These guys showed up to repair a cold water line for $1450. It was on the high side but they were ready to go right away. They promised to remove the water heater that was in the way and put it back. At the last minute the worker threw a tarp on the water heater and left saying call my boss. We called in and they basically said they wsnted to charge all kinds of extra fees and couldnt do it until the next day. There was a family with three young children staying at the property and we had informed them of such before starting the job. Totally unprofessional. My next step is to hire an emergency plumber and report J & L to the contractors board.

They did a good job, but the communication could be better. I waited twice for them and they didn’t show. But the work looks very good. Because of that they did replace my shower valve free of charge. I would use them again

Bathroom shower was leaking. Luis stop by and found where the leak came from. Give us the quote very reasonable. Excellent work very professional get the job done on time.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this company. I had a leak in my bathroom right behind my toilet. They repaired it so well that you cannot tell where the repair was done. They had to replace the flooring and the molding too. The workers were very polite and stayed in contact with me all the time. I appreciated this very much since this was my only bathroom.

I had a floor drain clogged and they were available same day! Respond quickly, great customer service, willing to talk through the problem with you and the serviceman were friendly and new their job well. Will absolutely be using them going forward.

They came hired by my HOA to open my walls for mold inspection. I had real wood plantation shutters that they put out on my balcony along with a real wood switch light platte, not covered in February when we had tons of rain and a 65 mph wind storm. When I told Kelly Konig they needed to replace them he said " he would make that determination" well he never even came to look at them. I am a senior citizen that still works more than full time. I would leave for work before the sun came up and home when it was dark so at first I didn't even know they were out there, but had a very bad wrist injury at the time and would not have been able to lift them to rescue them and would have had to rip down all the plastic to get to them. He made it seem like he was going to come ( I assumed to check what his workers had done to my very expensive real wood shutters) no he sent a worker to take the plastic down after the mold report. My HIA sent a representative to be there. When the guy told me he only had a work order to remove the plastic I asked him to leave, because at that point even my HOA had decided that our handyman would repair the walls. As he was leaving walking out with our representative I heard him tell our rep that well she probably thinks she can take this to court but she can't afford it. There were other things that were not up to par either but not nearly as costly since Kelly Konig is refusing to pay for the very costly mistake his employees made.

I definitely would recommend this company. Luis and his guys were prompt and resolved our backed up sewer drain on the same day. I'm very pleased with their professionalism and the work wasn't over priced. Thank you Luis for a great job!

I give praise to J&L construction, they assisted me with a plumbing repair needed at my condo. They went above and beyond to help me so that I could get the repairs needed, they were reliable, friendly and did exactly what they said they would do. I highly recommend them to any one that wants a job well done.

We hired J&L to repair an underground leak to our pool. We were not able to be there to watch over the project but it didn’t matter. Luis and his team did a fantastic job, fixed the problem and when they left we couldn’t even tell they’d been at our property, it was that clean. I would give them a 10 and highly recommend them for any repairs you may need.
