I had clogged piping from the dishwasher to the sink therefore the dishwasher washer was not draining properly, as soon as Mr. Rooter plumbing got a call from me they were here within a couple hours to give an estimate-Anthony the Plummer was prompt on time and very professional. Mathew who I spoke to on the phone was also very professional and even gave a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the service and had no further issues. -highly recommended their service

I had to have a wall opened up to re-pipe a line, and the work was IMPECCABLE. For logistical reasons on my side, there was nobody at home when the work was completed. Not only were they trustworthy enough to leave in my home unattended, but there was no sign they had ever been there afterwards- EXCEPT the problem was fixed. They opened a wall, replaced pipes, closed the wall, and painted- I couldn't even tell where the sheet rock was cut. And ZERO mess. I couldn't be more impressed. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Don't pick anyone else.

The communication was excellent, they let me know when I could expect someone to come out and texted when they were on the way. Frank was very friendly, and professional. Everything was completed and all follow up instructions were explained so I didn’t have questions after they he had gone. He left my home clean and moved the heavy object back to where I wanted them so there was nothing to clean up when he was done. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to friends and family.
