My plumbing company the honest plumber closed down so I called someone new. I am only giving 1 star the Technician Eddie was nice and friendly and knew what was needed, however this goes for the company itself. When I called them on Monday April 4, I spoke with a guy who normally doesn't answer the phone to schedule appointments, he told me if I wanted him to come out today it would be a little more in cost. I asked him how much for estimate he said its no charge unless they do the work the same day and that would be 69.00 he also stated that fee would be applied to the cost of the repair. NO NO NO not true well I don't see how its true. Eddie came and looked at my toilet 2 of them were doing the same thing water kept refilling up it was due to the handle not sitting correctly causing the rubber stopper to not shut properly. Upon inspection Eddie stated oh I have a handle in my truck I can change this out real quick for you, me thinking okay great he did the same for the toilet upstairs I was thinking okay well this shouldn't cost that much I knew he wasn't replacing them for free. When he came back inside my home with the billing agreement did I get a sticker shock of $98.00 yes $98.00 for two handles he said well me coming out here was $69.00 already. I said no they told me it was a free estimate they had Eddie thinking he was coming for a service call not a free estimate I'm sure. I told him I bought a whole kit from home depot for 24.00. I handed him the check and said thank you have a great day. I called the company to let them know I was not pleased with the fact I was told 69.00 if work was done and the guy on the phone stated management said it should have been $125.00. Oh okay guess what they just lost a customer do your research before getting service done I usually ask how much something will cost before they fix it but I ASSUMED well you know what they say when you assume. I didn't have a problem with paying the 69.00 grant it he came out and did replace the handles but 98.00 or even 125.00 is too expensive he didn't even get dirty.

I am so thankful for Code Red and their plumber Jaime. We had our toilets back up at our church and I immediately called for service. They were able to have someone out (Jaime) within an hour. Jaime was professional. He took the time to explain what was going on and was able to look at a couple of other items that could use attention and suggested how I could repair them without a huge cost. Ultimately, the toilets and sewage line was unclogged. I got a good scope of what our lines look like and what to do to prevent future issues. The services was top notch and honest. There was no trying to see me something I didn't need. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to others!

Dennis and Jerry are full on rock stars!!! We have had nothing but trouble with the plumbing in our new home since the first day. The plumbing installer could never get the problem correctly diagnosed or fixed and finally blamed us for the problems and refused to provide service. Longer story short - I called Code Red Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and speedy response. Jerry showed up on time, listened to our issues and within an hour had the problem diagnosed and a plan put into place. Two days later, as promised, Jerry and Dennis showed up on time and completed the job. And as an added bonus, they were clean, helpful, professional, respectful and fun. Yes, I said fun.

My suggestion to anyone who has any type of plumbing problem is to call Jerry and Dennis at Code Red Plumbing. Thanks so much for a job well done.

Tod is amazing! Very friendly and professional. He will always be our go to guy. He is very knowledgeable about anything we ask. And has done several jobs for us. Just recently a new garbage disposal and and work on evaporator coolers. This guy can do it all.
He also installed a water filter system for us.
When you call code red ask for Tod, he will treat you like family. Honest and does not over charge you. He gets the job done correct, in the most efficient time. I would rate him a 10 Star.
Thanks Code Red for having a great plumber on your staff. He is a keeper.

Brian and Jaime were great! They were were up front and honest and very professional. I am very happy with their services and will be calling them again if I need more help with plumbing issues. I’m so happy my massive leak turned out to be the irrigation system and not the main line and that they were able to figure it out pretty quickly. Thanks a million guys!

My water heater went out and I called Code Red Emergency Plumbing based on reviews. Frank was my service person and he was knowledgeable, professional, and on time. The job was done quickly, neat, and accurately. He took my safety seriously during this pandemic. I contacted him after hours for additional questions and he responded without hesitation. Todd with Code Red Plumbing has been our hero for the few times I have needed a plumber for our 40+ year old house which has decided to spring a few leaks. He and the company have responded quickly and done an excellent job each time and at a very fair price. He is very professional and friendly. I won't use any other plumbing company and now have them on speed dial!!!

Neighbor was about to leave town. Suddenly they angle valve for toilet shatter leaking. This needed to be fixed gas to allow prices of mind for there trip. Called Goettel and they could not show up until the following Monday. Looked at reviews of Code Red and they looks great. Gave them a short. Todd arrived in about an hour. Had the parts with him and fixed the job on time and less expensive than our rough estimate. Great for emergency service. Thanks Todd

This is such a reliable company. Very fast response to each call. They were here within the hour! Others we called said 24hr or never showed. One of the calls happened to be an evening weekend emergency too! Each call is just as important to them. Everyone from the person answering the call to the plumber is SO kind, caring and honest! We've used them twice and each time, we've received excellent service. Our guy is Jerry and luckily he was here for us both times we needed service. He is wonderful and such a nice guy. Easy to talk to and walked us through every step so we were in the loop the whole time he was here. My 5yr old found his work van to be very cool! Look for the plumber vans/trucks with a super hero! I plan to use them for any other issues that come up in the future and I will definitely recommend them!

Most reliable vendor I’ve used. The response is great! We had an emergency leak on property and they were here within the hour. The tech, Brian, is extremely nice and very informative.

Great service! I currently live in the southwest area and trust no other plumbing company than Code Red Emergency. Not only did they cater to my concerns, but at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended for all Vegas residents!

I'm a service supervisor at a property in centennial hills and usually get the same guy when I have them out for a fix..this time we had Makay come out and do a drain line for us ..he went above and beyond for both property and resident she was so impressed she told me how great he was when I went back to pick up outlet equipment. Code red is lucky to have this guy and I'll make sure he's the one sent when my next issue to big for my guys comes up.. excellent customer service, attitude and work ..THANKS MAKAY

So we had an emergency call because our bath tub faucet wouldn’t shut off. So Brian came out on a Sunday night and replaced the cartridge and the leak was fixed. We are very grateful he was willing to come out. I would recommend code red plumbing to everyone.

Great plumbing experience all round! - The work I needed doing on the sewer line had some complexities, and Tod kept me informed the whole way. He showed up on time, left the landscape looking lovely and brought a sincere integrity to the whole project. He didn't have to help in the ways he did - but it was clear that getting the job done right and swiftly for my peace of mind mattered to him. I would recommend Tod and this company to anyone residential or commercial.

Don’t call other plumbing companies unless you want to get ripped off! My bathtub faucet wouldn’t shut off in the middle of the night. I had two other plumbing companies come out, and they quoted me thousands of dollars. It was amazing dealing with Code Red from the personalized customer service I received over the phone to the quick same-day diagnosis, everything was top-notch. Makay efficiently replaced the broken cartridge, and I was so impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, honesty, speed, and willingness to help during off-hours. I highly recommend their service – 100 stars all the way!

They had the cartridge I needed for a 20+ year old roman tub handle. I had been to 3 other plumbing supply houses who were all stumped. I walked in here and they immediately knew what I needed and had it in stock. Will be back for future plumbing supplies.
