Doesn't get any better then Pipe Dreams Plumbing. Spoke with Chance, who I believe is the owner, to setup a visit to identify and fix a leak. Chance explained everything upfront and is very transparent with pricing and procedures. I was fortunate to have been assigned CJ to do the inspection and repair on a cracked sewer line. CJ had showed up on time with 30 minute calls prior to arrivals. Plumbing companies will generally perform satisfactory repairs, indiscernible by general homeowners. But what sets Pipe Dreams apart is their attention to detail and expertise in their trade. Not only was CJ extremely polite and took the time to answer any of my questions/concerns but he does great work. Because cutting of drywall and plywood was necessary to access the leaking pipe, I was originally concerned that the cutout would be messy (like a previous company had done) making it unnecessarily more difficult for my drywall guy to come in and perform the repairs afterwards. My concerns were unfounded and CJ did a very clean job. CJ was also nice enough to take photos of the cracked pipe and show them to me as well as show me and explain the repaired pipe. I will use no other plumbing company other than Pipe Dream for as long as I am here in Las Vegas. Thanks Chance and CJ!

I’m so thrilled with the entire Pipe Dreams team. I found them after receiving three different estimates for a main water line replacement. Not only was their quote the most fairly priced—but their approach made way more sense to us than some of the others did (most of which involved tearing up and replacing concrete) AND we absolutely loved everyone we dealt with—from the owner, Chance, to the plumber on our job, CJ.

We chose to go with them and are SO glad we did. Even the city inspector commented on how thorough their work was. The funny thing is our neighbor saw them working on our yard and then hired them to replace her main water line (she had the same leak issue we did), and she texted me days later to thank me for the recommendation and say they were “the most professional company” she had ever worked with. Props to CJ and team for making what could have been a major headache a seamless, smooth, affordable-as-possible process for us. We are thrilled.

Called pipe dreams plumbing my water heater was leaking water had to be replaced.I talked to a gentleman named Chance. Chance informed me he had one of his employees just finishing a job. I was told a plumber would call me before coming, Zack called me said he would be there between 12 and 1. He arrived at 1230 replaced the water heater . Great job everyone very professional, I could not be happier. Thank you Chance and Zack. I highly recommended Pipe Dreams Plumbing.

Chance was recommended by someone I know in Vegas. I was dealing with something for my mother’s property. I called and left a message. Chance returned my call promptly. After a brief discussion I wanted to hire him only to find out that he did not service my mother’s area in Henderson. I asked if he had a recommendation, and he did. I called the other company and they had someone out within an hour. Chance was polite, professional and asked very good questions to clearly understand the situation. I would have happily hired him if he serviced the area. Thanks to him I had the issue resolved quickly at a very reasonable rate.

Pipe dream plumbing is an exceptional company with extraordinary employees! I contacted Pipe Dreams company and spoke with a gentleman name Chance. (AN HONEST COMPANY) Chance informed me the company unfortunately couldn't unclog the drain because its not something they do. Chance took 14 minutes out of his morning to explain the way most plumbing companies operate. He made me feel comfortable with the plumbing lingo and what i would need in a company. In the end he recommended Elliott's and it all made sense. Will with Elliott's showed up. (Will is an amazingly professional, soft spoken yet confident, employee that never pitched me) He came in and listened attentively to my problem, and reassured me he could fix the problem. (Not in a way that made me believe he had something to prove, but rather as if he's been doing this all his life) From the time he walked through the door until he removed the clog and cleaned up was 11 minutes. Grateful is not a strong enough word. It takes an honest company to give an honest opinion, while taking time out of their busy schedule to help someone else without any return. I will forever remember the olive branch Chance at pipe dreams extended. When i need any major renovations or run into a problem I will definitely be giving pipe dreams a try. True Professionals, every single person I spoke to or had interaction with were helpful, and friendly. I was extremely impressed with the phone walk through of their repair plan and of course the actual install, to include Pipe Dreams contacting necessary inspection agencies and acting as intermediary until all business was concluded.

Looking back at all the repairs Pipe Dreams have done for us I realized I really appreciate them for all the help. Chance and CJ have taken care of us many times. Some of the work they have helped us with are, changing kitchen faucet, changing garbage disposal, replacing old pipes underneath the kitchen sink and bathrooms, old water valves, bathroom faucets, diverter valves, fixing body spray jets, fixing Jacuzzi hand held spray, and our water main that it went out.

All of these repairs were done well, and also at a reasonable price. I want to note that when I got our water main fixed I got a few other quotes and Pipe Dreams was the most competitive.

They are licensed and honest, if they feel the project might need more investigating before they can give you a more accurate quote they will come out and look. I appreciate it since I understand that this takes more of their time and they might lose out if the project doesn't make sense.

They give good time frames and arrive on time and communicate very well. Easy people do work with, I appreciate that about them a lot. I can just call Chance and let him know that "it's Vinny" and get help. CJ seems to be the one that we work with most of the time now and it has been great, he's a very good guy and is just as easy and good to work with as Chance.

They have been courteous and polite every time they are out here and respect our property with booties that they bring with them. They leave the area very clean and have many forms of payment that they accept. They are on my short list of service companies.

After utilizing Pipe Dreams for over a decade, I confidently recommend their services.

We have had an issue with a leak in our house for a while. We found Pipe Dreams on Yelp, and after reading all the great reviews, we knew they would be perfect for us. Chance, the owner, was not only knowledgeable, but also so honest and patient with us. He and his team, including Emmanuel and TJ, were amazing to work with. We ended up needing them to make multiple visits to fix our leak, and communication with them was always prompt and easy. We are so happy with their work and would highly recommend their company!

I can’t say enough good things about this business! A year ago, they did extensive plumbing work for me, and I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to quality. Recently, when a new leak appeared, the owner personally came by to assess whether it was related to their previous work. True to their word, the plumber assured me back then that they stand by their work and will fix any issues that arise.

It turns out the leak was due to a separate issue under the tub, but the owner went above and beyond to explain the situation clearly. He even showed me video footage of the leak as it happened—how AWESOME is that! No guessing games, no exaggerated stories, just an honest and straightforward assessment. Their integrity and transparency are second to none, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services.

The bigger companies will literally rip you off and try and get you to sign up to things you dont need. The last company I had tried to scam me into buying a $1700 water pressure valve that I didn't need. I got Pipe dreams out as a second opinion and they told me the truth. I value honesty so much, and I will recommend these guys to everyone.

This company is awesome! Michael came out to check for a leak and found it fast. Got it fixed right away, and was super friendly the whole time. Really happy with how quick and smooth the whole process was. Definitely recommend Michael and the team!

Yogi Berra said 'if you want to look better in your photos, stand next to someone ugly'. After speaking w/ two service plumbing contractors I found on Yelp, I quickly realized I was speaking to salesmen pretending to be plumbers. The 1st give-away is their insistence they need to see my water heater before quoting a new water heater. I'm here to tell you my water heater is seen-one-seen-them-all and why wouldn't they prefer to look @ a photo and save the time driving out here? Because they want to make a sales pitch. Chance picked up the phone @ Pipe Dreams....agreed with me....let me know Pipe Dreams is a family business and gave me reasonable price and had the heater replaced in short order. Looks fantastic....works fantastic. Pipe Dreams would look beautiful even if there were not standing next to others so ugly!

i stopped by today to get a plumber's number for a neighbor and noticed a negative review. i can’t comment on someone else’s experience, but i want to share mine about the plumber who helped me. brayden handled a big job for me, installing a tankless water heater system that cost $5,000 and took almost two days to complete. the system has worked perfectly for years now. brayden even set up the fittings and took the time to show me how to clean my own tankless system, so i wouldn’t have to call a plumber every year. i found brayden through a recommendation from a local supply shop after being frustrated with other plumbing companies in the past. the staff there gave me a couple names, and brayden was one of them. i’m very glad i chose him. he wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive plumber i’ve ever hired, but he was definitely the most skilled and reliable. brayden was easy to talk to, honest, and always clear about what needed to be done. i would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a good plumber.

i recently hired a local plumber in las vegas for a full drain cleaning, which included hydro jetting, pipe snaking, and a camera inspection. tracy and brayden showed up right on time and got started right away. the hydro jetting was super thorough, blasting out all the old buildup in our pipes. they used the snake carefully, making sure not to hurt any of the plumbing. the camera inspection was really cool — it let me see inside the pipes after the cleaning and made sure everything looked great. their attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right the first time really stood out. prices were clear and very fair for the high quality of work. i highly recommend this plumbing team for anyone in las vegas who needs solid plumbing maintenance.

tracy and the team showed up and quickly found an outdoor faucet we couldn’t locate ourselves. they figured out where the old water line was going and explained clearly what steps we needed to take. turns out, the pipe wasn’t connected to our place anymore, so they suggested calling the city to get it sorted on our water bill since it was now our neighbor’s responsibility. tracy was really professional and polite the whole time, and the service didn’t cost much since it was mostly tracking down the source of the problem. we’ll definitely call them again for any plumbing issues in las vegas.

I recently used this plumbing service in Las Vegas, and I couldn't be happier. Brayden and Tracy were fantastic—they installed a new hot water heater for me and handled a tricky water situation at my home.
