Andy and Adrian were very professional and courteous. While in my home they gave full explanations of everything they did and when they completed the job, they took me and showed me everything. They did explained it and full detail as well as given me an example as to how the valve worked they cleaned up the work area. It was a pleasure dealing with them. They were great representatives of your company if I should need work done in the future, I request that it be these two gentlemen to come do the work because I enjoyed them being in my house.

Walter the technician came in and assessed the sink, i purchased my own faucet and they were able to install it within 25 minutes of processing. No leaks, full transparency, and a reasonable prize. I purchased a bidet toilet and planned a DIY install. Turns out the toilet flange was higher than normal and the toilet did sit properly. That’s when I knew the project required a professional plumber.

Sergio analyzed the situation, determined a fair price for the service and he got started immediately. Sergio needed to cut the PVC pipe to accommodate a new flange. He completed the project, cleaned up the area and tested the bidet to make certain it operated properly.

When our water heater finally failed after 11 years, we needed a replacement fast! We were referred to Monkey Wrench Plumbing by a trusted friend that does home inspections - so we went with them and I'm so glad we did!

After taking to Walter about our options, we decided to upgrade to a whole house water filtration system and a tankless water heater. A day later - we have hot water again thanks to Sergio and Andy's quick and professional install. They totally rocked out the work - and are super nice guys as well. Once they finished the install, they told me how to maintain our new equipment, how to change filters, etc.
