Update: Melvin service’s my tankless water heater and was great!
Luis serviced my AC and was also wonderfulI scheduled a routine cleaning/check up on my HVAC. Jason was my technician and he was great! Very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. An added bonus is that he was very understanding of my less than well behaved pups. I am so happy to have found Ice Heating and cooling because now I have scheduled maintenance and I don’t need to worrry about putting it on my to-do list, as they will just call and schedule it each season.
I love that I now have found a trustworthy and helpful business for my heat/AC and tankless water heater service. I appreciate all the other reviews that talked so highly of this company because that is why I called them and I am very happy that I did.
I called Ice heating and cooling to provide maintenance on my tankless water heater. Sam was the plumber who came out and he was wonderful! He finished up the previous job early so he was able to start my job earlier than scheduled, which was great! Sam was very pleasant to talk to and explained what he was doing. He was happy to answer all my questions, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!

They’re so amazing! Nathaniel Porter was so good to us and extremely flexible as well! He saved our backs from the heat this summer! Thank you so much for fixing our Air conditioning and keeping us cool indoors this summer!
