tall neighbor came over to see what I was raving about and rubbed her fingers over tops of doors, thermostat, doorbell, alarm system, closet shelves, etc! Nothing in 1800 feet was missed! My shutters and blinds look like new! Windows are spotless! Every corner! Pricing was so reasonable to have three people in here for hours that these folks are now officially my every two weeks house cleaning service! A selfish part of me almost hesitated in letting anyone in on the knowledge of this wonderful company…I mean there are only so many hours in a month and I will have to share! But they are too great at what they do not to share with my fellow Googlers! Try them out and see if they aren’t unbelievably terrific! You will not be sorry!

I was in a pinch and Picky Performance Cleaning was able to schedule me same day! They came and delivered on their performance. And they didn’t overcharge!!!! So thankful for them! Will absolutely be using them again!

Picky Performance Cleaning was absolutely amazing! From the first phone interaction she was friendly, communicated clearly and professional. We had a bit of a special situation with a move out cleaning and she was so accommodating. The job they did was a top to bottom house cleaning and her and the team left the house looking a thousand times cleaner! They were so thorough! When they came they were super detailed got my fans, all my shutters , the top of my cabinets , just super detailed in their cleaning. The HOA got on my case about brown stains on my driveway; looked like rust stains but that doesn't make any sense.
These guys came out the next day and got the stains removed at a fair price. The driveway looks great and the HOA is off my case.

This is a top notch fleet wash. I called Brian a few years ago with a tight timeline and Mr Magic showed up on time and knocked it out of the park. They power washed a large fleet for me and did an excellent job. I was so impressed I scheduled them to be our regular detailer. They’ve been reliable and professional since. Thanks Mr Magic!
