I called Bradley Brothers Heating & Plumbing & AC Company and was happy to talk to a real person right away. They were able to send a plumber out the very next day, which was really convenient for me. The plumber, Brayden, actually called and arrived earlier than scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise. I needed my old water heater removed and a new one installed, plus I was having some trouble with my floor drain. While working, Brayden also noticed another plumbing issue and took care of it on the spot. He was very professional and made sure everything was fixed properly. Later on, I had a different plumbing problem, so I called again. They sent someone out the next day, and Tracy quickly sorted it out for me. Each time, the service was prompt and friendly. I was also happy that the final bill was actually less than the original estimate. It was such a relief to explain what I needed in simple words and have them understand me right away. I’ve already recommended them to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to call again for any plumbing needs.
