Our air conditioning repair situation was a nightmare, unit was 15 years old and making horrible grinding noises. Found Spectrum online and they sent someone the same afternoon. The tech spent almost two hours diagnosing everything properly instead of just trying to sell me a new system. Turned out to be the blower motor. Living in this brutal Texas heat, my AC decided to die right before a family reunion. I called Spectrum AC Repairs at 8pm on a Friday and they had a tech at my house by 9:30. The guy was super polite, explained everything without talking down to me, found the bad capacitor in minutes and had the whole system blowing ice cold again before midnight. Price was exactly what they quoted on the phone, no surprise fees. Honestly the best experience I've ever had with any repair company. My house stayed cool all weekend and everybody was comfortable. Will never call anyone else for AC problems. Thank you so much!
