They were dispatched from AHS to investigate a leak behind our stackable washer/dryer. They didn’t even have the necessary equipment to move them away from the wall. They ran the washer but didn’t find anything. They wanted $450 just to come back and move them in addition to another $$$ to fix anything they might have found!!!!
I’m not recommending them.

Antonio was here quickly. Repaired under Home Warranty. Replaced 4 under sink shut off valves and serviced 6 that were stuck. Is doing a sewer high flush tomorrow for $950.00. I had a bid from another company for $11400.O0. Expert is doing the same for water valves and sewer for under $1000.00.

This company was sent by our home warranty company to address a plumbing/hot water problem. They would not believe me when I told them the symptoms and tried to blame the hot water issue on a pressure regulator problem or on the shower valves. I had another company come and diagnose the problem. It was the water heater as I suspected and the pressure regulator was not defective. They also tracked dirt into our bathroom. I had to tell them to wear booties so as to not track dirt around.

Th best service from Andre and Juan! Both were very professional and fixed our shower issue. Very happy with the service. Thank you!

Raul Armenariz came to repair a leaking water faucet connector line under the sink and took one hour to fix what should have been a 15 minute job. When I asked him why he couldn't install a single connector water line he asked me to go away into my house and respect his "privacy" even though I was standing on my own house property line. He is a rude, obnoxious and angry young Gen Z who has no respect for seniors like myself (61 years old). He slammed his van door shut and told me he would not do any more work. This was a very bad experience for me and I would not recommend the company to anyone else because of Raul's behavior. He is ruining this company's reputation. Very poor customer service and people skills!!

Juan and Joshua were amazing!!! They both went above and beyond! They were quick, knowledgeable and even took us step-by-step on what the true issue was and how they were fixing it. Even before leaving, they had us double check the fixes to ensure we were satisfied. Truly amazing! I would highly recommend them to everyone! Shout out to these gentlemen!

Super friendly and quick service at a fair rate!

Needed to replace my corroded water valves under my sink in order to install my new dishwasher. They were able to repair the valves without me having to hassle my
HOA to shut off the water supply in my building and they took my request to install my dishwasher on the spot. Both jobs were done on the same day I requested the service and in less than 3 hours.

I will be hiring them again for any other repairs or appliance installation.

My water heater broke on October 13, and my home warranty company sent out Expert Water and Heating. The technician inspected the unit and informed me that it was 11 years old and beyond repair, so it would need to be replaced. He said he would report the findings to my warranty company right away.

It’s now October 17, and I still don’t have hot water. The company hasn’t followed up or provided any updates. I have a two-year-old child, and it’s been very inconvenient not having hot water for several days. Their voicemail is full, and I haven’t been able to reach anyone for assistance.

This experience has been very disappointing. I hope they improve their communication and responsiveness moving forward.

Got assigned via home warranty. Andre and Antonio were very polite and professional. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and made prompt repairs. Highly recommend these guys.

The office staff and technician who did the actual work went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. The part needed to fix our heater was out of stock and not able to be replaced for a month. The office called the manufacturer directly and got the part expedited so that we were taken care of. They were highly communicative and professional. I greatly appreciated all of their help and would recommend them to anyone who needs help. If I have plumbing needs in the future I will be using them.

What can I say American Home shield contractors came through for me when I needed them
They were able to identify the leak area and fixed where the water leak from upstairs. They were able to use thermal technology to help find the affected areas upstairs. Our technician Juan knew what he was doing to find the leak without having to cut thru additional dry walls to find the leak.

The gentleman had no idea the difference between rusty hot water and clear water in my bathtub. My hot water is the color of urine with sediment-RUST and minerals. He kept showing me a glass of "clear" hot water. Then I filled the bath tub with COLD water and he realized what CLEAR water looks like. He will submit the report to AHS now demonstrating hot urine color water so my hot water tank can be cleaned again or replaced.

We had a water leak from the pipe to our water heater. Expert Cooling & Heating was assigned for service thru my home warranty. We needed immediate service as I had to turn off the water to the house so no water, no shower, no toilets flushing. The work order was received by Expert Cooling & Heating 4pm and they were at my house 7:15 am next morning. Antonio was the service tech from Expert Cooling and Heating. He called me at 6:45 am got here 7:15. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I so appreciate him fixing the problem and going the extra mile to discuss with me what the problem was and how hw fixed it. I highly recommend Expert Cooling & Heating and ANTONIO!! The guys were on time and were able to fix the issue. I was a little worried with the reviews I read online, but I used my home warranty. They didn’t try to sell me on anything. They were honest, kind, and got the job done.

John the technician and Jose the boss were more than amazing. On a Friday they put us on the schedule to fix our non draining only downstairs toilet. John did what he could and then told us what he thought the problem was. He worked with Jose and our home warranty company to try and resolve the issue. It's not covered by the home warranty company and we paid yo have them do what was needed to get the final diagnosis. They provided a solution for the time being. We more than appreciate this company and how they treat their customers. Thank you John.
