Eternal Plumbing took care of my problem with same day service. Anthony was my plumber and he was excellent!! Professional and polite, came earlier than expected and resolved my plumbing issue well within 45min. Price was reasonable, and better service than any of the other 3 plumbing companies I had dealt with. I will definitely recommend Eternal and Anthony to anyone looking for a good plumber!!!!

I had a great experience with Eternal Plumbing. After filling out the home advisor questionaire Kyle the owner called me instantly with great advise and to schedule my estimate. Anthony the plumber was courteous and super knowledgeable. He replaced my water heater and all is good. I would definitely use them again.

I paid $6100 up front for a tankless water heater to be installed during a week when I wouldnt be home. The sales rep informed me Eternal Plumbing would take care of everything including permitting etc. and I wouldn't have to do anything. The install began on a Tuesday and ended Wednesday. Im assuming the install is complete, however, I came home to a house with no hot water. The company failed to inform me when they were "finished" and failed to inform me that I needed to contact the gas company for gas hookup and failed to inform me I needed to contact the inspector to inspect the unit. At the point of sale, I was told all of this would be done by Eternal Plumbing. I called the gas company today and was told the next appointment was next Tuesday (8 days away). So, I wont have hot water for a total of 14 days (and I paid $6100 for it!). If you want a company that overcharges, under-delivers, and abandons an excellent customer, go with Eternal Plumbing. The exhaust on the tankless water heater is crooked and the pipe insulation inst wrapped or glued together, I guess they had better things to do than complete this job. What a joke.

The work was done by Eternal Plumbing Solutions was not only done on time but one day ahead of schedule. The lead plumber Zack was both professional and most knowledgeable. I had them replace the major water intake pipe taping into the city line to my home. When they were done with there job, my yard looked just like no trench was ever made. I got a total of four quotes from other companies, and they were the most reasonable. I never hire a contractor without checking references and reviews. They received all five-starts reviews when I checked. Recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. I know I will be using them again.

The job done was to our satisfaction. However, the invoice we received said 30 days but instead, we ended up getting a call saying it was 'payment on reciept', which was never communicated to us.
I suggest you get your invoicing correct on just what your payment terms are.

Honest plumbers that do great work. We had a problem with the homeowners insurance claim afterwards so Preferred Plumbing resubmitted the needed paperwork weeks after we had already payed them and their work was done. Never a complaint just a willingness to help

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! they were professional, timely, and above and beyond customer service willing to work with me with my work schedule. Dennis the owner is high class for sure, Tom the installer very profession and on time on both f my appoints.

Dennis and his crew are awesome! They take great ownership and pride in their profession, and it shows in their work. He and Tom give it to you straight, they give reasonable estimates in terms of cost and time, and they're frank about what you need and don't need. The technician did the install in less than an hour and for less than the estimate. I'm told the unit will at least 10+ years. Best deal I could find. Highly recommend Oasis.

Disappointed....After reading all the great comments on Yelp about this company, I decided to requested an estimate for a simple bathroom faucet issue. It's been a full week and I have yet to receive a phone call. Oh well. On to the next one....
