took a part with me that i needed. the workers were insanely rude and acted like they never have seen a hose for a faucet before. not even sure i'd consider this a specialty store since the employees are clearly not knowledgeable.

Poor customer service, the manager Adan has no people or managerial skills. If there was room for a half star I'd give them a 1/4. As a plumber it was a waste of my time.

The staff at this place are great. Very knowledgable and great to work with...I will drive 10 miles out of my way to do business here from now on. Good people are hard to find and Ferguson's did. The gal at the counter...I didnt get her name....is terrific Thank you for the GREAT service I will be back.

I went in with pictures of a very small part that was needed and the help I received was horrible.I explained my situation and the person helping me was rude and showed me parts that was not even related to my problem and asked irreverent questions. Then I was told I would just have to call a plumber to solve my problem cause they didn’t know what my problem was. I went to another plumbing supply company that was just down the street and didn’t even have to do into detail of my problem. Showed the other company the same pics and he gave me a $8 kit that solved my problem.

The staff at this location is always so helpful and has the parts I need. I came in with a problem this morning and they solved it in a flash! Thank you!

What kind of business do you want to be? If I cannot call the location directly, and your stupid phone system is staffed by a collection of inept work-from-homers, how can I get parts information and guidance from people at the store level WHICH ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THIS COMPANY who know what they're talking about, then what kind of business do you have? 5 phone calls and 11 people, and never transferred to a live rep at the store level. Your comms model sucks. FIX IT.

Great place for parts you may need, a lot of options, and Ellen was able to really help me out. Definitely recommend. Great customer service.

I’m a DIY’er who was looking for better advice & products than my big box store could offer. I was a little intimidated by the pro plumbing trucks parked outside or this Ferguson store, thinking that maybe this place would not have the patience to deal with a guy like me who wasn’t very knowledgeable about plumbing terminology, methods, & products. I went in anyway & was instantly greeted by a guy with a long beard who is named Jodi. He was my plumbing guru, & savior. I explained my project, a simple ABS drain pipe with P trap. I was having trouble getting the drain pipe to align with the sink drain. I also wanted to connect a dishwasher drain hose to the system without incorporating the air gap device. Jodi explained that the dishwasher drain hose can be looped & secured to the underside of the countertop as an alternative method. He also suggested using 2 separate elbows of different angles instead of a 90 degree ell to achieve the proper angle for the pipe to reach the wall. After a couple of return trips due to my own gluing errors, I had a nice clean drain installed. The staff in the store were over the top helpful & made me feel welcome. Ferguson has made this DIY’er a raving fan. Thanks Jodi!

My wife and I were having a severe case of frustration dealing with a gas line for our new clothes dryer. We had no clue what we were doing and couldn't find the right parts to get our dryer connected. Even though Furguson specializes in plumbing, someone at Lowes suggested we go talk to them. They were able to diagnose our problem, get us the parts we needed, and an hour later our closes were drying in our new gas dryer. Thanks to the wonderful and helpful staff at Furguson!

I'm now getting ready to have my $8,000 column freezer replaced for the 3rd time in 2 years. Yes I said the 3rd time and they have not helped me at all. So if you don't need after the sales help call Ferguson and that's exactly what you will receive.

The only time that they called me was after I posted this type message about 2 years ago.

Homeowner, looking for a small, weird part. Jody and Ellen were working the desk. Although they both looked busy, they acknowledged me when I approached, and then went out of their way to find a solution to my odd issue. I've got to say, they were extremely helpful and professional. 10/10 would recommend.

We had to swap out our water heater that was still under warranty, as well as get several parts. Most helpful staff! I believe Ellen mainly helped us & she was so knowledgeable and helpful. The other guys that were working were also very helpful. Thank you Ferguson! We will absolutely do future business with you.

Jody was an absolute legend. He is so knowledgeable and spent time helping us with a few gas and pex problems. And when someone who makes no commission takes time out of their day to help you, you know they genuinely care. If you ever have any plumbing or propane questions/needs, why would you even look anywhere else?! Ferguson is it.

When googling this was my first option. I called their number, First Lady huffed over the phone at me, I was trying to be polite but I guess she didn’t like it. Second person didn’t know too much about water softeners and said that you need to order from them and pay the shipping. I purposely called so I don’t have to order online. You know helping local businesses n all, but alone with their demeanors I’ll shop elsewhere. I’m sure they’re great at other items, just not friendliness and knowledge about water softeners.

Went buying for a water heater, did my research and people recommended a Bradford White. They have a variety of selections and it was the easiest pick up ever.

Jodie/Jodi, not sure how to spell the name, was excellent and found me an amazing deal on a brand new water heater. He also assured he it’s very simple to pick up if I didn’t want to do delivery. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone. Thank you

I called Ferguson, plumbing on Valley view and the lady who I spoke to was so friendly. She actually ordered my part that I needed it for my toilet. And I was able to pick it up at the Fergusons at Rancho and Craig. They were also very nice and friendly. They have all your plumbing needs. After I went to Home Depot and Lowe’s that didn’t have the part that I needed it

I had a great experience at Ferguson Plumbing Supply. I needed a Kohler shower cartridge and wasn’t 100% sure I had the right part. Brian took the time to help me identify exactly what I needed and made sure it was the correct match.

Even more impressive, when they didn’t have my broken handle in stock, Brian printed out the Amazon listing for the correct replacement and let me know it was cheaper and would arrive sooner if I ordered it there. That kind of honesty and customer-first attitude is rare.

The whole crew seemed tight and knowledgeable, and the place had a very professional, well-run feel. Highly recommend this location if you want real help from people who know their stuff and aren’t just trying to make a sale.

Excellent plumbing repair in Las Vegas! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and solved our issue the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs.

Lo peor de lo peor en tienda no la recomiendo en el tema de los calentadores de agua para la casa lo compras y no dura nada y vas por el remplazo y no te lo dan hasta q tu hables con el fabricante el manger pides hablar con el y hasta las 2 de la tarde esta despues de esa hora no puedes hablar ni te ayudan en nada para mi no la recomiendo en nada no te ayudan a nada ni en nada los q te atienden son lo mas pésimo en persona no ayudan en nada en pocas palabras ahi no ballan
