UPDATE:
Recently one of the buildings in our complex had a major plumbing issue. J&L came out, ran a camera through the line, and found the problem. The sewer line had a "belly" which was causing the sewer to back up into the line. Thank goodness it never got to the point of backing into one of the condos.
We hired J&L to repair the line. In addition to the sewer line repair, the original builder had put the cleanout and the water shut off in a very bad spot. J&L came in, got the sewer line repaired, relocated both the sewer line clean-out and the building water shut-off in a very short period of time. We never had to shut down the building for the sewer, and the water was only off for a short period of time. Once the work was complete, J&L again ran a camera down the line and we could see that the sewer line was draining like it should.
The work was done on-schedule, and on budget.
I highly recommend J&L over and above anyone else. His workers show up on time, do prompt work, clean up after work is complete. J&L prices are fair and I've never had an issue of extras being "added" onto the bill.

As part of a HOA Board, we had several contractors do work within our complex, mostly disappointing.
Once we teamed with J&L, we have never been happier. The work is done on-time, on-budget, and they never miss anything. Everything from plumbing repairs to mold remediation. They make sure the work is done right the first time. They verify the mold is gone and all the tests are done.
Good work, good prices, honest, quick and very professional.

I had a leak and called J&L Construction. Within an hour they had sent out a plumber to find the leak. It was found and fixed within 20 minutes. I was so surprised that they came so quickly and then had it fixed in such a timely manner. They knew how important it was to get that stopped immediately. I give this business 5 stars for doing exactly what they told me they would do and I will be using them again.

What a great company. I had a water leak in my bathroom. I called J & L and made an appointment. They were on time, came in and had to cut out my drywall to find the source of the leak. They made the repair, replaced the drywall and cleaned up afterwards. Not that I want another problem but if I did, I know who I would call.. I highly recommend this company.

This company did a fantastic job!! The guys were so nice and the price was very reasonable!
They had to dig up my front yard to replace a main water line and when they finished you could barely see where the trench was dug. They saved the sod and put it all back in place. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job and getting it done so fast!! If you have any water problems I would most definitely recommend this company.

Let me just tell you J&L did a PHENOMENAL job replacing a broken main line water shut off valve that was severely corroded. They were prompt, fast, and did everything stated. The BEST part not only was it fixed correctly there was literally no way to tell a hole full of dirt was removed and replaced. Everything was cleaned up and spotless. Don’t hesitate call them!

It was just after a big rainfall and my roof was leaking, I tried for days to get someone in town out here but I either got a missed appointment or no response. When I contacted JL Construction they were on a tight schedule as well but Luis assured me he would take care of it the same day! He worked late and repaired my roof for me and I have not experienced a problem since then. Im glad I found this company will definitely add to my contacts. The price was very good and these guys and Luis made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend.

This company sucks! Two yahoo’s saying they work for J and L Construction have shut off the water to the entire community without prior notice, while they are taking turns digging with a single shovel. When pressed to provide an estimate of completion they would only vaguely provide an “uh - probably all day” in reply. This is a holiday weekend with people visiting, things need to be washed and flushed. I called the companies office several times and of course no picked up the phone, nor returned my message.
Hey J and L, hire some professional’s that can get the job done, and buy them better tools than a single shovel to get the job done.
