Juan came out in less than an hour even tho the home warranty co stated within 24 hours (which we weren't happy with). The phone rep (Joann)at Expert was courteous, efficient, and stated since it was 4:30pm she would try to get someone out quickly AND she did!!! After diagnosing the problem Juan replaced the rusted part and we were on our way. Thank you Expert. Not too often we get this kind of service in Las Vegas. Maybe 2026 will be a better year for service here!!

I was referred to them from my home warranty program. They were quick, got the job done completely and super fast which was great as I had people coming over for the holidays that weekend. They explained everything to me once they reviewed everything and it was spot on to what I knew the issue to be. I will absolutely be reaching out to them with any other plumbing issues.

My family came home to huge puddle in the garage, one of our water heaters was leaking badly. My wife called Expert Cooling and Heating and Jose quickly arrived and shut off the water and diagnosed the problem. He determined that our water heater was still under factory warranty and took care of the process for us. He quickly found us a better replacement and his tech, Juan, quickly installed a new one. He had extreme respect for the home and he left everything cleaner than he found it. Labor cost were extremely fair. Definitely saving this contact for all my plumbing needs. 5 stars!

American Home Shield send them to my house. The guy was not the nicest, but i said ok, as long as he fixed the problem
My water heater hose is leaking. He said he is going to order the parts!!!
Called the company a few times to find out the status...never called me back!! just called AHS ..they said the tech said there is NO LEAK...look at the pictures ...clearly erosion happened due to hose leak. This does not happen by itself.

Technician come to take a look before installation. After job done, the water drain hose on other side, water tray stuck out make me can’t push the storage shelf back in. I called many times & NONE come back fixing the problem. I also didn’t received invoices. I think I got overcharged even have “American Home Shield”. 🤬🤬🤬

I had an old water softener that sprung a significant leak. I called Active Plumbing and Tony arrived within 30 minutes. Very prompt. He mitigated the leak by putting the system in Bypass mode. Being that it’s a very aged system, we determined that it’s best to consider replacing the unit vs. major surgery to repair it. Tony kindly gave me information and a quote for a replacement system. Very pleasant experience!

Got appointment with Active Plumbing within two hours of calling about my Luke warm "hot" water. Brandon, my service tech, called to let me know he would arrive in 10 minutes. He was very polite, personable & patient, & listened to my hot water heater issues without interruption. Brandon then flushed out my water heater, explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Then he noticed my pilot light was out & showed me how to relight. He then asked me a few questions about my hot water heater & suggested I get a magnesium anode rod to prolong the life of the heater. Brandon explained in detail what the benefits of the rod were. I asked for the price estimate & when I said it might be too expensive, he offered to call office & ask for a discount. We discussed a little more about the necessity of switching out the rod & then Brandon went to purchase it. He called again when he was within 10 minutes of arriving. He replaced the rod quickly; we were both shocked at how corroded the old old was, so good thing it was replaced. Brandon talked to me about the maintenance program Active Plumbing had; I said I would think about it. He wrote my bill up. I was able to charge to my credit card. Brandon put a service reminder sticker on my heater for me & I had hot running water again, all within just 3 hours of my initial call to Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning. Very satisfied with Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning, & even more satisfied with their service tech, Brandon. Thanks, Brandon!

We had a great experience with Active Plumbing. Our house had a pipe leak and Marko was able to come to our house and give us an estimate on the repair and also recommended an entire re-piping of the house. He thoroughly explained in detail what the process would be like in fixing the entire piping system in the house. We decided to repair the entire house. Marko was not only diligent in his work but he was also there to answer any and all questions we had about the project. He was able to fix our situation in less than 3 days time. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company. Last Sunday morning I called them (based on Google reviews) b/c my toilets were not flushing right. They came out an hour after I called and fixed the issue. Unfortunately they learned that my sewer line was all sorts of messed up and needed to be replaced. After getting another quote (which was a lot more $) and getting my homeowners insurance involved (I had coverage thank god), they came back Friday to start the demo of my front yard and finished replacing the pipes today. They even put everything back in my front yard and you wouldn’t know any work had been done. Tony was the plumber who did all the work and he was awesome. I will not use another plumber. They were fantastic. 12/10 Highly Recommend

Great customer service. They came in to evaluate and next thing you know the next day my new A/C system was installed. Days later I was having floor leaks and apparently the pvc was cracked at the time of installation due to being so old but as soon as I called they came in the next day replaced/fixed it. If you ask they will explain every detail or concerns that you have. Shawn ensures that everything is completed properly and in timely manner. | 100% recommend.

Excellent service. I called about a heating problem, and within an hour, the tech was at our door ready to help. T.L. was thorough. He explained what he was doing and took the time to ensure we understood why the problem occurred and how to prevent the issue from happening again. I was informed of additional services they offer, but not pressured into buying anything extra, which was refreshing. He answered all of my questions with honesty and professionalism.
All in all, I would recommend their services to anyone in the Vegas area.

A tech came to my house within a couple of hours on a Saturday! TL was the tech and not only he repaired my AC quickly, he also had great customer service. He wore boot covers to get in my house and locked the gate for me before leaving. The price was reasonable, especially for a Saturday call. Thank you!
