Problem was to fix a leaking drain. The cost ended up being $175.00 for labor which included pulling a pedestal sink. No problem with this cost. The cost of replacement drain piping was $309. I priced the same parts at Home Depot for about $50. I think they inflated the cost of the drain parts to pay for the pedestal sink that they broke and had to replace when they removed it. This was way overpriced. Total cost of $484.

Brandon, project manager and his crew were exceptional. On time and competent. Nothing left undone or uncorrected. Very professional . We highly recommend them. Vegas valley plumbers get the job done RIGHT !

We were out of country when our neighbor sent us a picture of water flooding out of our garage! We were able to get the water shut off, but now we were boarding a cruise ship for ten days with grand children. I did a quick search and found Vegas Valley Plumbing. In two hours, they had Tristan in my garage! Talk about Minute Men! The next day, a new water softener was in place to replace a filter that was installed only three years prior and had a spectacular end-of-life by exploding its case, causing the flooding. Tristan navigated our situation with professional and competent conduct. Thank God for him and Vegas Valley Plumbing!

I'm giving 5 stars for what they didn't do! They could have easily gotten me for a camera inspection of the sewer line for hundreds, instead the technician came out looked at my concern, said don't worry about it, shook my hand and left. That act of honesty deserves 5 stars. I'm happy and won't hesitate to call again.

Recently I had a water leak in the ceiling, the manifold connection started to leak and damaged the ceiling drywall. Vegas Valley sent out Nick for emergency but could not do a repair on a Sunday night and unavailability of the part which has to be ordered from another state. As soon as the part came in the repair was scheduled and Nick completed the repair efficiently and care. Also coordinated/contact Pinnacle Restoration to schedule and for them to finish their part of the work. Five stars for this company for doing an outstanding job! Thank you.

UPDATE: This is my second time using Vegas Valley Plumbing....Nick did an excellent job of installing my water softener, he was on time and finish the job as promise. He ensured the unit has no leaks and functioning/operating correctly.

Great service. We were having water pressure issues. Scheduling them was easy. They were on-time, communicated well, diagnosed and explained the issue clearly, and fixed the issue very quickly. Will definitely call them if we have anymore issues.

What a great company! My family got ourselves into a bit of a bind by purchasing a vanity based off looks and the basic measurements but forgetting to take into account the plumbing. The water lines needed to be moved to fit into the back of the vanity properly. Bailey came out, assessed the situation and provided an estimate to accomplish our goal of having the vanity installed and functioning.. The price was about a 1/3 of what other companies were quoting and he did a PHENOMENAL job! It came out absolutely perfect! I can’t recommend Vegas Valley enough. It’s a great family owned local business that isn’t charging an arm and a leg. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience overall. 10/10 would recommend.

What a fabulous experience! Our technician was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to not only install a new Halo water filtration system but also improve the plumbing on the wall that feed into the machine. I would highly recommend Vegas Valley Plumbing to anyone with plumbing needs.
