Our second floor heating unit went out on a Sunday evening. I called our home warranty Monday morning, and Matt came to diagnose the issue that afternoon. He got the necessary part (for the 30+ year old unit) and installed it on Wednesday afternoon, and voila! The heater was up and running again (just in time for the cold spell)!

Matt is very knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and easy to reach. It can be hit or miss with vendors when going through a home warranty, but I was very happy with Matt's service. I highly recommend Mega Air. 👍

I had Matt come out and to fix my heating system, He was super professional. I really appreciate him answering all of my questions and even giving me great advice and suggestions. Service like this in today's day in age is rare. Hats off to this gentleman. I highly recommend and service Mega Air provides.

I had one of those too good to be true experiences with Matt from Mega Air. He was prompt, really worked hard to diagnose my issue (outside in the heat) and came up with a creative idea as to why my a/c intermittently would not work. Other technicians may have thrown parts at the issue but Matt really solves the underlying issue. He even called me the next day to ensure the issue was fixed! That’s the old school kind of great service you don’t see anymore. Thank you, Matt!

We had our A/C compressor unit go out and we reached out to our Home Warranty company. They immediately scheduled Mega Air to do the repairs. We didn't have to wait a whole day before Matt contacted us. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about the scope of work. He kept us informed every step of the way.

My AC stopped working in the 113 degree heat and after a quick google search I found Bruce AC and gave him a call. I was expecting to wait a day or two, since it was already 4pm on a Friday, but he came over right away. He found and fixed the problem quickly and the price was very fair (he saved me a fortune).
