Fantastic experience! I know nothing about plumbing and was nervous/resigned about getting strung around like you do at some auto shop. But everyone was incredibly honest, straight up, and respectful. It was obvious that the owners really valued their customers and knew the value of long term client relationships. The price was very reasonable and the work was done on schedule, punctually, and professionally. Really 100% a top notch experience. Def recommend!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Let’s talk about the saving grace that is Franklin! I called Mr. Rooter on a Monday morning. They were out first thing on Tuesday morning to assess our situation. I thought it was a clogged or gross drain that needed a clean. I also asked the office if the tech could look at our sump pump, as we moved to a home with a basement and didn’t know the condition of the pump. He let us know Franklin had years of experience with sumps. Upon Franklin’s arrival, he looked at my drain and immediately asked where the main sewer connect and sump were located. He said “I won’t flush your lines and take your money” because he knew the issue was elsewhere. Sure enough, it was a rotten sump pump. He had the team send the estimate immediately upon departure. The price for the work was of course expensive, but beyond fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. First thing Wednesday morning, Franklin returned with the parts. He made sure to get everything perfect. He explained every part of the process- showing us in detail what was being done, where certain pipes led for our knowledge of the home, and how to maintain the new pump. He worked vigorously for 8 hours. We had the sump replaced, then the main lines cleaned and inspected for damage (which to our appreciation, there was none). But above the quick, great work Franklin gave us, we want to acknowledge his amazing personality. A lot of contractors just don’t do or interact the way he does. He’s so kind, HONEST, and thorough. He was a joy to talk to- even if it was just about the work being done. Please let him know, again, how much we appreciate him all-around. You have a fantastic person on your team.

Bailey is Absolutely amazing! He was thorough, knowledgeable, and immediately identified the issue. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided a fair, detailed estimate. Highly recommend for anyone needing honest and professional plumbing work.

My wife contacted Mr. Rooter for a quote to repair a water leak on the main waterline in our garage, and were readably priced. Not only that, they were able to send someone the same day to fix it. Bailey was very polite, professional & incredibly helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work.

Hired thru Thumbtack. Received almost immediate response scheduling an appointment for the next day. The technician that came out, Bailey, was friendly and informative provided information and options that were affordable and without pressure (purchasing a new toilet from Mr Rooter. vs on my own). Installation was quick and the area was left clean. I'm very pleased with the entire experience.

We had a great experience with Mr. Rooter. They were able to come out quickly and kept us updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. The communication was clear, the work was done fast, and the technician was helpful and professional. After dealing with a few frustrating plumbing companies, I’m very thankful to finally have a positive experience.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They are quick to respond and their pricing is spot on. In order to keep our water heater in tip top shape, we have to change the anode rod and do a water flush yearly. We had the pleasure of having tech, Bailey, complete the work. He didn’t try to upsell other services, unlike so many other companies. He was very patient with my elderly hard of hearing Dad who had a dozen questions. Bailey was very polite and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be using them again.
