This is the third time we've used Code Red Plumbing. They are very professional and get someone out within an hour. Clay was here a total of 5 minutes great company!

Had an emergency late at night and they responded quickly and efficiently. Other places wouldn't send a technician until the morning and were charging a ridiculous amount of money. Definitely recommend them. The prices are great and the service is fantastic!

Had a major leak while replacing our roof during this pandemic. Friendly staff, Tom made this experience less stressful and was able to fix the leak quickly. He also noticed a pipe that was in bad shape and instead of not saying anything and waiting till it became an emergency issue so they could make more money he let us know what to look for just in case something went wrong, thank you Tom. With that little gesture it allowed us to trust him. We remembered we had some additional services that needed to be repaired and schedule some things to be taken care before it became a problem. Keep up the good work guys.

Code Red plumbing is amazing, we use them at our property and they are always fantastic. They come out right away and always have the best customer service. Joni is awesome!

Came home to find the outside of my house with small geyser gushing from the side of the house, after turning off the water main to my home from the street, I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing and Jodi was so helpful and kind. I received a phone call almost immediately from Jerry, the plumber. Jerry was so helpful, gave me step by step instructions of what to do to rule out a main water leak vs a landscaping leak. I can sleep peaceful tonight! Thank you Jerry!

So, this probably would have been 5 stars up until the end.
We got a huge water bill and turned out we needed our water main replaced. Their quote was reasonable and they started work the next day. Tod was quick to reply and very nice.
After the first day of digging and breaking up concrete they realized the main wasn't where they thought it was. So at that point decided to use a locator (not sure why that wouldn't have been used at the beginning). In the end, ended up running a completely new line, took it in through the garage, through attic, and down to connect at supply to house.
We paid for the job in full and he was going to come back Saturday to fix the sprinkler lines they broke and cap off the old line into house.
***No show on Saturday, said he would be there Sunday. No show and no reply to messages on Sunday. Monday finally replied and said he would come on Tuesday. Came out Tuesday, fixed one broken line. Left multiple other sprinkler lines broken, and never capped off old line to house.
He was also supposed to quote 2 other jobs that I need done, but I guess they don't need the business. Since it took 4 days and several no call/no shows to even get one thing fixed, I'm giving up. Hired someone else to fix the sprinkler lines they broke, and another plumber will do the 2 other jobs.
If you use them, they do decent work. But don't pay the full bill until AFTER they complete the things they say they will do, or they won't get done.

I have used other plumbers before in the past at my place of business. But hands down, Todd and Kylan from Code Red were the most professional team I have ever seen. They worked on the problem until they could confidently say that they had fixed it, unlike the contractors before them. I wont call anyone else besides these guys from now on for plumbing issues. They truly are the definition of professionals. Thank you Todd and Kylan for all that you did last night. You each deserve a raise after that job.

Awesome service from Jerry who is a plumber with Code Red. Called Code Red 24 hour service at 10:30pm and Jerry was at my residence in approximately 20 minutes. I had two toilets that wouldn't flush. Within a few minutes Jerry knew what to do. Come to find out that my sewer line was clogged. Jerry ran large snake cable through my sewer line and in no time toilets flushed and sewer line was cleared. Jerry even gave me a 10% military discount. Thank you Jerry and thank you Code Red.

First of Jerry was a lifesaver!
So, some outside pipes were broken, by me, and didn't know how to fix it. Did some googling and called a few places. Some other companies wouldn't come out until 8AM the following day! Jerry came out to fix what needed fixing within the hour. Everything was fixed and looking great!
Really appreciate you guys being a 24hr Plumbing company!

Jerry was so great! He came to the house thinking he was just giving an estimate so he didn't have the right parts. I needed the work done today due to work. Without hesitating he went and purchased the parts then fixed the problem! He was professional and helpful! Thank you so much!

Called Code Red to investigate some drain lines in a possible new home. Todd came out to the home within 24 hours. He was professional, timely and full of helpful facts. Todd took the time to ensure all of our questions were answered and offered his contact details for further questions or plumbing needs. I would call Todd in a heart beat for any plumbing needs. Luke and Dennis are outstanding when it comes to customer service. Luke was very responsive and on top of things every step of the way. Dennis is the consummate professional. He is experienced, competent and had great communication skills. Dennis went the extra mile to make sure things were done correctly.

I was in a pinch and there was a massive crisis at the house with our plumbing. I called Code Red and they were the only ones who told me they would be there in less than an hour. They arrived promptly and quickly took care of the issue. Highly recommended and will be using them again.

I called Code Red and within an hour I had Clay come out to our office and get the plumbing issue fixed. They were very courteous over the phone, Clay was fantastic and quick and the job was done exceptionally. 5-stars! Thank you.

Jerry,very professional technicians,has been at my property several times and he's great. Codered provided us with same day service (within 1 hour of our call technician arrived) to replace 2 water heaters. The price quoted was great compare to other places.

Code Red Emergency Plumbing is fantastic. A carpenter installing some shelves in our home office hit a water line, causing a leak and the shut off of all water to the house. I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing around noon, and the polite and competent plumber Tom was here in about an hour. The whole situation was resolved before 2 pm and for a very reasonable price! I called two other companies purporting to provide emergency plumbing services, but one had no available plumbers until the next day and the other could get a plumber over three to five hours later. I am very glad I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing, and they will be my first call for all of my plumbing needs going forward. THANKS!!

I sent a detailed message of the plumbing repairs I needed to have done to Code Red Emergency Plumbing via the "Contact Us!" link on their website--2 days in a row. However, they never replied to my messages. I reached out to another plumbing company, and I received a reply within hours. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with Code Red Emergency Plumbing.

Code Red Emergency Plumbing left a Google reply for me on 5/10/21. They stated they called me the following day at 7 am. Unfortunately, this couldn't be further from the truth. I NEVER received ANY form of communication from them--not even an automated e-mail reply. What's more, if they didn't feel they were capable of performing the job I requested--the next day or any other day, for that matter, the least they could have done was reached out to me to let me know I'd need to reach out to a more qualified plumber.
