Just got done with them and I'm super impressed!!! They were punctual, efficient and had excellent communication. They arrived exactly when they said they would, handled the job quickly and everything is perfect. They explained exactly what they had to do and why. (I always have questions haha!) They also brought other things to my attention that no one else noticed!! I was very happy with them and will be using them for plumbing services going forward. Would highly recommend!!

Had a sink replaced along with a new garbage disposal, water filteration and spigot. They had to redo the plumbing underneath. They also had to drill additonal holes into the new sink as well as make the hole in the granite a little bit bigger. They did everything perfectly and cleaned up after.

I called Jordan after a bathroom faucet repair revealed corroded, deteriorated components that were beyond a DIY fix. He came out quickly, replaced both faucets, and here's the part that stuck with me: while he was under the sink he spotted a rotten stop valve that was on the verge of failing — and replaced both stops without being asked and without trying to turn it into a bigger job than it needed to be. That's the kind of thing a dishonest plumber either ignores or uses to upsell you. Jordan just handled it.

Fair pricing. Fast response. Knows his craft. But what actually sets him apart is his integrity — he did exactly what needed to be done, nothing more, nothing less. Friendly and easy to work with the whole time.

Jordan helped me out at a fair price to unclog my sewer drain line. He came out a second time at no cost when it backed up again a few days later. It ended up that it kept backing up because a tree stake got hammered into it, so the builder did the full repair at no cost to me. He was professional and honest. I would trust him with any pumbing needs.

Just moved from Cali, and needed plumbing services at my home. I was recommended to Plumb Crazy Solutions by my neighbor, and may I say ... I called and the customer service on a Saturday and was surprised they answered. Fortunately they have a 24/7 service and they were able to repair my emergency leak.
