My husband liked talking to them. They installed the furnace and air system. They are very professional. Thanks again for a great experience.

Marco came out to look at our heat and air system. He looked at the entire system. He was personable, easy to talk to and understand. He went out of his way to give us the best deal and rate. He made me understand exactly what needed to be done. We appreciate his efforts and his pricing was cheaper than 3 other companies. We look forward to working with Marco again.

They did a fantastic job. They were very responsive in setting up the appointment for an initial estimate (same-day), Marco laid out all the options in as much detail as I asked for, and then the team (Luis, Erick, Jeffre, & Eddie) got it installed within a few days of giving them the go-ahead. They always showed up on time, finished the installation in a day (and were surprisingly quiet), and cleaned up after themselves. Very respectful and professional the whole way and followed up with me multiple times to make sure I was satisfied with the work. And most importantly the new HVAC works great. Highly recommend!

Johnny On The Spot was wonderful. We got a new tankless water heater and ended up getting a new HVAC system added as well. Demytrias & Jon were the first to arrive. They were so professional and knowledgeable. The actual work was done by Regge and Jon. The work done was great and looked beautiful. You save so much space with the tankless water heater. We had a couple more visits than expected due to making sure the job was done correctly. Matt and another gentleman came back for the final visit and made sure everything was up to code and did a beautiful job on the gas pipeline. Thank you guys again for your exceptional service.

I called 3 other companies, and you giys were the only ones willing to come out after 4. Joel and Demetri very knowledgeable about the system. Checked the pressures in the house, followed on what I did as a customer and agreed everything was on the right track with troubleshooting. As a supervisor myself it was good to see and watch Demetri teach and allow his new guy Joel some teachable moments. After futher eval , Demetri said the payment for the visit was waved which i was willing to pay, thanks for that. Good job. You have 2 good workers at your company.

DO NOT USE FOR WATER SOFTENER OR REVERSE OSMOSIS INSTALLATION

I had an extremely unprofessional and costly experience with Johnny on the Spot. I paid $1,907 for the installation of a water softener and reverse osmosis system (equipment I already owned), and the job was mishandled from start to finish.
• Day 1: Technician Oscar arrived but didn’t have the proper parts and had to return the next day.
• Day 2: Installation finished around 7:30 p.m. That same night at 9:30 p.m., my leak detector went off. Water was pouring out under the kitchen sink because the reverse osmosis line had disconnected from the faucet. Their advertised 24-hour service connected me to an AI system(not a real person) and scheduled me for the next day.
• Visit 3: Technician returned to reconnect the system.
• Visit 4 (Nov 12): My kitchen sink clogged. We discovered the reverse osmosis drain line had been installed incorrectly and was blocking the pipe (see picture). A manager named Johnny sent another technician, Shaun, who was dismissive and seemed annoyed despite this being their fourth attempt to fix their own installation.

For nearly $2,000, I expected a competent, professional job. Instead, I experienced repeated installation errors, a late-night water leak, a clogged sink, and unprofessional attitude.

I will never use Johnny on the Spot again and do not recommend them for any plumbing installation.

The water spout in the front yard broke last night and we immediately called Johnny On The Spot. We were able to get an appointment for this afternoon which was fine but then I got a call at 8 this morning letting me know that they could come within the hour. That definitely worked for me since the sooner it was fixed the better!

Our tech, Oscar, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained the process really well and got right to work. The repair was done fairly fast and the pricing wasn’t at all bad. It was really great service all around!

Luis came out to check if we had a leak and did absolutely everything thing in his power to figure out what was going on. Sure enough, our water meter isn’t reading properly. Luis was extremely professional and had great spirit! Also a huge shout out to Matt and Art!! Highly recommend this company! Great work and great people!

Bryant's inspection was covered by the cozy club, a service offered to people who buy a new HVAC system. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He checked both the furnace and A/C and even went into the attic to check the ductwork. He was friendly and courteous and explained the steps he was taking. As a follow-up, he will send me photos of what he found.

Johnny On The Spot was fast, reliable, clean and on time. When I turned the water on in the shower, no water. Edgar diagnose the problem and walk me through step-by-step, what was going to be needed for correction. I was quoted a price, I thought was very fair as the bathroom tile had to be cut, just to get to the problem valve. The valve that needed to be replaced was no longer manufactured, so a new valve, which is larger had to be the replacement. Thus, more bathroom tile had to be cut with great care.

I had an appointment the next morning between 8:00 and 11:00. Carlos arrived at 8:00 and walked me through 2 different options and allowed me to decide. Carlos was fantastic. Beautiful job, tile was cut perfect, water valve replaced. Carlos was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Larry was the first technician to come out to determine why we had No Hot water. He was knowledgeable, professional & explained in detail what our issue was. Very helpful. The Repair Technicians Matt, Hermes & Andy were great also! All were professionals.. very knowledgeable and extremely hard working in an effort to repair our issues (major leaks, broken pipes) in an efficient and timely manor. Very grateful for the entire crew!

I called Johnny on the spot after I noticed my water heater failed. They were able to make it to my house within an hour of the call. Joey was able to verify everything and provide a variety of quotes and helped me pick the best for my situation.

I had to have my hvac replaced and a full duct cleaning and sanitize. Kelly and Eddy did a great job in the installation and KC did an equally great job with the duct cleaning. Shout out to Mario, Eric, and Monica in the office for keeping things on schedule. I am very happy with Johnny On The Spot and definitely recommend them.

So far, my experience has been great. The technician, Joey came out and dud an initial assessment. He was awesome. Very honest about what he thought and recommended other cost effective ways to narrow down the problem. Once the work is actually done and the problem fixed, I will have a complete picture of this company but so far, I like them!

I am very pleased with the service that my wife and I received by the team at Johnny On The Spot. Luis showed up to do a diagnostics check on my water heater while I was at work. He showed compassion for my family and explained in detail to my wife what was going on and the options we had. He also called me personally at work and explained it all as well, letting me know what was going on and what my options were. He made sure my wife was on board and knew every step of what was happening. He was amazing and made my wife feel comfortable throughout the entire process along with showing understanding for us having a 6 month old baby and needing hot water. Carlos then showed up for the install for a new water heater, he also explained the plan to my wife let her know what was happening before it happened. Carlos walked her through the steps and showed he cared and wanted to help in this situation. Everything was done with approval before hand which was greatly appreciated. Both Luis and Carlos showed outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Johnny On The Spot for your needs and look forward to using them in the future if anything may arise!

All work done timely. I was asked several times if I had any questions which when I did they were answered to my satisfaction. They made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Three issues mostly related to corrosion were taken care of.

I’m really happy that I purchased the membership with Johnny on the Spot. It’s a great value for having them come out to maintain my AC and heater unit. They also included a complimentary plumbing check, which I appreciated.

They did find a few issues, but the repairs were reasonably priced and clearly explained. I’m very satisfied with the quality of their work. Their call service team is friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole process smooth.

Kudos to Cassey, Bryant, Jose, and the plumber whose name I unfortunately forgot - they were all kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

We have used the JOTS services for over a year now, both HVAC and plumbing. Today we had our scheduled maintenance visit by the JOTS technician, Marco. We got automated email notices when he was enroute and he arrived at the time specified. He was quick, thorough and clear in his communication. The recommendations were easy to understand and there was no pressure to up sell or make immediate decisions. We appreciated his honesty.
