Thank you again to Will at 9th Island Plumbing! Always professional and honest. Came very quickly during an emergency (what I thought was an emergency) and repaired my problem super quick.

Will helped me diagnose my shower not getting hot. He worked with me over several days via text to troubleshoot which saved us a lot of time (and me money). We finally got it figured out (bad check valve) and he came to replace it. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend him!
Plus he's got a cool looking truck!

I cannot overstate how amazing Will, Tobee, and the team at 9th Island Plumbing are. I have used their services twice now, and they helped me relocate and fix my kitchen plumbing underground (which was no easy task) and removed a toy that my 2-year-old flushed down the toilet. Their communication was always excellent, the care and workmanship were easily noticed, and they responded promptly, resolving the situation the next day.

Tobee was excellent, quick, and professional. I will definitely use them again and everyone should! Very happy with their work.

We have used 9th Island plumbing twice--once to replace a water heater and once to replace toilet. They have always been responsive, respectful of our property, and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

I had several services performed by 9th Island Plumbing, it started with a midnight call for a clogged sewer drain, Will came over in the middle of the night, he had to remove my toilet in order to snake the sewer drain. I was so grateful as he has an awesome work ethic. We learned that something was up and scoping the drain was next. Tobee came back, flushed my tankless water heater and then alerted me to my crushed sewer pipe by scoping my drain. Pay the money and have them do both of these services if you suspect any type of roots causing issues to your pipes and the flush on a tankless water heater should be done yearly if your smart.
Now that we knew the pipe was crushed by a root it had to be fixed, Will, Fyiah and Ryan came back right away and got to work. Tunneling under my house they fixed the pipe, removed the root, used preventative measures to prevent the root from growing and warned me about having a tree so close to my sewer line. I can't thank their team enough for being efficient, affordable and professional. The hardest part is knowing i need to take out my tree in the front yard in the future. Thanks again Guys!!!

My kitchen faucet suddenly turned into a waterfall underneath my sink every time I turned it on. I wanted to have it replaced right away because being without a kitchen sink sucks, especially when you're having company over the next day. I kind of figured that getting someone here after 4:00 PM on a Friday was going to be a tall order but I didn't expect it to be as tough as it was. Every plumber I called had a "your problem is not my problem" attitude, until I found 9th island plumbing. They came out right away and completed the work quickly, and at a fair price. If you're looking for an honest, fair plumber that does great work, look no further than 9th Island plumbing.

I've used a few plumbing companies now but this is by far the best. Setting up an appointment is easy. Will and his team respond quickly and provide clear communication the entire time. I just had them replace my water heater to tankless. Price was very fair and far better than other quotes I received.

They showed up as scheduled, completed the work, cleaned up and left with the space looking cleaner than when they arrived. Installation was flawless and my family could tell the difference with the new water heater immediately.

I highly recommend and will be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs.

I had a leaky hose spigot. They were onsite early, not on time, EARLY (how often does that happen) and proceeded to diagnose the problem, formulate a reasonable solution, informed me accordingly, and solved the problem in a timely matter and at the agreed upon quote for the job! Awesome crew, respectable company! I think I've found my permanent plumber guys for all my future plumbing jobs!
