Rudy from Max is a very professional plumber, he did a great job of explaining the job, what he needed to do, and went the extra mile to fix the problem. Very prompt on arrival, recommend Max Plumbing 100%! Rudy also goes above and beyond to please his customers!

I have to come back to this review and redo it, I was happy at first but have come to realize that the work that was done was not done to the fullest and I was over charged for services. When I first wrote the review I was happy with Justin and the work but since then I found out that a lot wasn't done when I had my ducts cleaned and they found that the furnace was filthy and just wiped done on the outside and never cleaned thoroughly as I was told my Justin, it seems he merely wiped down the outside and never cleaned the whole thing. Then after I was suspicious of the price I paid for for my flame sensor so I looked the part up, its a 30 dollar part max for my unit and I was charged 300 plus. I'm not sure what site he showed me for the part but I've yet to find any place that sells it for that much. The duct cleaning crew also found a huge tear in the duct at the furnace how does the guy who says he cleaned the whole thing and worked on it miss that. I don't know but it seems I was taken for a ride , now I know why no one called my for that service contract that I asked about.
Use your own judgement but I would NOT use them again

Phillip was a very professional plumbing technician. Phillip stayed on task and did not "Give Up". I am more than pleased with Phillip's attention to detail. Should I require plumbing issues, I would like to have Phillip solve my plumbing problems.

Many thanks to Max Plumbing for responding to our emergency request over the July 4th weekend in 2021, when our sewage line backed up and flooded a bathroom and two bedrooms. Of the four plumbers we called for help at 10 pm Sat night on July 3rd, Max Plumbing was the only one to respond. Their master plumber, Keno, advised us over the phone on how to stop the flow that night, and then came out first thing on Sunday the 4th to assess what was going on in the line. He contacted a remediation team, who came out Sat night and stayed until 2 a.m. to control the damage.
Because we thought that Max Plumbing did such a great job with the emergency plumbing in July 2021, we had them come out several times in 2022 to do a general evaluation of the state of our plumbing. The work they did in upgrading the laundry box, replacing old toilets and faucets, repairing leaks, and so forth, was professional and of good quality. In addition, we have found them to be the most reliable plumbers we have had so far in Las Vegas.
In October 2022, our sewer line overflowed yet again, this time in the front yard. Max Plumbing hydrojetted the line and ran a camera down the line to identify the issue. Because they have been doing such reliable and good work for us, we hired them to locate the obstruction and replace that length of sewer pipe, a big job. We would not have trusted that job to any other company.
Since we have moved to our home in 2011, we have been looking for a good, reliable plumber. Max Plumbing is the best, and we are very grateful for their excellent service over the past two years.

Met with Randy from Max about a leak in our main. Randy gave me the estimate and after I called 2 other plumbers for quotes, Max Plumbling came in most reasonable. They came out on time, finished as schedule, did a great job. Very happy with Max and Randy. Thanks

Keno, came out and did his thing fixed the cartridge in the tub shower. Super clean and professional work. We have used Max plumbing many times .....they are the best

We had a plumber come out from through Home Depot to remove our toilet and reinstall after our floors were done. He removed it without any problem. after the floor was installed. He came back to reinstall the toilet. He said the flange was broke and needed replaced for 2200.00. We have a warranty company and went through them. I felt the tech was rude when I explained we do not have the money he wanted to repair.
I think he should have noticed the flange when he removed the toilet, Now we have to have the flooring company back out after we find another plumber to take out the toilet in our 2nd bathroom. Not professional at all.

We had a sewage backup at our mobile home and contacted several plumbing services through Angie's list. Yes plumbing was first to respond and gave us an estimate of 400 to fix. We were desperate so we agreed and cancelled appt with Max plumbing. Yes cut our pipes and in the long run did not fix the problem and the estimate soon became 1400. I called Max back and Felix came out fixed our issue in 5 minutes for 100. Unbelievable!!!!! Max plumbing was great and should always be called first!! Never Ever call that other company!!

This is more about the overall customer service. The initial technician did not arrive within the window of 9a-11a (up until 11:45 when I had to call and inquire where they were); another technician was sent who completed the job to our satisfaction. (Danny)

Max Plumbing & Air Conditioning should check with their technicians to see if they are going to meet the window they scheduled to do work. Customer also plan their schedules around the schedule they are given. If it is not going to be met, someone, should contact the customer so they are not sitting around waiting. It is a disservice and unprofessional when you leave customers high and dry with zero communication. The customer should not have to contact the company to find out where the technician is. I completely understand getting caught up on a job with unforeseen circumstances. It happens. However, on the other hand, if I wasn't available for the technician when they arrived and did not contact them to let them know I would not be at home, that would be the same disregard for their time. Respectfully, they should do the same.

I would highly recommend this company!! Randy was courteous and professional. He took his time making sure everything was taken care of properly and helped my elderly tenant clean up and put all her items away under the sink. I paid the office through the phone and am sad to say I was not able to tip him for his kindness.

Replacing a drop-in sink in the bathroom is normally a quick job, but it was NOT so at our house this morning. Dave from Max Plumbing had to face a deeply glued 27-year old sink that just did not move. Without his patience and skill in removing the old sink, whole bathroom counter would have been destroyed. Dave is a real pro and we are so grateful for his work!

Have a leak in the shower faucet and Keno came out and did a FREE Estimate and suggested that I go through my Home Warranty to have what may turn out to be a MAJOR Issue repaired. I really appreciate the HONESTY and the effort from Max Plumbing. They installed our toilets about 5 weeks ago and they have become my go-to Plumbing Contractor whenever I need any issues with my Plumbing or Air Conditioning. Highly Recommend these folks!!

Rudy was back to change out the tank and all filters. He was great! He even went to lowes to pick up a part that the manufacturer did not include! Very friendly and knowledgeable about the RO system under my sink. We will definitely stay with Max Plumbing for all our plumbing needs!

Downstream sewer line blockage that connects our downstairs bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen caused a flood to come back out of the toilet when the washing machine was draining.

The plumber we have used for a decade or more no longer does residential plumbing so we got a referral from our agent for Max Plumbing.

Rudy was extremely professional and quick to diagnose the issue with the pipe in my garage. He even put on shoe covers before entering the home which was very considerate. I highly recommend using max plumbing and requesting Rudy to do your service. This company also installed and removed a toilet in my home last month and did a great job.
