Miracle workers. Seriously. Very professional, flexible with scheduling, great communication via text/phone, and they saved a carpet that I thought I would have to remove. Highly recommended!

They cleaned 3 rooms of carpet at a very fair price. The staff was very friendly and accommodated my schedule.

Had a carpet cleaned in June 2017, and it is fresh and bright again. It also had a very worn edge, and the repair is flawless and a perfect match to the color. Outstanding Work!

Terrible customer service. We had an appointment scheduled for 2-4pm. They texted asking to come early. My husband replied “yes”. They never showed up, but then sent a text stating “unforeseen circumstances”.
When my husband reached the office on the phone she stated they called us and there was no answer so they did not come. When my husband tried to explain that he was working (thus not free to answer his phone) but his wife was at home waiting the office gal started arguing with him. Needless to say we will find another carpet cleaner.

They did a full shampoo and rinse cycle. The amount of dirt they pulled out was shocking. It looks so much better now.

Old pet stains and odors are completely gone. I was thinking about replacing the carpet but now I’m glad I didn’t. They saved me a lot of money.

Kyle Canyon Carpet Cleaning Las Vegas was able to accommodate me and got the job done! I was super grateful as every place I called could not come today. He also sent me regular texts, so I would know exactly when to expect him. I appreciated that, so I could plan my day around his arrival. I would use this company again without hesitation.

First the good... They were early, they were fast and they did a good job. Sadly, the good was overshadowed by the bad. I was quoted twice on the phone $99-$129 for my couch depending on size. When they arrived they said $150. Why? Because I have pillows. Pillows? I never got clarification if he meant the 3 small decorative pillows or the actual cushions. Either way, this should be somewhat accounted for when quoting someone a price on the phone. "$99-$129. Unless you have pillows then it goes up from there." I'm already very wary of carpet cleaning places because the price is never the same when they arrive and lo and behold this was not different. I agreed to $150 and they did the job. When it came time to pay, I gave the man my card and he called it in with me next to him. They asked for the card number, exp date, etc.... then, with me standing right next to him, the lady taking the payment on the other end says "Would the customer like to leave a tip?" What? First off, how ackward is it to have someone just announce on speaker phone about a tip and how much would I want to give but not only that, who tips a carpet cleaner?!?!?!? You cleaned my couch. You did nothing special or unique compared to any other couch you cleaned that would warrant a tip! Yet this man is standing here next to me, waiting for my answer on what tip to give him. Needless to say I will never use this company nor recommend them in in way ever again. Great quality work ruined by this!

The bedroom carpet had some makeup stains and one big mystery mark. I honestly thought it was ruined. But it came out looking clean and even again. I’m amazed.

I've had various cleaners come previously, but Kyle Canyon Carpet Cleaning Las Vegas were AMAZING!!! The tech did a phenomenal job on my room's and area rug!!!! He was kind and effective! Each room was thoroughly vacuumed, intensively cleaned, and we even received disposable shoes from this company! I was concerned about wear and tear on my carpet because of my dog, but all those spots have literally disappeared! I've already decided that I will never use another cleaner as long as I live in Las Vegas !

My beige carpet had dark marks from furniture and shoes. After they finished, the color looked even and the texture felt fluffy again.

They added a neutralizing rinse to finish the clean. The carpets feel balanced and there’s no sticky residue. You can tell it’s been done professionally.

My rug looks revived after the cleaning. The colors stand out again, and the fibers feel lifted instead of matted. They handled it gently and clearly knew what they were doing. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Even the office looks better. Coffee spills and rolling chair marks had made the carpet look tired. Now it’s clean and fresh, which makes working in there more enjoyable. The room feels organized and professional again.
