I called in because we needed a plumber. This company was referred. We had a scheduled service call for 9am the next morning. At 7pm, AFTER HOURS & KNOWING I COULD NOT FIND SOMEONE TO REPLACE THEM IN TIME....I received a call telling me “so what” we moved you to noon. I was ok with this. My issue was why didn’t you call earlier AND why the attitude...why not at the very least apologize. So I argued back.. I was trying to make a point. She didn’t get it. I told her to have the owner call me. He did. He called the next morning and yelled at me. What a joke. Spend your hard earned money with people that appreciate it and not with folks like this.

Nobody showed for the first appointment. The scheduler apologized and re-scheduled for next day. Next day he was running late and when called about it, I wasn't happy because I needed to go to work, he stated that allocated 30 mins wouldn't be enough for service call anyway, I said that it wasn't a service call but an estimate for a large job, his response: "So I have to drive all the way out there just for an estimate?!".
He showed up, listed to my needs on the project, and without doing the proper bid blurted out "It's a $40,000 job", walking out he upped it to $45,000. I ended up getting everything done for 10th of that. If you want a service with major attitude and trying to rip you off - these are your guys.

I recently hired Monkey Wrench Plumbing for some work in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and professional. The technicians arrived on time, were courteous, and thoroughly explained the issues I had before getting to work. They replaced three corroded faucets on my new countertops, installed my specialty sink and replaced my old toilet. They completed the job efficiently, and the pricing was fair and transparent. Listen—my sink was out here acting like it wanted to retire early, but these plumbing pros said ‘not on our watch!’ They swooped in, fixed the chaos, and didn’t leave a single drip behind. I was ready for drama, but they gave me peace. 10/10 would call again before I even think about touching a wrench myself.

WOW! Very professional, prompt and honest company! I received text messages before the plumbers arrived with their photos to make me feel more comfortable with who would be in my home, which was a huge bonus. Andy and David were excellent with finding a detected leak and took lots of photos and even a video of the damage. Josh was extremely helpful and informative with next steps and recommendations. Super professional company, would recommend 1000%!

Andy showed up in a very timely manner a and was extremely polite and professional as was Walter when he arrived with the camera. We had soft water tank upgrade replaced and water pump replaced on our water heater.

I called Monkey Wrench Plumbing for an issue with my shower faucet and a leak under the kitchen sink. The gentlemen that came honored and estimate I received from a competitor and even came in lower to have the repairs made. So when my toilets began to back up a week later, I was happy to call Monkey Wrench Plumbing again. Andy and Sergio arrived within the agreed window and were very professional. They assessed that there was a clog in the main line outside my home. They were able to unblock the clog and clean it out to send in a camera. It was determined from there that some roots from some palm trees had broken into the pipe and required repair. After talking and negotiating with Josh on Friday, we were able to agree on a fair price and work was started and finished the next day, Saturday. Andy was very informative and helpful to take the time to answer my questions and was able to give me updates during the day via text and video as I was at work. I appreciated the professionalism and quality of work and it's my pleasure to give Andy, Sergio, and Josh a 5 star rating. Should I need any plumbing work done in the future, I will certainly give Monkey Wrench Plumbing a call to take care of it.

2/5/2026 - Used “Monkey Wrench Plumbing’ to repair a leak under our kitchen sink. “Andy” arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem and offered his recommendation. He agreed with another plumber’s diagnosis but, his price was more reasonable. We agreed and he quickly began to repair the problem. We’re very pleased with the service and quality of the work. We will be recommending “Monkey Wrench Plumbing” to our friends and neighbors.

We replaced the water heater and bought a water softener system.

We are happy with their service, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Monkey Wrench Plumbing was absolutely wonderful! Sergio came out to help my elderly mother, and he was incredibly personable, patient, and kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure her plumbing issue was fully taken care of before he left. It’s such a relief to have someone you can trust, especially when helping an older family member. I from out of state, We truly appreciate Sergio’s professionalism and compassion. Great service, very thorough and professional. Great communication from beginning to end. We had Walter & Andy come out for service and they tested and confirmed our issues. Both were very personable and took the time to explain in detail the issues we were having. After the snaking service was done, they set up the camera and showed me everything in the drain lines and thankfully no major concerns other than the kitchen drain due to grease build up.
After the service was completed, everything tested out well. Highly recommend this company and both Walter and Andy.

There should be a way to add more stars to this rating. From the start to finish this was an awesome experience. The appointment set up was with a friendly and professional woman who demonstrated kindness and care, unlike other businesses we called that treated us as an inconvenience. Joshua came and serviced our issue in the middle night saving the holiday weekend for our family and guest. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easily resolved the issue. Thanks to the Monkey Wrench Plumbing team for resolving this emergency for us.

Andy was awesome. We used monkey wrench to replace a water heater that had seen its last day. These guys were the only ones able to show up asap the next morning. Showed up on time and was able to get it replaced all by himself within 2-3 hours. Reasonably priced.

Had pressure tank and bladder system replaced for reverse osmosis drinking water filter system. Crew did a good job assessing the job and providing options. Pricing seemed fair enough including parts and labor and saved us a lot of time.

I had a leak on my water heater and Sergio R. from Monkey Wrench Plumbing came out to fix the issue. He replaced the supply lines and the valve, and everything was done perfectly. Sergio was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to detail.
As the saying goes, “don’t judge a book by its cover.” Sergio looks very young, but he clearly knows his craft and explained everything clearly. He was also very respectful and courteous throughout the entire visit.
