Called their 24 hour hotline.. explained my problem and concerns. They assured me that I would be contacted after 7 am.. didn't happen. I called Larkin for an update close to noon.. the man on the phone was rude and unprofessional. He told me the reason I didn't get a call from a plumber is because none are available today, maybe tomorrow...don't know how I'm supposed to know that ?...a courtesy call would have been nice...so much for the same day service they brag about.. they've lost my business and recommendation. Larkin is apparently too big to care and the attitude and lack of concern showed by their employee showed it.

Great service. Tech was on time and very helpful. He cleared the drain issue and ran a camera down the drain to see what is causing our problem. He then recommend a course of action for my issue. Thank you very much for all of the help. It is much appreciated by us.

Excellent service from a thoughtful problem solver. Anthony was generous with his time while explaining the plumbing system. He mitigated against spills and damage while working. Pricing and work performed were great. Same day service was available within an hour -- during a weekend evening!

Sad but ot surprised that a plumber hasn't shown and that my request for service wasn't recorded. Own a business and needed work done today when I spoke with a very arrogant, other words can easily be used, one rhyming with punt, back on last Monday I was informed she will decide when I get someone. Sounded older but definitely loud and no happiness in her voice. Look else where as you will only get someone when their "office manager" decides and not when it works for you. Had all day available too. Looking for another and will gladly pay extra for the weekend call now. For the record it was to rebuild 5 toilets and replace the entire large flusher for 2 urinals as they have been leaking and are corroded.

Just wanted to put a "shout out" in to Keith, Larkin's service technician that was dispatched to my house on Sunday 24 Sep. I had a pinhole leak in a hot water line in the ceiling which I had located and tried to minimize further leaking.
Keith was very professional and timely in his repair (I was not able to be home, but my wife was home). He kept me fully informed on the repair and pulled all my temporary leak pans out of the attic as he departed.
I also thought the charge for this repair (particularly on a Sunday) was very reasonable. We have used Larkin in the past, and will continue to use them.

We needed a plumber . My landlord called Larkin. Great call landlord. A plumber named Bob contacted me and said he would be there the next day. He showed up on time. That's big points with me. He said he would be back the next day to start the job. Next day Bob and his assistant Chris came, again, on time. They were kind, courteous and very sympathetic to the fact that we only have one bathroom and that we were going to have to find another place to take a shower while we waited for the Insurance adjusters to come. They were extremely quick about coming back the next day after the adjuster was here to complete their work. They showed up on time every time. For what he had to do the price was extremely fair. This is a very old house and it was a challenge for sure. Well done Bob, well done. I'm extremely satisfied. 😊 Thank you Bob and Chris. Happy customer here.

I have used them a few times. The most important thing to me is that they have earned my trust. All plumbers are expensive, but I understand it's a demanding profession. I'm willing to pay someone that is trustworthy and does good work. This makes it all worth it.

We have been using Larkin since our old house across town. The difference is they send an experienced plumber who can bid and complete the job themself.

The TV plumbers send beginner plumbers who must send pictures back to a controller who analyzes the images and formulates a cushioned bid. Or they send along a retired plumber secure in the knowledge he learned in 1985, befuddled and clueless in front of a heat pump water heater. The irony is the the younger plumbers know about the technology, but they have no power to speak.

Back to Larkin, Cody arrived on time, gave me a number, got to work, and got the job done before lunch. Clean and professional. He brought in a helper with an engine hoist to lift the unit and place it perfectly with no scratches. He was comfortable with the technology. No surprises. No delays. No excuses. Undercut the TV plumber by $500. I'd give them six stars if I could.

No complaints, ever. Always on time, always friendly, always get the work done. Kurt spent 6 hours at my house, outside in 110 dehree heat to fix my valve. I couldn’t be more thankful…..he is wonderful. Larkin has been my go-to plumber since 1997. I will never call anyone else.

They sent someone right away to do a leak inspection. He found where the leak was coming from and arranged to start the work the next day. The job took 2 days and when they finished you would have never known they were here. I highly recommend Larkin Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Larkin has never let me down. I've been using them for years. They are very easy to contact, and they almost always come to my home the same day that I call about a problem. I would never even consider using anyone else.

5 stars all the way! Had a plumbing issue this past weekend so called Larkin on Monday. The customer service representative was very polite and knowledgeable, she helped set me up with an appointment this same day. My issue was resolved and I am very satisfied with the service. Will definitely call them again, should I have another issue.

Best plumber ever, very reasonably priced on time. Matt had all parts needed on the truck which means I did not get charged extra labor for him to travel and get parts. Matt also offered helpful recommendations to avoid further issues.
This company's service is old school which I loved.
Will use them again.

The plumber who fixed our water heater did a very good job. He knew right away what the problem was & repaired it perfectly. He also was friendly & that's a big plus. We were pleased from start to finish. Thank you!

Larkin plumbing has always treated me well. They are professional and prepared. I find their prices are a bit higher than some others in the valley, but in each case when I have called, they have been on time and have fixed the problem. Some other plumbers that I have used have been less than professional, but Larkin has never let me down.

Don’t come here unless you want to get ripped off. I had a shower that the water stopped running & had them come look, I was charged almost $500 for them just looking & changing a small part that didn’t fix anything. They quoted me for another $1700 to fix it & told me the wall had to be opened up & change the valve. I did some research myself, asked a friend & ended up trying CLR and a wire technique and water started running. I would have had holes in my wall and unnecessary work done if I hadn’t done some research myself. Can’t be trusted. Even talked to the manager after and they did not accept any accountability or give me a partial refund for paying $500 for nothing. Super disappointing that they take advantage of people this way.

My problem started with a very high water bill. Tracking down the cause was urgent. I called Larkin Plumbing who I used successfully for many years. They responded quickly and I felt grateful. I needed a plumber who was understanding, friendly, knowledgeable, competent, dependable, honest, trustworthy, efficient, a good communicator…..and someone who took a stressful situation and made it all better. I had a slab leak. The plumber Larkin assigned to me was all those aforementioned things. His name is Kurt.

I’ve used them several times on rentals, where I needed to trust outcomes to ensure residents were taken care of. Very old homes. Even trailers- quirky old plumbing. Honest. Reliable. Highly communicative. Timely. And I believe very cost competitive. My favorites are Cody & Ms. B in dispatch…but you really can’t go wrong with anyone on their crew. These folks are PROFESSIONALS.

Amazing, fast, and reliable service. Our water heater was producing rust and Keith showed up helped walk us through how to flush the water heater. Inspected it and made sure everything was to code. He did not try to up sell us on anything he just fixed the issue and gave us great information.

Had a leak, called Larkin, guy showed up an hour later. David Diaz had problem diagnosed in minutes. Next morning the part was replaced and problem solved. Great job once again. Thank you Larkin and thank you David
