I called to have a simple pool drain and salt Cell install, and could not get anyone to return my call to schedule the work. I spoke with two different women at the front desk and apparently neither could get someone to call me back. The company must not need the work so good for them. I would look elsewhere for any Pentair work you need done.

We’ve had multiple pool services and Splash is by far the best. Our technician, Alvaro, is great! He takes his time and makes sure the pool is perfect. They also give a detailed service report after each visit. Highly recommend!

I started Splash from when they bought out Oasis Pools and had to fire the first Pool Tech but have had Dan for about a year now and am more than satisfied with his work performance and punctuality. Dan is easygoing and open to issues I like to point out and does not cop an attitude when asked to address things I will point out from time to time. Billing is good as I never get a bill from Splash because I have them on auto payment.

My pool is delightfully clean year round! Thank you, Jonathan, your work has been exemplary!

My pool guy is great, knowledgeable and professional. But he can only work with what management allows him to do. He knows what needs to be done, but apparently management thinks otherwise. I’m going to have to clean , shock and clarify the pool myself again, just like I did last year on July 1 so I can friends over for the 4th of July.

I have worked with Scott numerous times because of his dedication to duty. He has constantly been a perfectionist. Every time he has arrived at my house, and he never gave up. He is an inspiration for others that have the can-do attitude and professionalism to get the job done and do it right. His attention to detail and quality has surpassed my even 30 years of Air Force experience expectations again this gentleman constantly showed perfection on the job and professionalism. I can’t say enough he was on time and came numerous times to ensure just to ensure that the system was working correctly. This, I appreciate the follow up. Because of his follow up, I was guaranteed in my heart that my system was working just the way it was designed by him perfect and tight with no leaks , thank you Scott for all that you do for me.

She did an awesome job helping me to resolve a blinking red light Service condition with my Pool Controller unit.
She was very tenacious and extremely helpful and never willing to give up, always looking for means & ways on the possibilities where the red light message came from.
In my time of needing help, she came thru with flying colors with great enthusiasm and helping to find the way in getting the issue resolved.

I am so very grateful and extremely thankful for her help and the time she took out of her daily work to help me.

I have been a customer for years and always had a great experience but they sent out a new tech and he's been leaving a mess on the side of my pool. Like anyone else would I reached out to speak with a manager and never received a call back. Spoke to the representative and thought all would be better after we spoke but it's been worse. This time they left my pool dirty, with leaves piled on the side when we have a trash can in the back. My wife called to address the situation lady hung up on her. After no attempts to rectify the issue with no apology, we decided to part ways! Sad to see a great company down fast.

One of your drivers took a left turn on a right lane cutting us off while we were trying to turn left for no good reason. Almost caused an accident on the exit from the Smiths plaza at 55 S Valle Verde Dr. It's not a good pic but this is what I was able to get. Your dude drives like a maniac.

Jonathan is our regular pool service person and we are extremely happy with his care and service of our pool.

Great pool service. Totally reliable and the pool is always ready to go with fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Terrible company they fell off once they sold the company to another owner. DONT USE THEM EVER. Lazy, useless to pay them since they don’t clean and they lie to try to over charge you. Promise you a price then it changes managers don’t call back and they dodge your calls. No urgency no care.

So many other companies that are better and will really take care of your pool.

I want to give a big thank you to Splash Pools. We had some challenges in the beginning, but the way they responded showed true professionalism. They reached out right away, took full responsibility, and resolved everything quickly.

Since then, service has been excellent—reliable, consistent, and done with care. It’s clear they stand behind their customers and value the relationship. I’m very impressed with how they turned things around, and I’m happy to say we’ve had a great experience ever since.

A company that not only makes it right but proves they care—I now feel confident trusting them for the long term. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with the results. I included before and after pictures. It did take several calls to get this scheduled which is the only reason it’s not a 5 star review. I have no issues with the actual technicians who came to the house.

Literally the worst pool Cleaning service we've ever had in our lives. Our tech came out multiple times on days that he wasn't scheduled. Usually on the weekends when we were trying to enjoy our pool. When I called management to talk to someone, it took multiple days to get back and once speaking to a manager, I was then reprimanded for my children swimming in my pool on a Saturday when the My tech missed his Originally scheduled Thursday day. He came on the weekend, two weeks in a row. Barely cleaning the pool. I'm talking Branches leaves and even a towel still at the bottom. Don't ever use splash pools they are Not customer friendly and they have an excuse for why your pool looks the way it does, Instead of taking accountability!!!! Awful service, awful people!

We’ve had ongoing issues with this pool service ever since they took over from our previous technician, who retired. From day one, it’s been one problem after another.

The service started off on the wrong foot — they didn’t even show up for the first two weeks. Things didn’t improve from there. They’ve been unreliable, frequently missing scheduled cleanings without notice.

There have been technical issues as well — they’ve switched the valves incorrectly, causing our spa to empty when we turned it on. More recently, the tech has left our pool system in “service mode” instead of switching it back to “clean” mode, which prevents the pool from running through its normal filtration cycles.

The cleaning itself has been subpar at best. Our pool was so neglected at one point that green algae started growing around one of the jets. There was another instance where we got notification they cleaned our pool. They had not. Our pool was still dirty and the picture the provided was someone else’s pool. We’re paying for a service we’re simply not receiving.

We’ve only been with this company for less than a year, and the number of issues we’ve had is unacceptable. We expected a smooth transition after our previous tech retired, but instead, it’s been nothing but frustration. We cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

Splash pool’s maintenance team has been exceptionally helpful in maintaining our pool at a high operating level. In particular Jonathan Mederios has been outstanding. He is attentive, professional and dedicated to keeping our pool in top notch condition. Other services that we have used are equally so.

Jonathan at Splash Pools has been the best technician I have ever had. Always considerate, on time and goes above if I am having a special event. I am so satisfied with his service. I would recommend his services to anyone who wants that extra care.

Stretched ripples and cleaned the carpet, good job & reasonable priced

Recently used them to clean two sofas and now they look brand new. Fast response, reasonable priced and great results.
