not happy. tore up front yard and bathroom. did not mention they dont fix that mess. did finally agree to get it done. drywall work atrocious and cement still not done after more than 30 days. Were very friendly until loan documents were signed. after that no care at all

This company and it's employees are so professional and knowlegable. I used them to replace an unusual water heater. They called to let me know they were on the way, answered and exolained all my questions. Leaving me with a comfortable feeling and confidate they knew what they were doing.

My elderly widowed mother pre-paid 1/2 the job cost (nearly $1000) but decided to cancel the work before they started because they said we were confused about the price and it cost more than we were told.
They kept her money for two months like a free loan and I had to call them repeatedly until they finally retuned her money.
I wouldn't trust them any further than I could throw them.

Jason was on time, polite, friendly. He went out of his way to fix my water heater. I had to call him out the next day for additional repairs I forgot, he Even had to go get a part. He did not mind.

The worst experience ever. I called the place for a 10 minutes job (to change the pressure control valve). So, Chris came, took a look, then calculate in his tablet and came with a price that we were thinking he is joking or he things we are stupid. I was offended when I realized that he was serious. $775.00 for a part that cost $60.00 and 10 minutes to replaced. I tried to explain that I work in property management and I know prices but he insisted that is the price. I called the office to complain and next day when I spoke with Mike who claims he is the manager was as rude as Chris insulting my intelligence claiming that is a correct price. So, we went to HD, purchased the item($72.00), had a plumber coming and install for $60.00 in 10 minutes. So, I saved $600.00
Do you think for a second that was the price? No, they just tried to cheat.

Saw this place advertised on "Morning Blend" and decided to call about having my garbage disposal replaced. When the plumber arrived I was given a quote of 1700$, which I found ridiculous and refused. I immediately called another plumbing agency that gave me an estimate over the phone thats was drastically less money. All in all I had my garbage disposal replaced, as well as my water filter for less than $400. There is absolutely no reason why someone should pay almost 4x the amount for such a simple fix.

They notified 30 minutes ahead of time they were coming. Upfront about price and did the job quickly and were very professional. I definitely would use them again. Thank you for a nice job and cleaning up after yourself. Great people

We have used Eternal Plumbing Solutions a couple of times now for different issues in our aging home. They are honest & do a great job in a timely manner.

*Re-review: the mold Remediation he recommended was a scammer. Billy still hasnt hooked up the waterline to the refrigerator he said he would the day of the water purification system was installed. Didn't answer phone calls to have him come over to do it and for other minor concerns. Ended up calling eternal plumbing to get a hold of someone, which in turn had Billy call us an appointment was scheduled for him to come out this past MLK holiday. He was a no call, no show. Will be contacting the Co again as soon as I'm done with this review edit, be cause now that expe $ive water system is leaking ..disappointing.

Being a Iraq war veteren eternal plumbing treated my service to our country with the utmost respect. I recieved the warrior discount for lifetime future service this is a company that will handle all my plumbing from here on out. In perticuler Matthew the technician that handled my outdoor kitchen sink project did a great job was informitive and i learned somethings i didnt know. He was professional and customer service was top notch the price quoted was fair and the job was done right and all work was warrentied for 5 years. I can say enough good things about this company. I could go on and on. So i will close and say you can not go wrong hireing this company.

Great company! I was able to get a technician within the hour which was awesome since my problem was nothing major. Kyle was able to fix everything he was very accommodating to my time crunch prices were great! I would highly recommend this guy!

Initial experience very good and happy with service in replacing hot water heater. One month later no hot water. Came out and said have to order part and no hot water for three days. Returned to find out still wasn't working and had to order another part. Jerry-rigged it so we could have hot water but no safety device in heater to turn off if it gets to hot. Was told it would be fixed the following week when the part comes in. After two weeks of not hearing from them I called. Was told they would call me back and didn't. I called again and was told it could be done next week. I then filed a complaint. Then they called me and told me it could be done yesterday (Saturday). Agree upon time 2-4p. Guess who didn't call me or show up. I called and was told the guy coming had a big job he was working on. Guess they forgot to call and tell me. Now I still have a brand new hot water heater that I paid for that is jerry rigged and will be refurbished. I am not happy at all. I wish they would return my money and let me buy a new hot water heater that I paid for, not a broken one they keep refurbishing or at least say they are going to fix and not come.

Best experience I have ever had with plumbing issues. Mike Beebe was efficient and informative. I knew what was happening at all times, no surprises. Mike went the "extra mile" to be sure i was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a major flood from an overflowing septic pump in the basement of my house. It filled my movie theater room with you know what. I tried my usual plumber, and he said he did not know how to handle it. So I contacted Eternal late that evening and they sent Jason the next day. He was able to stop the mess from getting any worse and had a new pump the next day and put it in. He was good to work with, quick to get down to work, and got the job done when I needed it. I have used him on two other jobs since then. Needless to say, I am very happy with his work.

They arrived within the 2-hour window, and performed a flush of our tankless water heater. Very informative, professional, and courteous. I will definitely call Eternal Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

Sean and Brandon came out to Sandy Valley to find a leak that we were unable to find. They called when they were on their way and kept in touch as they traveled. Brandon discovered that the problem was with our washer. A leak that we had not discovered even though we had been searching for several days. Sean and Brandon are a very professional team and resolved the problem quickly. Great company! Not many companies will service Sandy Valley. Not only did Eternal Plumbing readily agree to the distance, but their prices were unbelievably reasonable. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends!
