His knowledge and solving abilities are impressive, he even took the time to educate me on clogged pipes. How likely am I to tell other people about your company? Dennis was awesome! He was very efficient and quick in identifying several problems I had in master bath and Main shut off valve. He was also very friendly and on time. I highly recommend!

We are living in a high-rise and had a problem with hot water running through cold line. Mark came in checked a few things and told us it is issues outside our unit where only building maintenance people can access. He took time to explain the water flow/physics. We are really appreciated his willingness to talk to HOA/maintenance people about the issue with same level of knowledge, while other plumbers from other companies don't. Also he didn't want to charge for the work when asked. Finally the building maintenance people found the issue in an unit of 12th floor (3 floors below us) and fixed the problem today. Thanks Mark!

Our hotwater heater went out on a Friday night! Sat I called a few places in the classified section. Got a few estimates. Plumbing Solutions was the only one to follow up with me. Sat. night we had a plumber at our home draining the tank not to cause more water damage. Very professional, polite worker named Fred. We were so impressed with their services, we gave them the job!! Monday morning the new heater was installed!! The price included everything we needed. Best plumbing company in Vegas!!

I needed a plumber and was referred to Plumbing Solutions by my electrician. I called them and to my surprise they came out immediately. Dennis was very professional, prompt and anxious to help. He knew right away what the problem was. I was also impressed with the office workers dimeanor; very courteous, helpful and accommodating. A friend referred me to this company when my water heater went out. I was a little skeptical because other companies already gave me a ridiculous estimate for things I wasn't understanding. I gave Plumbing Solutions of Nevada a call anyway and Sean B. showed up just as scheduled. He took about 15 minutes and let me know my system is still covered under warranty and needed a little time to get the parts. In the end my system was up and running and all I had to pay for was a couple hours of labor. This was a huge savings from what others were telling me. There was no BS, he didn't try to get me to buy anything, he just fixed the problem. I will definitely refer them out to anyone with a plumbing need.

After two other plumbing companies quoted way high and only fixed the problem for a minute, Dennis came over and assessed the problem and not only fixed it but went over and above with clean up and fixing a few other things that needed attention. He reported progress the first day and sent photos when they were done.

As a realtor, I rely on knowing good service people to recommend and when it comes to plumbing, I will definitely recommend these guys.

CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THESE GUYS!! I called “Plumbing Solutions” with a badly clogged sink today, and have also used them in the past. What stood out first was that each time I have called them, their associate, Kevin showed up at my door promptly, as though he waited outside the door till the time he stated he would arrive. This meant a lot, as my time is valuable to me.
Kevin’s customer service skills, and professional courtesy were second to none. He has proven each time out to be very knowledgeable about his craft. He was very fast, and equally as clean.
I honestly appreciate his work, and professionalism.
“Plumbing Solution” is my first and only choice for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend their services. I also recommend when calling them, you ask for Kevin. He is a true master at what he does.

Ken from plumbing solutions came out and looked at pressure regulator value I tried to replace and informed me Home Depot had sold me the wrong part. Ken told me where to go to get the right part and even called and made sure they had it. Wet straightforward and honest not only did he not charge me and money he saved me a lot of money in the long run. He gave me his personal cell phone number that way if u had any future plumbing questions I could go to the source and get the right answers the first time. I would definitely recommend this company especially if ken comes out.

Had a slab leak and the problem was fixed, but VERY VERY SLOPPY WORK. We had Dennis. He left the job multiple times to get materials he should have had for the job, adding hours to the job. Important things. While doing his work, he came out of the laundry room where he was working and yelled at us not use the cold water. When there was no prior warning not to use it. Which was very rude. He came back on Easter to "complete" the job. All he did was put the washer and dryer back and lay the carpet back down in my children's room. Just tossed the padding down and laid the carpet down. Didn't bother sweep anything up first.There were rocks under the entire thing. Bumps in the carpet everywhere. we had to redo it all. My kids beds covered in dust. Went into the laundry room and it was a disaster didn't vacuum up or clean any of his mess. Concrete and dust all over the walls. He didn't bother to cover up the sliding doors for the closet in the laundry room. So everything inside (towels and wash cloths and board games and more) Covered in dust! My wife and I has spend the past 3 hours cleaning up this mess he left. Doing multiple loads of laundry to clean everything. Wouldn't recommend anyone use this company.

Ryan Nufeld...He was the assigned plumber to help us. This guy is super customer oriented. He did in his power to get our rented drain cleaner that got stuck out. Very informative and very helpful. Mr. Nufeld is one of the best plumber we have met in Las Vegas, a very caring attitude sure does make a difference in someone's life specially when me and my husband was in a panic situation. Thank you Plumbing Solutions of Nevada for having a good quality plumber like Mr. Nufeld.

Kevin was great! Honest, professional and affordable. He fixed a what I thought was a huge problem in minutes. Heather was the dispatch worker I spoke to when I called. She was super understanding and quick to give us an ETA. Definitely use them again. (Since I have more work to be done).

We had a unique project at our business and called a multitude of plumbers to come out and quote us; all were overpriced, some even got the details of the quote wrong, 1 took a week to even get back to us and had to be prodded before we could even receive the quote. This is for what I considered a fairly simplistic task; I got so frustrated, I bought the supplies myself, and was getting ready to dust off my sweating pipe skills and just knock it out myself.
Enter Dennis! Immediately, he put me at ease. I explained to him what we needed done and my frustration with the other plumbing companies; he beat their price by a country mile. In fact, once he saw I had already bought the materials, he said he could do it that day! Boom, decision made. He worked around our schedule and came back the same day when it made more sense.
He did a fantastic job, and was very methodical and proactive; he set up what he called his "laboratory" to make sure everything stayed clean during the process, which we greatly appreciated.
I was so impressed, I'm making him our first vendor for all of our plumbing needs, and am going to recommend this company to others as well. Well done, Dennis!
