G&S Window Cleaning did an amazing job and their customer service is fantastic! 10/10! Would definitely recommend!

I've used other window washers, but keep going back to G&S. they consistently do great work for a very fair price.

As a contractor myself, I'm very picky about who I recommend. I can't say enough good about G&S. I won't hesitate to recommend them to my customers. The guys that came out did an exceptional job. My windows have never been so clean. I couldn't believe they even took the time to clean my entry light and the windows on my garage doors. I will definitely be calling them again.

G&S came and cleaned our windows and WOW!! They not only did a phenomenal job but they were some of the best contractors to have in your property. They had complete respect for our home and immediately put booties on when working on the inside of the property. They cleaned all of the door rails and window rails, took our screens off and cleaned them before reinstalling them. Our windows could not look cleaner. We will definitely be calling them again! They left all the spaces they were working in a very clean state. We didn't have to worry about cleaning up after them at all! Would highly recommend!

Have been using G&S for a few years now. They were always great to work with. I always go out of their way to meet my niece. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. I suggest them to any one that is looking for window cleaning. Everyone of my friends and family that have used them have been very happy as well. I have had windows with paint and overspray on them and they look like noon when they are done. The value of using them is worth every penny.

I had pool automation installed and Jace was a friendly and knowledgeable and on-time every day he came to my house. My pool is now controllable from my phone, including lighting, pumps, spa mode and more. I couldn't be happier with the work that Splash Pools did, and I may never need a different company!

Our family was subscribed to Splash Pool's pool maintenance service for a while.
In the beginning, it was overall acceptable service. We even changed our main pump's system (to automate the board + digital remote accessibility) and the edge pump with them. Frankly, the quote wasn't as competitive as some vendors, but we decided to go with them, trusting their professionalism based on the reviews and the convenience they would provide as our maintenance providers. In case any problem arose, we figured it'd save us the headache of explaining the history over and over again if the repair and maintenance history was kept within the same vendor.
The technician for our residence often neglected/forgot to clean our edge pool, so it was frequently in worse condition to the naked eye than the main pool and spa. No, it wasn't just about a few leaves that had fallen into the water by the wind. However, the main pool was overall kept in good condition visually, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt for a while.
Then, there was a technician change sometime in between then and now.
The problems began to really surface in late April.
We started to notice persisting cloudiness and algae growth on the side of the main pool. Initially, we simply reported the pictures and concerns via their text communication line that we used to schedule quotation visits and ask questions in regards to the previous repairs. No response.
I tried reaching their office via phone. Again, no response.
Few unanswered voicemails later, I finally reached out to the manager's email address, which I had gotten a hold of from the extensive explanation emails about the wrong invoicing that had been executed too early for the price increase targeted for June 2023. The manager had directed me to reach out to the customer service line, which was the same contact I had tried calling before to no avail.
After several complaint emails discussing the concern for the severe deterioration of the pool, nothing was changed. Despite getting notifications that the technician had arrived and "serviced" the pool, the condition of the pool continued to deteriorate. Even after the manager had said that they will get the technician to add more chemicals to resolve the issue, NO CHANGE. This resulted in our residence receiving a HOA violation citation, which we will now have to try to dispute.
There was no further response from the manager since then, and we have decided to discontinue the service. They were unresponsive to our requests to remove the May and prorated June charge as we firmly believed that no service was performed to justify the charges made for those months. If I were to be a devil's advocate, if there were any issues that was perhaps preventing them from performing the task as required, we sure were not notified at all of anything that was going on with our pool system. There were zero explanations for the continuously plummeting condition of the pool when we submitted the complaint with photos. Instead of trying to communicate with us about the issues, they simply issued another invoice demanding payment.
To make matters even worse, our main and edge pump ran into issues right after we discontinued the service with Splash. When another pool vendor came out to service the pumps, the technician told us that the connectors on the pipes for the edge pump were not secured tightly enough. Therefore, it was causing leaks and causing the motor to overwork and burn out as it tried to pull enough water to operate. We were told it was a poor job done by whoever worked on it before, which just happens to also be this company.
Last week, we were quoted hundreds of dollars to drain, clean, and refill the pool as the pool has been "in a state of neglect".
Splash still wants us to pay for those months of poor quality and almost non-existent service that have left our pool in this state costing us more in damages! Unbelievable.
Absolutely would NOT recommend.

Bought a house in Las Vegas, and the pool needed a tremendous amount of work. Reece was kind, caring and explained everything. He worked quickly and his team is super talented. Finished the job ahead of schedule and on estimate. Could not be happier. Huge Success.

NV Energy gives a rebate of $220 when you replace your old pool pump with a new variable speed energy efficient model. We found Splash Pools on their website as an approved installer. They came out a few days later to check it out, and installed it 2 days later. The technician was professional and we are happy with the work.

I have never written a review for any company. However, I had the best service and experience in dealing with Splash Pools. Hector, the service manager and Scot, the owner went above and beyond for me. I had a new pool pump installed and many issues in regards to my pool. Too many to write, without boring people to death. One day they even showed up at 5:30 am to accommodate my schedule. This is a new home to me, but built in '93, along with the pool. Once I get all issues straightened out, they will be my choice for a monthly pool service as well. THEY ARE GREAT!!!!

I called splash pools because I wasn’t happy with my current pool service. They came out to give me an estimate. They showed when they told me they would and unfortunately my pool motor was going out. They replaced it the next week as promised. Hector was very nice, professional and called me when he was coming out. He also called to let me know he was done and everything was working. My pool had been sitting with no circulation so it was turning green. They sent out another young man the same week and now my pool looks amazing. i was really impressed. I’m glad I made the switch to splash pools.

Have an original 20+ year old system that had been "patched" by home warranty companies over the years and it finally gave out. Had several estimates and my neighbor recommended Splash.
Hector came out and very quickly found the problem was the pump and motor and it needed replacement as well as the valve and piping.
He drained the pool did a chlorine bath and replaced the equipment with a energy efficient variable speed pump and showed me how to operate it completely!
The whole time Hector kept in constant contact with me, even after hours!
I highly recommend Splash to anyone that is looking for a fair price honest and reliable pool service!!

We have been with Splash pools for a while now and can't say enough great things about this company. When we first started, the owner, Scott, came out and went over basic pool maintenance with us. He didn't have to do that...it was definitely an above and beyond with customer service. Since then, we have had them come out every couple of weeks for maintenance. The service techs are always nice, get along with our dogs great, and do a fantastic job. Whenever there are issues, the office is kind enough to send someone out as early as they can, and they issue is resolved efficiently. We have had Hector come out as well as Jace....both took the time to explain what needed to be done and the options we could take to fix the problem.
This is a locally owned and operated business that is wonderful. We have recommended them to family and friends and no one has ever had an issue. If you have a pool, you need Splash for service!!

Their team, Scott, Jace, James, and Sallee have always provided exceptional service, take their time to ensure that the job is always top notch and are quick to respond to any issues that may arise. Scott is quick to provide recommendations to qualified vendors for work that they do not support, such as pool remodel and deck repairs. Their service fees are extremely fair and since we have not had any issues with the chemical balances or with their service technicians, we will always recommend Splash Pools to anyone who is in need of a reliable, courteous and qualified pool vendor!
