Did not find competing bids. My bad. Charge for garbage disposal and install, It cost me $1,295. Not to bright on my part. Installation and product was fine but cost was overboard. Get 2nd bid before you work with this company.

I was told by another company that I had to replace the entire line to my backyard system. Then these guys came out with their leak detection systems and literally saved me thousands of dollars! Always,....ALWAYS,,...make sure you're using a company that has advanced leak detection technology!!

I don’t think I’ve experienced such expedited, courteous, and top notch customer service from a repair/plumbing company. Scheduling a time and response to my need was quick and efficient. Matt was the first technician to come out and he was prompt from start to finish. They would have been able to complete the job the same day but had to go through approvals from my rental management company. Trestan was here the very next day and installed my new water heater. Great job to this team of professionals!

These technicians were assigned through my home warranty insurance and went above and beyond.

I called jump 2 it plumbing to have them come out and look at my leak in my walls. I called first thing in the morning they never called me back. I called at lunch time they never called me back. I called at 5 minutes to 5:00 to cancel and use another company. The other company came out right away and started fixing the problem. I have used this company in the past, that is the sole reason why I called them this time. Apparently my business isn't good enough for them.

Absolutely Professional Service, Scott addressed the issue directly, was promptly on time and made the whole service request simple and to the point.

We Had a slab leak and irrigation leak that we could mot find due to it not being visible the team showed up on time & explained everything clearly and fixed & got both issues fixed quickly professionally reliable very respectful staff they have .

Came quickly, cleared out unnecessary equipment, installed new water softener. Flushed pipes and left with clear information and instructions for use and maintenance. Very satisfied with whole operation.
