We were having some remodeling done in our house, and when the contractor shut off the water to the house, he found a leak at the meter. We contacted the Water District who came out and told us that the leak was not their responsibility, but that it was on our side of the meter. Our contractor knew Jerry and recommended you to us. The response was immediate. Chris came out and after checking several things, told us that he believed that the leak was on the city side, that after he drained the meter box, our side remained dry, while the water was dripping from the city side. The Water District returned this morning and confirmed that this indeed was a city issue. I thank you for your quick response and your honesty. Had this been our problem, it would have cost several thousand dollars to repair. I will certainly use you for any future plumbing needs and recommend you to anyone who requires plumbing services. It’s rare in these times to find a company that actually cares about the customer.

I cannot shower Plumbing Solutions and Andy with enough praise. Simply, Andy is plumb amazing. On time. Respectful. Efficient. Joyful.

My shower was not working. Andy had it assessed and repaired (without having to notify my neighbors…yay) within one hour. He then took the time to make sure I was happy with it. Mistake on his part. I then had other questions, all of which he was kind enough to take the time to answer.

And just when he was almost out the door, I asked him to check the settings on my hot water heater. It had been moved to barely warm by an unnamed someone (oops) and he reset it. He also advised me to move all my art supplies from around the heater. Who knew? Andy did.

All the cracks you hear about plumbers…none of them apply. Use these guys and you will be flooded with gratitude. Maybe not the best choice of words, but you get my point.

They gave me an estimate of 10,000 (lies)!!! That went down to $750 and then back up to $2800 ?!?!?!?!?! And that's just the estimate.

After almost being ripped off by a Restoration Co. I decided to slow things down and start doing my homework. I contacted 10 plumbers, 5 from Google and 5 from Yelp. By the time I contacted Plumbing Solutions of Nevada (which was the worst of the 10), I knew everything that needed to be done and the prices of EVERYTHING, (and had about 5 estimates at the time) I would just act like I didn't know!!

I told hope who works for their Recorded answering service. The entire situation and what exactly needed to be done.

On 7-25-17 Mike from Plumbing Solutions of Nevada arrives and Starts telling me all kinds of extra things that need to be done now. almost every plumber added something (get more than one estimate) but WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! It was amazing how much his guy was lying to me right in my face and Then calls the company to go over a few things and comes back and gives me an estimate of $10,000 for the whole house to be re-piped. Obviously this company has no communication, because I explained to their answering service agent Hope, that only from the mainline to the garage needed to be re-piped. Our house is under construction so you can see that it doesn't need to be re-piped (Open walls) so I finally told Mike how full of s*** he is. Then I basically did his job and told him exactly what needs to be done. Mike then calls someone named Jerry comes back and give me an estimate of $750. That's a big difference!!!!!!

Then I called the company and talk to someone named Carol who states she is the Operating Manager. I advise Carol of the situation and I asked her if she could send me a plumber that actually knows what they're doing, which she agreed to send her senior technician.

On 7-27-17 at about, 9am Sean B arrived at my house but unfortunately Pure Plumbing (Who I would definitely recommend over Plumbing Solutions) had arrived about 10 minutes earlier, so I was trying to work with both plumbers at the same time. Long story short Sean basically told me that Mike gave me a very low price which he was not gonna make any money off and that I was the one going to win out of that deal. I had an estimate lower than the $750 they gave me! From another Plumbing Company so that's another lie. Then he gives me the estimate of $2800 WHAT!!!!!!! How is it that much more now. The worst part is he was trying to charge me $1000 to dig up the pipe, about 10 feet of soft dirt. I mean the hardest part is not breaking the pipe, but is being replaced which makes it a very easy job. I even went to Home Depot had two workers follow me and give me an estimate of $250. (and these guys aren't cheap) but I honestly can do it, in about an hour and a half!!!

From my experience Plumbing Solution of Nevada, is completely unprofessional, confusing and overall, nothing more than a rip off!! By people that don't even know how to do the job.

I had a great experience with this company. Dennis came to check out a clogged floor drain at my restaurant and was very honest and humble. After working for over an hour, he could not clear the clog. Whatever is blocking the pipe is inorganic (he pulled a chipped piece of ceramic out) and to fix it he said he'd have to get access to the space below mine so he could remove the pipe. It's not something we could accomplish at the time, but said he'd be happy to come back out and provide a free quote once we could get access. He also insisted I not pay for his time since he did not fix the issue. I spoke with several other companies who specifically said they would charge me regardless of whether the fixed the issue.

Service like this (especially with commercial work) is extremely rare, so it's great to work with someone decent who actually cares about the customer and getting the job done.

We recently had a water leak that caused mold. I reviewed the mold remediation company on first glance, before the work was completed. Out of the gate, they were gold. By the time I kicked them off my properly, they belonged in a plastic bag at a dog park. This time I waited until every spec of dust was cleared before the review. Let's go.

My wife scheduled, so I can't speak to the initial contact, customer service, etc., but she is very difficult to please and seemed happy.

Kyle came out, was EXTREMELY personable and came correct with everything; professionalism, communication, explanation and setting realistic expectations. He was there for a water leak/pipe issue but noticed a toilet that was in need of repair. I mentioned we were buying a new one that weekend and he offered his price for install. No pushing, no selling, literally just information for me to do with what I wanted. I'm going to go on record right here and now saying my wife and I have been in Las Vegas for almost seven years and we have just had horrible after horrible experience with 95% of all service people we've either spoken with or hired. Disillusioned is putting it mildly. I said this to Kyle and I'll tell y'all...he single-handedly turned that around. I have never been happier turning over money like this. NEVER. Kyle gave us a clear and concise estimate...no what if's or if you wanted to add this as well junk. PROFESSIONAL. He gave us a clear and concise plan, telling and showing us what needed to happen, what he was going to do, how he was going to do it and what it would cost. Not anything about, 'well if we run into this, remember...it's just an estimate' junk.

Side note, we would up getting a toilet and having him install it as well. (We robbed them blind...that toilet was a beast to install and should have cost more. Kyle is a ROCKSTAR.) Everything came to what was estimated, everything was explained as he was working...it was like having a good friend come into your house that just happened to be a master plumber. Was a mess left like most others leave? No. NO. Kyle even cleaned the walls around the toiled when the old one was removed and used HIS name brand disinfectant/cleaner because he is that proud of his work...and should be.

I can't recommend Plumbing Solutions enough. Granted, we've had one experience with one plumber, but as you've read, the experience was literally life altering. That said, I also can't recommend Kyle enough. I'm not saying we're going to name our next baby after him...but also not saying we haven't already.

Oh, forgot to mention...they came in at a third of a previous quote as well AND did next day service.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for this. Chris did an amazing job! He was polite, prompt, communicative, and even cleaned up the area before he left. I will definitely refer plumbing solutions to all my friends and family.

Dennis from Plumbing Solution did a great job of solving my plumbing problems with my toilets. I was impressed with his attitude, professionalism, and competency to solve the problem. Thanks Dennis and Plumbing Solutions. I keep coming back because of the quality of the work and the staff and cost of services. I feel safe in knowing I will not get ripped off with this service.

I called 4 other plumbing companies that claimed they were 24 hours and emergency. The only one that said they could be there today was Plumbing Solutions. Mark was on time and found the problem immediately. He cut a small hole in the ceiling drywall and showed me what the issue was. It was a pretty easy fix but something I could not do. Mark let me know what my options were and how much each option would cost. I appreciated the honesty. Since it was late in the afternoon Mark had to come back the next day because some fitting parts needed to be purchased. Mark gave me the option for a time that worked for me. He showed up the next day on time and finished the job in a short amount of time. I was pleased with the work and there are no more leaks. Mark did a great job of explaining everything. I would recommend him and will use him if I need any future plumbing done.

I usually don't leave a review unless its a really bad experience or super good one, and in this case Plumbing Solutions was awesome!!! Andy my technician was extremely professional and timely. He had everything fixed by the end of the night. Even returned back to fix another issue within a day. If you ever have any plumbing issues don't waste your time just call these guys they will get it done right and not to mention their prices are comparable so when you add the great service its a no brainer.

Ken, Gerado, and Jimmy went above and beyond to fix my house when every single pipe broke. Working 6 days a week to ensure I can get my house back. They were accommodating and just amazing human beings. Anytime I had a problem Ken was right there or was on the phone. His communication set a high bar that alot of my other companies can't reach. His problem solving was great and he cared. I had animals and they all took care of them and treated them amazingly. Gerado and Jimmy worked so incredibly hard and for long periods of time in the extreme heat with no complaints or anything. They cared about my house and treated it like it was there own. Always willing to help and answer questions I might have. They even came on weekends to save me when I was in my darkest time. Upstanding gentlemen were Gerado and Jimmy. I can not thank them enough. You must go with these guys. Ken is the supervisor and is so straight forward and willing to help anyone out. He will tell you exactly what he is thinking for the job and the price. He will never try to upsell you. You must work with these fine gentlemen for your next project. I have found my plumbers for life. Only call Ken, Gerado, and Jimmy. They are the best. A+++++++

I have been using Plumbing Solutions of Nevada for all our plumbing projects. The service is very professional and they can send someone out fairly quickly. We had Ryan come out and help us, who has lots of experience. He did a wonderful job installing our longer tub spout and installed a new faucet in a tight space for a pedestal sink. Thank you Ryan!

This company is fantastic. Plumbing Solutions of Nevada was contacted to check for a leak between the meter and the house. Ken arrived promptly and was very professional. He checked the lines and determined there was no leak. He then said the service call was Free of Charge since no leak was found. What an awesome experience. I would highly recommend using this company.

My wife and I tried to install a new toilet and of course that didn't work out so well. Found this plumbing business in the newspaper service directory. We were VERY satisfied with the prompt service. Dennis was very good at checking the work we had done and finished the job for us. Will definitely keep these people for any future plumbing needs. Gustavo was an exceptional plumber. He responded to my request quickly and arrived right on time. Not only did he fix my toilet efficiently, but he also took the time to ensure everything was working perfectly before he left. Throughout the process, he was professional, courteous, and pleasant to interact with. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude—he made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend his services!

Ryan came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this plumbing company!

They advertise 100% free estimates but charge $120 for service call because he checked the water pressure which you would think he would need to give a FREE estimate and the 15% veteran/senior discount is BS. They don't even list company name in advertising? He also showed up at the wrong time. Also I got the complete job done for $150. His estimate was $650.
