Plumbing reviews in Las Vegas, Nevada

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. I reached out to Gabby around 6am, and by 7am she had already connected me with a team to install a temporary water heater. She reassured me right away that everything would be handled the same day—and she delivered on that promise.
A plumber came out that afternoon and completed the installation at a very reasonable price. I had previously tried contacting other companies, but either got delayed responses, no response at all, or quotes that were far too high. This experience was completely different—fast, reliable, and professional.
I’ll definitely be using them again for any future home needs. -
prompt & professional service and very nice people, installed bath tub, fixed pool spigot and we think finally solved the mystery of our leak lol

Gabby was extremely friendly, has a great sense of urgency and caring. She was able to get a technician over same day. He was amazing! Got right to work putting a WWE level smackdown on the issue. It fought back a little and he ended with a DDP slam dunk with the clog tapping out quick with a 1, 2, 3, submit. He had the toilet back in place and on his way. I happily recommend them and will use them for the future. Thank you so much.

I live in Summerlin and another plumber wanted to charge me $250 for something Jordan charged me $75 for. I get so tired of paying the "Summerlin price". Jordan also taught me a few tricks that would help me fix the problem if it ever happened again. He really went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Price gouging at it's finest and keeping a disabled person in an unhealthy situation.
I have PEX pipes, which is $4 per foot, $3 for t-joints, you would think plumber time per hour no higher than $150. The damage line is less than 3'. I know, I put myself in harm's way to look and check it myself. 50' of PEX is $15 at Amazon. Joints range from 0.25c to $6 each. 8 clips - $1, 1 T joint $6, hose joint 0.57c.
What did they tell me after only seeing the sink and not getting under my manufactured house? $180 for the estimate (for 5 mins), and $600 for repairs.
To complicate matter? They had made an agreement with my insurance company since this an ER situation. The way the house is set up, the main water has to be off to avoid damage. They agreed to check it out and repair it on Friday, after I had been without main water since Tuesday of the same week. I had an email from my insurance's effort to go out of contract to find a repair solution. PCS agreed to it to them, then a 2nd time to me when I called as instructed to set up the Friday appointment.
On Friday, after the plumber left, and he was very courteous, he was great. However, when I was called back from PCS, they were insisting cash from me, directly. No, this isn't what we agreed on.
The Manager of the business got on the phone call and accused me of trying to back out of paying cash for the repairs. I'm on SSI, disability. I read the email I got from my insurance to her, and she pushed again for the nearly $800 bill. I told her that I'm on SSI, there is a reason I pay for home repair insurance.
'We NEVER work with insurances.'
Well, you did this time, I have the email to prove it. You agreed to it yesterday when I was told to call, and 2nd time when I confirmed the details with your staff.
This ended the call. I'm still without repairs, having to look up ways to handle my health and care with limited water. No way to wash my bed pads, no way to wash dishes, no way to shower.
Look, I get it, plumbing is a tough and dirty business. Trying to make certain you are paid fairly is a genuine concern.
Still, the agreement was $125 for inspection with paper work for my insurance to be paid with the 'outside claim', and $245 for the job, at max, through the same claim set up. Nothing was in the agreement where I pay out of pocket, nor deserved to be chewed out this way for trying to have my water back to functioning as Federal Law demands it.
Nothing in my research can clarify why there was such an excessive mark up. I can only conclude one of two things: They are being greedy and trying to take advantage of a disabled person. Or second: they never wanted the job and did this to justify backing out.
Nothing justifies putting me through the hoops, wasting valuable time to find a genuine solution which could have been found Friday morning, so Monday/Weds could have had an in the system insurance approved plumber fix the job. Now I'm left with waiting for Monday, and being told I am not seeing repairs until September. Let this sink in. The leak started on the 6th... I am looking at 9/2/2024. A possible month without water for anything, because of 3' of busted line, and people playing games and not being responsible adults. Apathy at it's best.
I have recorded and dated everything, reported to those who need to know. I wanted folks to know if you have a similar situation where your repair insurance decides to do something similar, to attempt an 'outside claim solution' to involve this business, NO. Don't do it. Find someone else, if anyone else is available. This is my personal advice based on my horrible Friday experience. -
Oscar was out in November to work on a toilet. Slow flushing. Was fixed in a timely manner but problem arise in January. This time the toilet was swapped out, a new toilet. I asked about the tank, water level, etc. that's they way they are now. Appeared to flush while watching. After using it several times it again slowed down when flushing.
The office called me today asking for payment. When I mentioned there didn't seem to be enough power to force the flushing. I was told "the camera" showed it flushed fine. Maybe for the camera.
She said she needed money before the first of February to show her boss. I said I would handle it.
Yes $498 sent to Plumb Crazy and I have a new toilet that the tank doesn't seem to have enough force behind it to force the water and contents through the tank.
I am open to suggestions and frustrated. I appreciated Oscar's help. To me it is a mechanical issue. -

I've had the pleasure doing business with this company to do my sewer jetting and camera work recently and will look no further for a great service and excellent rates. These guys are top notch and excellently skilled at what they do. Thank you Randy and JJ!

I called several times for repair on a water heater. The technician made an appointment and never showed up. Three calls later to Randy and still no resolution. No follow up, no apologies and no service. Will give my business to someone else.

Dyane Baker, I completely apologize for the experience you have encountered and I promise you that is not how we operate our business. I remember this this call. We were supposed to do the work for a "handyman" and unfortunately they didn't agree to our contract. We didn't call because it wasn't our place to do so, as we were just a sub-contactor for the handyman. I'm not even sure we had your number to call. I am one of the owners of the company and take this seriously. If there is anything we can do for you, please don't hesitate to call the office.

Best plumbing emergency professionals in Las Vegas! My cousin suffered a really miserable flood: her powder room toilet became a fountain/waterfall, when shower and washing machine water backed-up into the thing: new kitchen tile, the whole rotten business, and that tiresome mess right smack in the middle of this ghastly COVID-19 outrage.
Four failed (lesser) plumbing interventions later, a benevolent master plumber to whom I was referred named Marty recommended I phone Randy at American Jetting. Randy and his son JJ own the business. My cousin was scheduled the very next day. Pepe and Richard showed-up bang on time and hydro-blasted an obstruction the size of Continental Europe one-hundred-fifty feet down to the main city line. These guys are simply top-notch. Grateful thanks to Randy, an absolute pro who knows his business, and especially to Pepe and Richard, a couple of all-American studs! -

I have done business with Outwest Services for a long time. They are well versed from plumbing to A/C work. I will continue to use them whenever needed. Five star ⭐️ for sure!
-
I’m a fairly private person, but what I can say is that Louis helped me locate the source of the pipe leaks we had and they happened to be in an extremely inconvenient and difficult to get to area in the home. He did a fantastic job of repairing the leaks and getting the piping back in order. Informative, honest, and upfront with me about the problems we were seeing and what it would take to repair it
-
They refused to service their installation.
-
The customer service was terrible.

Great communication, tech showed up on time and fixed the problem the first time.
