Three - No call No shows. The two times they showed up they were over 2 1/2 hrs. late. After losing about 30,000 gallons the manager told me there was no leak and demanded payment. After they were paid my follow ups regarding finishing the job was met with a threat. Never have I experienced this level of unprofessionalism. A definite candidate for the Contractors Board.

Matt used thermal imaging camera to supposedly find leak. Determined leak was in roof in every room because of cold spots on ceiling and walls. He makes assumption that all cold spots equate to water. Is true in a few cases, but not all. Leak was found with $40 moisture detector in slab due to defective toilet wax ring. Wasted $350 on leak detection service.

Matt is amazing at what he does. Super effective, officiant and passionate about getting down to the root of the problem. Matt is very detailed and you can tell he is an expert in his field. Matt also will give you really great advise on keeping up with healthy plumping strategies to avoid further damage. I highly recommend him.

I called and Matt came out and went over a possible pool leak. He gave me a quote which I accepted. He scheduled himself to come out a week later to start. He never showed up and did not call. I called him after a couple of days and asked if he was still going to do the job, he said he had gotten busy and rescheduled. I ended up draining the pool myself, and I explained I would still pay the quoted price. He then sent a text the morning he was suppose to start and said I would have to get someone else. No notice, after two weeks of waiting he cancels. Very unprofessional!!

After seeing unusually high water bills at my house for 3 months during winter (usage as high as my bills in the heat of summer) I looked for all the usual suspects for leaks (pool, sprinkler heads, toilets, faucets) and couldn't find any obvious problems. I came to the conclusion that I had a leak in the main water line from the meter to my house. Matt came out and within minutes diagnosed that my problem was with one of my irrigation control boxes. Sure enough the control box in the backyard was flooded and was the cause of my water leak. That honest assessment of the problem turned what I thought would require a major repair into a simple trip to Home Depot to fix. Matt was honest and if I have any other problems in the future that requires his expertise I will be sure to call him first.

My wife and I manage a few rental properties, we got a couple of notices from the LVVWD (Las Vegas Valley Water District) that they registered a continuous flow of water on one of the properties. We did an inspection of all the units for leaks (kitchen/bathroom faucets, showers and toilets) and were unable to find the leak.

I contacted Nevada Leak Detection about locating a leak on the property. Matt scheduled an appointment for the next day, he showed up on time. After finding the main water line, he used some specialized listening equipment and determined that the leak was under an asphalt driveway.

He gave me an estimate for repairing the leak, it was very reasonable so I asked him to go ahead and repair the leak. It was a few days before he was able to fit me into his schedule. When he showed up to do the repair, he cut a 3 foot by 3 foot section of the asphalt, jack hammered the asphalt, dug down 3 feet and located the leak, it was exactly where he said it was.

The job was completed for the quoted price in a timely manner, Matt was professional and courteous.
I would highly recommend Nevada Leak Detection and will be calling them when ever I am in need of the services that they provide.

Due to a couple of months of extremely high water bills, I hired this company to detect a leak on my property. The process of finding the leak took way to long due to Matt often no showing, rescheduling and being late. I do have a pool that will eventually need re plastering, so this is a temporary fix of which I was aware of going forward with the repair work to be done. He was able to detect the leaks, however, I would not recommend this company for cosmetic repairs. Stick to just finding the leaks! Also, beware of any maintenance suggestions.

Matt is most concerned with fixing your issue. I found at every turn he was in my corner, trying to do the best he could for me, rather than trying to see how much money he could get out of me. Trustworthy, professional and a man of integrity. I encourage you to give Matt a call if you have leak issues - house, pool, irrigation, whatever. I highly recommend!

If you live in the Las Vegas valley and you have a plumbing leak, especially a slab leak, you definitely need to call Nevada Leak Detection! Matthew is an amazing individual, has all of the technology required to locate your leak and best of all, he is an authorized installer of ePIPE. I built houses for twenty years but I had never heard of ePIPE until I called Matthew. This patented epoxy pipe restoration process saved us thousands of dollars compared to a traditional re-piping by a plumber. Matthew is also a licensed plumber and he can fix any plumbing leak you may have. Matthew and his wife, Kayoko are a great team and they do impeccable work! They are punctual, courteous, clean, and Matthew is highly trained and experienced in epoxy pipe restoration! We are completely satisfied with the work they performed and I can strongly recommend Nevada Leak Detection for any plumbing leak/repair no matter the size! If you have a slab leak, Matthew will definitely find it, repair it, and save you money over any plumber's bid. Thank you Nevada Leak Detection!!

I highly recommend Nevada Leak Detection! Matt was responsive, efficient and thorough. He found and fixed leaks in both my pool waterfall, my pool and my spa.
Matt happened to be at my house when I was having issues with my water heater. After hiring 3 other plumbers and purchasing 2 new water heaters, Matt diagnosed the problem with my water heater and it wasn't even the reason I had hired him! He is a problem solver and definitely thinks outside the box when there is an issue, which is rare in this line of work.
I would highly recommend Nevada Leak Detection for all of your plumbing/leak concerns.
    Thank you Matt!

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!! Matt and his team are THE BEST!!! We had a leak to what we assumed was the line to our pool auto fill. We called Nevada Leak Detection because of their awesome reviews. Matt and his team came the next day as they knew I was very worried about it. After using his state of the art equipment, he discovered it wasn't a leak in the line TO the autofill, but the autofill casing itself! They had to remove the cement, while avoiding all the pool plumbing that was encased in said cement, without causing any additional issues and were successful!! They worked all day on it and completed it by late that afternoon - he even added a pressure regulator to the fill line to ensure the water pressure was appropriate.

The following morning my husband noticed the water coming from the auto fill was a bit murky. We called Matt and he hopped out of bed and came straight over. He flushed the line and put in a different autofill valve to ensure that wasn't the issue. WALA!!! FIXED!!! There was a bit of residual debri in the line and flushing it through took care of the issue!

I can't say enough about the incredible knowledge, skill and responsiveness from Nevada Leak Detectors!! And we just loved Matt's sense of humor!

Thank you guys! Screw the vendors AHS sends out... we will be calling you guys for all our future plumbing/leak needs!! I just hope it's a while before we need you guys again!!

Matt is the real deal… He is a problem solver, and works very hard to achieve success. He was at my residence to cure a main water pipe leak which he did very efficiently and timely. To top it off, he is very engaging and ….. a rare commodity nowadays, he’s honest. I have no problem with recommending him for your water issues.

I'm among many who've gotten phone calls and even a letter from Las Vegas Valley Water District reporting a leak. My landscaper, (who's fixed some small leaks), said it was too big a job for him, (on the main water line to the house from the curbside meter).

I called Nevada Leak Detection, got ahold of Matt, who arrived soon after to have a look. After examination, Matt gave me a ballpark estimate, and even encouraged me to get competing bids! He told me if we chose him, he'd bring his leak detection equipment to confirm the exact location of the leak.

The next morning, he was wearing his earphones and inspecting and listening to water lines and sprinklers all around the house, and then even every sink, spigot, and toilet inside. The outdoor leak was confirmed, and Matt and Kaiyoko worked tirelessly in 110 degree temps to resolve our problems with a new water line. They even went out of their way to do as little damage to walls and walkways, etc.

My wife and I had also discovered a leak in our 14 year old hot water heater, and Matt replaced it with new.

An existing old fashioned main water valve was rerouted and replaced, as were several others, and the job was done to our complete satisfaction in two days! If you're seeking knowledgeable people who obviously know what they're doing, Matt's your guy!

Aside from experienced, quality work, Matt and Kaiyoko were nice people that were a pleasure to know.
