Excellent same day service replacing a waterless water heater. Bob did a wonderful job and explained everything before starting and during installation. I would give him and the service a perfect 10.

The speed at which someone was able to get to my house and help with my situation was impressive. I had a situation in which I had to shut the water off to my house and was hoping I could get it resolved immediately so my family could use water and not be stuck without it for days. They arrived within a couple hours of me calling and fixed the issue immediately. The quality of the work was great and we the water was back on the same day. I did however have a concern with the time/price of the job. They reached out to me and asked how the service was and I explained that I wasn't completely satisfied or agreed with the final price. I explained my situation and they went and reviewed it and got back to me the next day. Larkin plumbing agreed that my concerns were valid and made it right. I will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs. I'm glad they are reachable and willing to listen to concerns.

0 stars. I had Larkin come out and give me an estimate for a new hot water heater. They handed me an estimate for $6600. I sent them on their way. Found another company to come out for an estimate. Their estimate was $2600. Not even close to $6600. I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the lack of honesty.

Anthony is a great plumber… Very knowledgeable and thorough. I'm glad I called Larkin to take care of My emergency plumbing needs.

Kurt was excellent. He solved my issue and was easy to work with the entire visit. His workmanship was excellent! Photos show before(broken) and after works great.

Love the customer service here!! They are willing to help and explain any Plumbing situation to you. Instead of pushing a house call, they really do offer the information and will actually show you an example of what needs to be done. They are professional, courteous and very friendly. I will only use them for all of my plumbing needs!

Excellent service! The plumber has been to our house twice for different issues. Our house is very old and Larkin had the depth and competency to be able to match parts , etc. to save the original look and fixtures. They did a great job. Strongly recommend.

Nice gent named David did the repairs, but Larkin is very expensive. It took 3.5 hours for a new toilet flapper replacement (5 min repair), shower cartridge adjustment (15 minutes), and putting a new faucet that I purchased on (3 hours 10 mins) in one bathroom for close to $800 bucks. They apparently counted trip to their parts store for flapper. It took previous plumber that installed new sinks and faucets, etc. less than three hours for two bathrooms. This job should have only taken an 1 to 1.5 hours at best.

Hi all! 5 stars for sure! Of course, it's Saturday, and my showerhead has been leaking (pouring water) all day long, I called Larkin, and the call was answered immediately, a tech was here, fixed the issue, and out all within one hour on the dot! I am grateful that I won't have to hear water all night long, knowing that my property management company likely wouldn't call me back until Monday or Tuesday anyway. Thank you, Anthony for prompt, courteous service on a late Saturday afternoon/evening! ♥

Plumbing department stinks. Plus they charged us $675 for a faucet that was never put in. I have made 4 phone calls to get this resolved but can’t get a call back. I’m shocked as the air conditioning department has been fantastic for over 30 years. Disappointing to say the least

★☆☆☆☆ (1/5 Stars) Zero Stars for "Emergency" Service and Follow-Through. .... I am beyond frustrated with this company's service, or complete lack thereof. At 9:00 PM, I had a whole-house water emergency & called their answering service. The representative was incredibly difficult to understand, & our conversation was a frustrating back-and-forth about a "$69 call-out fee." I repeatedly asked if this was the price for an emergency call, and she confirmed that it was (this was after she repeatedly put me on hold to have to make a confirmation with the firm). I then asked when someone could come out, only to be told the earliest availability was 6:30 PM the following day!!!! ???? While this was already a ridiculous timeframe for an emergency, I accepted it out of desperation. However, the next day came & went with no communication from the company whatsoever. No call, no email, no attempt to reach me. This company made absolutely no attempt to provide the customer service I was anticipating. I ended up calling another local company, which I found through an online search (using "A.I." I asking for a referral for the best reviews & most reliable Vegas Valley plumbing company), & they were here & working on the job efficiently & professionally. I actually got *3* calls back (from this other company) before they even showed up @ my house. Save yourself the headache & frustration. I will never call this company again & would not recommend them to anyone. B.t.w. - I rarely give one stars : (
