I had an unknown leak in my kitchen that was causing my entire kitchen floor to get wet, and I couldn't identify the source. Ace Palmer quickly assessed the situation, identified the cracked drain pipe and went above and beyond to resolve the issue, even staying late to ensure the problem was completely fixed.

My experience start to finish with Mike was a such a pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable who seeks to understand and fix the exact issue without just guess work and charging for unnecessary services that didn’t solve main issue.

Mike was also very easy to reach and would follow up about the issue every step of his decision making.

Matt came by to assess whether an access panel could be cut into a jetted tub as recommended by a home warranty company’s plumber. Matt took a look at the situation and recommended putting in Delta cartridges and doing a good clean. I about fell out over the cost of cartridge replacement; however the faucet hasn’t leaked since.

Mike and his assistant were on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC. Had it fixed quickly and professionally. They were very knowledgeable and professionally. The price is was fair and competitive. I will definitely use them again. I also recommend this company to anyone.

Our A/C stopped working today when it was 106 outside, and with a newborn at home, we needed some quick help.

Mike H. came to the rescue, promptly identifying the issue with our damper. He quickly went to get the necessary part from the warehouse, installed it, and clearly explained each step.

My wife and I greatly appreciated Mike's professionalism and friendly attitude. Thanks to him, our little one will sleep comfortably in a cool room tonight! Highly recommend!

Active Plumbing installed a new AC system in our older rental home about a week ago. The previous system was very old and stopped functioning. It was important to have a new system installed before the weather started to get real hot. I wanted to give it at least week before giving a review, in case the system was not performing as anticipated.

In the end, Active Plumbing and Air ended up installing two brand new condensers. The AC is working quite well right now. Wanted to give a shout out to Shawn Williams (Sr. Technician) and his crew. They did a great job installing under difficult circumstances due to how old the home is.

Giving 4 stars since I can't give 4 1/2.

Pros:
1. Crew was mostly on-time, they arrived about half hour late, but was not a huge problem since we were home anyway.

2. Crew was careful not to damage any furniture as they were coming and going in and out the premises.

3. The installed system appears to be working very well right now.

Cons:
1. Crew could have done a little better job cleaning up some of the mess that was left behind. There was some debris that I had to vacuum up later, but it was not too bad.

My water heater started leaking and went out in the afternoon. I of course needed it replaces ASAP. I called Active Plumbing and Tony Emmons came out within an hour. He was very helpfully, guided me through the entire process and pricing. I was also very pleases to find that he could do it today! Tony did a superb and efficient job and was very clean and personable. Thank you Tony and Active Plumbing. I will definitly use you again in the future.

Under warrenty a/c repair.. Promised to fix my business a/c took a little over 2 months then flaked on me when I asked for proof of the part. What a joke company. Never came in to fixed it afterwards. Make sure when they install a unit its 100% backed by their warranty. Not going to name the tech but brodie had excuse after excuse after excuse, when I asked when itll be repaired it was going to be a couple days, a couple days went to a couple weeks then I decided to ask for proof a bro got butthurt and decided not to come in. But its okay.. 1 star.

I recently had Active plumbing and A/C repair the water main to my house, I couldn’t be more impressed! Their team was incredibly professional, efficient, and thorough. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they provided five-star service from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing and A/C services.Truly top notch work.

Tony was a very quick plumber he replaced my water heater that was leaking at a very fair price. I reccomend this company to anybody that has a leaky water heater.

I'm 61 years old. I had a leak in my main water line. Rented a trencher and ran a whole new line. It was tough and I was out of water 6 days. Finished and turned it on and the one place I had to sweat a copper connection leaked. I waited all day for another plumbing service who still hasn't called or showed up. It was on a Sunday. Active Plumbing and A/C answered right away and had Tony there in less than 3 hours. I was first quoted the $69 service fee and $350 for the repair. I could not afford this fee. Tony got approval from his boss and did the job for $175 total. I will never use another service besides them again in the future. They helped me so much at a time I really needed it.
GREATEST PLUMBING AND A/C IN THE VALLEY!!

Called active plumbing because water heater was leaking. They arrived in a timely manner, verified I needed a new water heater. The price was very reasonable and installation was professionally done! Highly recommend this company.

Just want to say thank you to Matt and active plumbing for the great service, they installed a new water mainline 24” dee, 85’’ long in 2 days, I’m very impressed with the quality and quickness of their installation. I needed my tankless water heater flushed and inspected, so I found Johnny on the Spot on Yelp. I chatted with their customer service team first — they were super helpful and easy to work with.

Shawn came out for the job and right away asked a few questions about my system before getting started. He explained how long everything would take and did a full inspection while the flush was running. He was very thorough and professional, even took pictures and showed me what to keep an eye on.

What I really appreciated is that he wasn’t pushy at all — no upselling or pressure, just honest and quality work.

I called Johnny On The Spot from the recommendation of my neighbor, and I'm happy I did. I couldn't have had a better experience with Jeff, who was professional, personable, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I only needed repair of a shower that wouldn't shut off and Jeff's detailed explanation of the job impressed me. I added the flushing of my tankless heater as well. I also asked about other work for the future and Jeff did a very good job of detailing what would be needed should I want the recirculating pump or any other work. I appreciated a technician like Jeff, who took the time to explain everything, he's not just your average plumber. He's an asset to your team.
