Miguel was timely, highly professional and incredibly knowledgeable and thorough.From my first phone call Precision was top of the line.
Leaks found and repaired as well as some other issues I had that Miguel took care of. I've lived in Las Vegas for 18 years and so wish I had found them earlier. You get what you pay for, I would recommend them for any and all plumbing issues.

I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday and was so relieved when this company was able to send someone out just 3 hours after I called. Daron Branch was incredibly friendly, professional, and honest about the issue from the start. He explained everything clearly and had it fixed quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated the fast response, especially on a weekend, and the quality of service was top-notch. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs — especially when you need help in a pinch!

Donald was so thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for service. I appreciate how he was very patient and let us see our available options. From other companies I have experienced being talked down to like I was stupid for having questions or other things. This company was very professional with how they handled business and conversations and I also did not feel rushed. Precision Plumbing is very professional and customer service oriented. They answered the phone promptly, asked questions to determine my problem and sent a technician out same-day to fix my faucet. Jeremy accessed the problem quickly and suggested two resolutions. He was quick and neat in replacing my faucet. This is the second time I have called Precision Plumbing and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Easy to schedule, able to get a same day appointment. PP notified me via text (w/ picture and name of tech) when tech was going to arrive, even texted us to say he'd be early. Donald was very friendly, neat and professional. He gave us a quote before performing the work, and performed the work efficiently (he even fixed short cuts / shoddy work that the prior plumber left). I gave them 4-stars instead of 5 simply because they were a bit pricier than I expected based upon having toilets set before for less. I would use them again based upon the quality of work but may competitively shop them for price first.

Today I woke up to no hot water and a major leak in my garage. I called Precision Pluming and they responded immediately and Frank Rohr responded promptly. He showed up with so many tools! Diagnosed the problem, and offered solutions. He was professional and explained everything he was doing prior to taking any action. He offered so many options where I didn’t feel desperate not limited to only one option. I used pluming companies in the past but today the service was exceptional! I felt educated on when to call for help when a situation arises. My garage looked like a toddler playground with his tools to fix the mess unlicensed “Plummers” have done to install a water heater, but within 10 minutes of finishing the job, there was no trace of any Plumming services taking place! He wrapped everything up and provided a company card if I knew anyone that needed professional help! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs such services and I hope they land on Frank! Thank you for saving the day! What a cool guy!

I've used Precision Plumbing for years. They just completed a big job cleaning out the main sewer line and it was covered under their warranty. Melvin and Donny were fantastic. They had to continue the job out in the street and were so professional and polite. It was a huge job and they did such a wonderful job.

We called Precision (which was urgent). The water heater went out, and water was everywhere. Got a return call from Melvin Guerra, who works for Precision Plumbing. He came over right away. Got a free estimate and was told what we needed. He came back the next day and fixed the water heater. He was very kind, and explained everything to our understanding. Precision is the place to go, and Melvin is the man you want to request. He is an asset to this company. Thank you.

I called Precision Plumbing ~2pm. I received a call about five minutes later From the dispatch.
About 80 minutes after my initial call, there was a plumber here.Awesome!
The plumber,Miguel E. , Gave me an estimate which I agreed to And about 3 1/2 hours later, the work was completed.
Miguel did an excellent job.
A perfect job.
He repaired And installed new valves for A bathroom faucet and new toilet installation.

The valves were corroded and would not shut off, which is why I had to call a plumber and not a handyman to finish the job

Installed new toilet removed and took away the previous toilet And installed a faucet /drain combination .
Caulked and sealed everything
Very professional job
The work was done quickly and it was done well!

Great company with very friendly employees. They are very easy to work with and they got me scheduled right away. Kade and Eric came out and got my leak fixed in no time. They even asked if had anything else that I wanted to them to look at and also answered a question that I had about my house. I’d definitely use them again.

It turns out my sewer line is broken.

Best plumbing service I’ve ever had. Had them put in new whole house filter, reverse osmosis, fix some showers and toilets. All are better than I could have hoped! Thank you 🙏🏼 ps Mark Peji was the tech that did the work special shout out!

We experienced a major sewer backup at our residence in Pahrump. After contacting local plumbing companies that couldn't provide emergency service, I called Precision Plumbing. They dispatched a technician that day. After clearing a blockage, he determined that our sewer line was broken. The next day, which was New Year's eve, he returned with an excavation crew and replaced the line. The day after New Year's, the excavation team returned and restored our property. The technician, Donald Henry, was very courteous and responsive, especially considering our location in Pahrump. Once the line was excavated, he assembled and connected a new 40 foot line in less than two hours. I was impressed by his skill and attention to detail. The excavators were likewise courteous and competent.

Precision Plumbing and Donald Henry helped us through a difficult challenge with minimal downtime. I would highly recommend them!

Amazing experience with this company. My water heater was leaking. They had a tech out here in 20 minutes. Ended up needing a new unit. They removed and installed the new water heater in less than 3 hours. The techs were friendly and very knowledgeable, they answered all the questions I had and even explained the processes. I highly recommend this company.

Can't say enough great things about our experience. We had a small lead and Precision Plumbing was able to have someone out to our house in less than 2 hours. And, thankfully, that someone was Frank - great guy and really knew what he was doing.

Donald is a very capable and courteous young man. The major water leak took all day to fix. He assessed the toilet and pipes issue and was able to complete the complicated job in one day.

Frank is absolutely amazing! His customer service is top notch, and his work is impeccable. Frank goes over and beyond making sure that everything is fixed - explaining the problem, showing the problem and then sending pictures of the fixed issue. Walk This Way is a life long customer.

I had two men from Precision Plumbing show up at my house unannounced. I never called your company and have no idea how you obtained my address or personal information. These two “big guys” were very persistent, trying to convince me to let them inside my home to look at plumbing work that was never requested. They even asked about a toilet I supposedly had fixed — which is completely false, as I’ve never had any issues or repairs done on my toilet.
When I called your office to find out how you got my information, no one could give me an answer. This behavior is completely unprofessional and deeply concerning. Sending employees unannounced to someone’s home — especially when that person isn’t even a customer — is unacceptable and raises serious privacy and safety issues.
To make matters worse, my underage child answered the door, thinking it was his Uber Eats delivery, only to be questioned by two large men who failed to immediately identify themselves. After trying to figure out who sent them, I was finally handed a business card from your service manager, Jose Toledo.
This entire situation was alarming, invasive, and unprofessional. Precision Plumbing needs to seriously review how they handle business information and field visits on non customers before someone gets seriously frightened or worse.

I have never called or contacted Precision Plumbing for any reason. So are you now saying that a person can’t even call a family member to ask a question without your company showing up at their home? You still haven’t answered the most important question — who gave you my personal information and address?
Your claim that an “unlicensed plumber” entered my home in a Precision Plumbing uniform is completely false. No plumbing work has ever been done in my house. The two men who came to my door were not “professional” as you describe. When I told them no work had been done, they continued to insist on entering my home — which was inappropriate and unacceptable.
Offering a business card after asking my child if they could come inside does not make this situation professional. Unfortunately, I can’t post the video, but it clearly shows what really happened.
And yes, I did raise my voice — after two large men arrived at my home uninvited, under false pretenses. Anyone in my position would have been alarmed.
Your statement is inaccurate and misleading. Instead of denying what happened, your company should be asking how and why my private information was obtained in the first place.
I’m not sure how or why your company is filing a complaint with the Nevada State Contractors Board about an alleged unlicensed plumber who never performed any plumbing work at my home. It seems this is how your company operates—trying to pressure or intimidate people to let you into their homes, and when that doesn’t work, resorting to threats or false reports. If this is truly how you conduct business, it’s disappointing. Surely your company isn’t so desperate for work that you have to create problems where none exist.
